Veggie 21 burger with fries. The veggie patty was large, but flavorless and soft. It needed seasoning and crisping on sides.
    Yolanda S.

I ordered the veggie 21 with a double patty. The food came out quick. And service was good. The sandwich was nothing to write home about although it was filling. Denny's uses 21 different vegetables in the party. I liked the size of the patty but the patty lacked flavor. Denny's didn't use any seasoning at all. No salt or anything in that patty. I've had veggie burgers that were incredibly flavorful. When they make the patty several seasonings are incorporated into it. This wasn't the case with the veggie 21. It was totally flavorless. Unfortunately. And on top of being totally flavorless the patty was so soggy and mushy it appeared half done. Veggie burger Patty's are cooked so that on each side it has a firmness. They crisp up the sides. This wasn't the case at all. I understand veggie burgers won't hild texture like beef but they certainly are not suppose to be this soft and spongy. The fries were ok.

Cali club with wilted lettuce! Cali Club Sandwich terrible poor customer service

Had wilted lettuce parts of the thinly sliced ham some cooked some not! Staff with attitudes the restaurant was partially empty. It had maybe six people the staff was in the back sitting around talking when I complained about my food attitude. I will never go back to this place again now I know why it was rated to be it should be rated C for not keeping food at the right temperature

First time at this location, although service was good, quantity is skimpy than the other Denny's I've been to. He got the pot roast melt, it was good, but barely any meat. Bread was nicely buttered and toasted, hashbrowns were crispy, but barely any there, isn't "stacked" like usual. I got the philly egg white omelet, had 4 pieces of meat, barely any veggies or cheese, and extremely oily. My sides were 7 slivers of sauteed zucchini. What I like is that you can get egg white, any sides and any bread including pancakes without an uncharged. If you want cheap diner food with huge portions, don't come to the Denny's in Ridgeland, stick to Pearl.

Only thing I would change about my experience is switching my order, should have ordered the Grand Slam; but the pancakes were 10-10.

I recently visited Broken Egg and specifically ordered "3 single Eggs Benedict" -- I made it clear…read moreI wanted three individual Benedicts (totaling three eggs), not three full separate orders. The waitress misunderstood and brought out three complete plates. These are not cheap items, so it was a significant mix-up on their end. When I politely pointed out the error and asked if they could adjust the bill by removing the extra orders, the operational manager was brought over. Instead of trying to make it right, he knelt down to speak to me in a very condescending tone, explained restaurant policy, and only offered a 25% discount. He refused to compromise or remove any of the mistaken items, even though the kitchen error created the waste. I felt like I was being talked down to and treated like a child, which led me to ask if this was how they handled similar situations with adults. He immediately accused me of being insulting and emphasized his position. At that point, I chose not to escalate further to avoid causing a scene. I paid the bill (thankfully a friend helped cover it), but the whole interaction left a bad taste. The food itself looked fine from what I saw, but the combination of the order mistake and the dismissive, ego-driven response from management made the visit really frustrating. It felt like they were more interested in protecting policy than taking care of a customer after their own error. I understand mistakes happen in busy restaurants, and not everything can be fully comped once plated. However, a more empathetic and professional approach from the manager would have gone a long way. I'll think twice before returning.

Will make sure to stop in when coming this way for sure. I had breakfast. I had multiple options but ultimately decided on the hash-brown bowl over the spinach and mushroom omelette with goat cheese- next time. I'm not a cheese person anymore and forgot to tell them no cheese so I was really disappointed when the played arrived covered in cheese. To my surprise it was not throughout the dish but on top of the eggs that were done just as meticulously as I had requested- and it was a terrific tasting blend with the ingredients all being well seasoned. I added a side of multigrain sourdough (they have many bread options). I enjoyed my meal in the atrial of the building listening to music and various people come and go. Not too loud- I was able to have a conversations on my phone without it being too loud or intrusive on others. There are various dining locations inside and out for your dining preference. New Fav when in the area for sure.

With vintage stools, cozy booths, and music from the 1940s and 1950s playing in the background, it truly feels like stepping back in time. You can order burgers, fries, custom sodas, and milkshakes, but honestly the milkshakes alone are worth the visit. We went specifically for shakes and ended up adding a basket of fries, which we absolutely demolished. The service was excellent -- our milkshake and fries arrived within just a few minutes of ordering. The fries were seasoned really well, though I'm pretty sure the secret is a slightly sweet sugar blend mixed into the seasoning. Either way, they were addictive. The milkshake we tried was the Ginger Finger -- a vanilla shake blended with Butterfinger candy and a hint of ginger that gives it a subtle bite. It was unique and delicious. There's plenty of seating for everyone, whether you're dining solo, as a couple, or with a large group. The walls are lined with interesting photos that add to the charm, and parking is plentiful. Overall, it's just a neat, memorable experience that blends good food with a slice of history. A solid stop if you're in the area.

My burger patty was juicy but lacked a lot of flavor. The Texas toast was grilled to perfection with crispy edges. My onion rings were good. I was a little miffed that I only got four but they were filling and tasted really good.
