Also the repair was considerably less. 30% less for insurance claim. I also had another scraped bumper (our fault so not claiming) that was 50% less. Everything Brian said they could help with was done plus there were a couple things I forgot to attend to and he took care of it with a smile. When I picked up the car I mentioned a couple scratches on another bumper that I suppose happened in a parking lot. He said wait a moment and he would see if they could rub it out.... What a great surprise! All in all great service at a great price and beautifully done. I recommend Ray's without reservation.

Absolutely Terrible Experience - Avoid This Shop…read more I took my 2023 Denali in for a simple repair after it was bumped in a parking lot on the bedside. I was told the repair would take about a week. Two weeks later, I went to pick it up and was shocked at the poor quality of work. The paint was awful -- the rocker panel wasn't even painted, there were runs in the clear coat, and the gravel guard looked completely different from the factory side. They agreed to fix it, but after another week, I picked up my truck and it somehow looked even worse. I was then told, "That's the best we can do, and if you want it to look good, you'll need to take it to another shop." This is the worst customer service and workmanship I've ever experienced. I would never trust them with a vehicle again.

Extremely Disappointed - Poor Customer Service and Unprofessional Handling…read moreI purchased a free oil change gift certificate from a children's hospital auction in June, excited to support a good cause and try out Blazek Diagnostics. When I went to use the certificate in August--right when my oil change was due--I discovered it had expired on 6/30/2025, giving me less than a month to use it. Had I known about the short window, I never would have bid on it. I called ahead and spoke with Sandi, who canceled my appointment and said she needed to check with the owner. She mentioned they might not honor it because they had only intended for a two-month window. I didn't hear back, so I followed up and spoke with Jonah, who was kind, understanding, and rescheduled me for the following week, saying they would honor it. Then, the night before my appointment, Sandi called again--this time saying the owner decided not to honor the certificate, calling it "bad business." Her tone was condescending and rude, even comparing the situation to a coupon for a free turkey. When I asked about Jonah's statement that they would honor it, she replied, "Well, he can pay for it if he wants to then." That level of disrespect was shocking. I asked that they speak with my husband and informed them I'd be notifying the hospital foundation so they don't partner with Blazek again. After reading other 1-star reviews, I noticed a pattern: the owner often responds by blaming the customer rather than taking accountability. That's not how you build trust or community goodwill. At this point, even if they changed their mind, I wouldn't feel comfortable letting them touch my car. I sincerely hope they're not receiving any tax benefit from this so-called "donation." Suggestion for improvement: If Blazek Diagnostics wants to continue participating in charitable auctions, they should clearly communicate expiration dates and terms upfront--both to the charity and the bidders. More importantly, they should train staff to handle these situations with empathy and professionalism, rather than sarcasm and blame. A little kindness goes a long way in building customer loyalty.
