Several tentative dates for completion and pick up were missed due to parts and additional repairs. My husband had to call them several times to secure an update. Another area is a better explanation is of the warranty. Although it was mentioned a couple of times, I realized neither myself or my husband knew the details. It's hard to speak on the value since the repair of almost $11k was covered by the other person's insurance. I am thankful Senn's was a preferred vendor and would recommend them.

They noticed that my back tire was wobbly (not the official phrasing but the gist) -- something they could not repair and that I should not drive on. I called a mechanic close to Costco, who kind of shrugged me off because they couldn't get me in that day. I then called ImportDoktor (should have been my first call!). They also didn't have availability but told me how they could tow it to their shop for $125 and get on it in the morning. They were so friendly and helpful that I went with them. From there, they were great about communicating with me, sending me quotes via text. They were able to finish it the next day and left my car ready for me to pick up. As much of a headache as this experience was, ImportDoktor made it as smooth as it could be. Now my car doesn't make the same worrisome noises that it was before. It did some damage and I had it appraised at Honda. The damage was about 2,000 worth. Long story short the young girl's insurance company, State Farm (which is honestly a pleasure to deal with) suggested Clarksville Collision Center and set me up with an appointment. I arrived for an estimate and was able to leave in about 15 minutes after arriving. The customer service was top-notch from the time I walked in to when I walked out of the door. Before I left I was set up with an appointment and was guaranteed a rental car would be ready and waiting at 8:00am. The day came and guess what? The rental was there, my car was taken and I was left with a Chrysler 200. Took about ten minutes, tops. They said that it could be upwards of six-eight days. It didn't take near that long! Three days later I got a call and my car was ready. When I arrived I found my brand new car... looking brand new again! My car was in excellent condition. It had been washed, detailed and repaired with amazing skill. The whole process was just so easy. They made my experience seamless and I really got the impression that my car was in good hands. Everyone that I came across was polite and was genuinely happy for my business. When my car was finished I even received an awesome chocolate bar with a car and Clarksville Collision on it in a little plastic case from Schimpff's Confectionery. What was even better is I received a touch up kit for my exact vehicle for small scuffs and scratches. Coyle was recommended to me by Allstate, my insurer because Coyle, being an Allstate shop collected assignment. It took a bit of time...but the important thing was that they fixed the car to be as good as new. They did. There was one small error with the rear wiper that they immediately fixed. I had a coolant system flush and oil change performed on my 2016 Mazda 6, the technician overfilled…read moremy oil by 1 quart, did not put in enough coolant back into system and failed to top off fluids. I ended up fixing this problem myself as I was already home before I discovered the problem. I let 1/2 quart of oil out from oil pan in 35 degree temperature and had to dispose of messy oil. Added one cup of distilled water into radiator because I didn't have the manufacturer specified coolant on hand. Anyone who knows anything about cars should know that any oil overfilled more than 1/2 quart can cause engine damage. I tried to get a partial refund for the cost of extra quart of oil charged to me and the labor I had to perform myself to fix problem but was denied. They are called stealerships for a reason.
