If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. I had an awful experience at Oxmoor Collision. Their service is terrible, their staff is rude, and their pricing is beyond unreasonable. I came in with a small dent and scrape on my car that they themselves described as "minimal," yet they had the nerve to quote me almost $5,000 for the repair. As a college student, that number was absurd, but honestly, it would be ridiculous for anyone, student or not. Marcus, in particular, was dismissive and condescending when I questioned the price. Instead of showing any understanding, he spent the whole time trying to justify a completely outrageous bill. The lack of respect I was shown made the experience even worse. Bottom line: Oxmoor Collision is overpriced, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Save yourself the headache and take your car somewhere else. read more

I recently took my 2021 Mazda to Oxmoor Collision Center, a recommended body shop partner of my insurance company, after an unfortunate door scrape in a local parking lot. - 5/5 - Responsiveness to the claim and being able to get my car in for service. - 5/5 - Communication from the body shop with updates on the repair. Even with parts backlogged (supply chain, looking at you!) they were able to find creative solutions to finish the job, all while keeping insurance in the loop. - 2/5 - Initial repair quality. There were some obvious details missed in the install and door paint that I would have expected to be seen and fixed before I ever saw my car. My observation is that quality control was a challenge in the shop for this repair. - 5/5 - Responsiveness of the shop general manager when I was unhappy, and commitment to getting the job right. While I had to take my car back in, he worked with me every step of the way to ensure final repair quality was to my satisfaction, and even left me with a thoughtful $20 gas gift car after the repair was complete for the trouble. Overall, 4 stars but I can see where when firing on all cylinders (so to speak!) this shop would typically be a 5/5. I have confidence that they want to satisfy every client, every time, and I appreciate how they worked out an issue with me. I hope to not need their services again (fingers crossed!) but I would not hesitate to bring my car to them in the future or recommend Oxmoor Collision to a friend. read more

No one wants to have to visit a collision center. But if you do, I recommend Oxmoor. My ride sustained bumper damage while parked in a parking lot (imagine that in Louisville). I brought her to oxmoor and received an estimate in just a few minutes, scheduled for repairs within a few days, and completed the work in the time stated. read more

Situation: I got rear-ended along hwy 64 west Solution: Even though the at fault party suggested their own preferred shops, I decided to have our car repaired at OXMOOR because our insurance ALL STATE recommended this shop. Results: I was not fully satisfied when I got the car from the shop. The color of the rear bumper does not match the body of the car. So I had to take the car back to the shop to have the color blended however I believe they did nothing to really correct the color. Bumper color still a little off and per AARON bumper was from factory so it should be the right color. He compared the color of the rear bumper to the front and justified how both ends are off colored. I went ahead and took a photo of the front and compared it with the back and picture speaks louder than words! Lastly, when I first got the car, there was some stain on the leather seats. Good thing I was able to wiped it off. Two stars for the car wash and vacuum. read more

Just don't do it, unless you want your repairs to have repairs. I Took my 2017 Santa Fe there to have it repaired after a fender Bender on the passenger side. After having the vehicle for more than two weeks it is returned me with incomplete work, dirty interior seats, clips missing under the hood, clips missing under the fender, broken nuts under their fender, lost 4 lug nuts that I had with my wheel lock set and over spray on the hood the first time. When I took it back to have those problems fixed. They had the vehicle for three days and the vehicle was returned to me still with over spray on the hood and now there were several chips in the grill, from where they replace the clips under the hood. I was told that they could have been caused by rocks, I find that hard to believe given the size of the chips and proximity of the grill to the hood ( I uploaded picks you be the judge) and there were no chips on the hood. they also said that they found some collectible coin, that I had in a storage pocket in the back seat, on the hood of my car. I think when they were cleaning the interior they placed them on the hood and forgot and when they moved the vehicle they fell off the hood. I just find it hard to believe that they were on the hood, seeing how I drove between 65-80mph to get to the repair center. So if you want 1) your vehicle returned with incomplete work. 2) if you like over spray on the hood. 3) if you like dirty interior. 4) if you like returning your vehicle several times for work that should be completed on the first time. 5) If you like lost items left in the vehicle. 6) if you like more damage caused to your vehicle when you return it to have previous problems and damage fixed. 7) if you like having to call to find out that your vehicle is not gong to be ready, as promised, before they close and you need a car for work the next day. THEN YOU WILL LOVE Oxmoor Collision Center. If you don't have an eye for detail then you may over look something that will cause you frustration in the future. read more

