Disgusted. I'm usually a fan of Denny's for a cheap bite to eat. My expectations are really not high and I expect to get what you pay for. But FINDING A HAIR cooked into my egg was disgusting. Definitely not mine as I have blond hair and this was a dark black hair. I would not recommend eating here at all!! Although it might sound good, it's not. the food tasted off and not like you would be expecting. We were the only people in there at one point and it still took over an hour to get our food. One of the waiters, I believe Venessa wasn't doing anything and couldn't refill waters or do anything at all for us. she came over with our food, FINALLY, and said she would refill our waters and walked away. She then came back 5-10 minutes later and said "I will get you some syrup right now" Mind you she had the audacity to come back over WITHOUT our waters and we had to ask for them after we had to wait to get the syrup. we could literally see her from where we were sitting and she was doing nothing at all. Had horrible service. Waiter would constantly disappear. When food finally came and I opened my silverware, there was food stuck in between the slots on my fork. Got second set of silverware and could wipe the grease off of it! Yuk! Then my egg was not what I ordered. Not to mention cold all different sized cut tomatoes in my potatoes. Tried to enjoy a breakfast with my family, waitress was very short and rude. Did not offer drinks to our whole party. We ordered coffee and never received a refill. Food sat in the kitchen window for a long time when a different waitress finally brought it out to us. The food was cold. The upside is there was a worker who normally is a cook doing all the seating and running around. He did come and apologize for the wait and service. Horrible service so bad I didn't even sit to eat. Went there today with someone and when we walked in there was people in line to pay so we stepped aside and sat on bench in waiting area. The manager was standing at register on phone and another gal rang up customers and then walked away. I stood up and at that time another guy walked up to pay and one walked in to be seated she looks at the guy and says are you here to be seated and she has someone seat him. The gal that walked away the first time. I then was like wow really we have been here for 5 minutes and the person I was with is like I want a manger she replied very rudely I am the manager. Went on Saturday night. Service was terrible. Waiter forgot our order, brought ice Tea that looked like water, and then completely left our table of 3 when a party of 10+ came in. My cousin ordered French fries as his side and then they brought him "seasoned fries" instead and charged him extra for them! The manager even sat down with a table of her friends for 10 minutes. Waiter never brought our check. Went up to the hostess station to pay and the manager got up from sitting at her table of friends to cash us out. When we complained of the service she did reduce our bill. When asked why we were charged for seasoned fries when they were not ordered she said " I just reduced your bill by half" and stormed off. I usually love Denny's but this location is very underwhelming. To begin with the parking lot and the entrance are on opposite sides. The wait staff seems very lethargic and not cheerful. My experience today was lacking due to the wait staffs lack of energy at all. I know not everyone can sing the happy birthday song but if your going to sing it at least clap like your actually happy they chose to dine in at your poorly ran establishment. I don't even want to know what it's like when it's actually busy. Long wait times and wait staff don't check up on you regularly. read more

My bacon avocado burger was missing the most important part. THE BACON!!!! I upgraded to to the bacon tots for 99 cents and got six. Went in to have some dinner with my husband and was seated right away! We ordered pretty quickly. I ordered a cobb salad with added prime rib and avocado. We over hear the waitress mention they were out of Salad and heard the general manager mention to go to the store!! A few mins later the waitress came and explained the situation.. i said its okay and asked if I could order something else. The waitress insisted it would not take long. About 5-10 mins later they came out with what my husband ordered and then offered me to order something else on them, i refused to order something else and refused the salad at this point, my husbands food was already at the table.. i walked away with an empty stomach.. the waitress did pay for my husbands meal.