As luck would have it: my car was rear-ended and the other party's insurance suggested Oxmoor as one of my few choices. So I dragged my annoyed self and injured car to Oxmoor. But I am glad to say that my experience was positive! The process was as smooth as can be from the first greeting to getting my rental to getting my car back. Everything was set up for me when I arrived to drop off my car. I got the rental car from the onsite Enterprise as promised. They kept me updated on the progress with texts. My car was fixed on the promised date. Although the whole process was set up by the other insurance agency, I never felt any differently than if I had set it up. My car came back to me just like she had looked before. So, yes! I would recommend Oxmoor Collision. read more

We have a 2015 Highlander that was in a light fender bender. It involved the driver's door, and I was very concerned the paint would not quite match, the door wouldn't shut, wind noise would be louder, etc. No worries- Shawn and his crew did a fantastic job. Horrible, And as I now look through other online reviews I find it's not uncommon for this place. In a nutshell: my vehicle was damaged while in their care - totally separate damage from what was being repaired. The shop thus far has refused to acknowledge or accept responsibility. In fact at one point accused me of lying. I continue to try to resolve with the shop by moving up the food chain but so far no luck. The only reason I went here is because it's supposedly the spot for "high end" vehicles. Obviously this is BS. My advice : stay away. I wish I would have done my research. read more

I used Oxmoor Collision Center after it was recommended to me. I have nothing but positive things to say! From the estimate to picking my car up, they were awesome. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday morning (due to Labor Day being on Monday) and picked it back up on Friday. When picking up my car, the guy who fixed my car drove it up to the door and showed every detail of what he fixed. He also let me know there is a lifetime warranty on the parts, so if anything goes wrong I can take it back to be fixed. Overall I had a great experience with Oxmoor collision center. read more

I go to pick up the car and do a walk around. When I open the trunk the liner and cargo net are not installed properly so I fix it. Then I look and see a 2 inch gap between the trunk and bumper...you could actually see inside the bumper. I then steep back from the car and one of tail pipe is sticking out about 3 inches from where it is suppose to be in reference to the bumper. They also messed or did not repair a back window that is now out of alignment and the bumper seems do not match, they have a greater space up high and then pinch together toward the end. Needless to say, a 12 year old could walk up to this car and say...this car has been in an accident and the repair was 3rd rate. My support person just clamed up when I said, 65 days and this is the best you can do? She simply walked into the center and put me in another rental car...65 days was not enough time to fix a 1 year old car that had been hit in the back end of the car. Oh, she would not give me an ETA on when I would expect a call. This experience has been so incredibly bad with slow follow up...I had to call to get updates most times. Incredibly slow work and the quality and craftsmanship is remedial. It has been such a bad experience that at this point I would not even purchase another car from any Oxmoor related locations and especially Hyundai. 65 Days...are you kidding me and I am back in another rental car. read more

I was in an accident and my insurance company, Progressive, asked me to get my estimate done here. John performed the estimate on my car and was incredibly helpful. I was feeling a little frazzled. Due to the nature of the accident, my battery was dying every time I turned my car off. I had a lot of questions and he was so kind and patient. I needed to get the driver's side door replaced and he assisted me in finding a salvage yard that had the door I needed. On a different day, I was able to get the door and came back to have it attached. Laura helped me and she was incredible. I had a tight deadline for the repair and she totally made it happen for me. I can't speak enough to her kindness and patience. I am so grateful for these 2 at Oxmoor Collision! read more

Just recently had repairs made to a 2017 Hyundai Tuscon. The person who hit me was insured by Nationwide Insurance and Oxmoor Collision is a certified repair center for them. My contact person at Oxmoor Collision was Laura Tucker and she was outstanding to work with. She processed the inital claim and everything was scheduled through her. I could not be more satisfied with both her and the team of professionals that worked on this car! Poor quality of repair. I have taken my car back six different times for cosmetic issues that should never occur after a "quality" repair. I have a 2014 Toyota Corolla. After taking it there for my repair I plan not to keep my car because they have degraded my satisfaction of my vehicle. I would not recommend this place. read more

I was rear-ended about 2 and a half years ago. I have literally been back 6 times now for a simple bumper replacement on my prius and they have still not correctly fixed it. The bumper won't stay in place, and looks popped out at all times. So frustrating.... If they can't fix a bumper I would hate to have them working on anything more serious. read more

A friend who purchase a Mazda3 from Neil Huffman was serviced by their collision center at no cost. Which otherwise would have cost 600 dollars. I purchased my Mazda from Oxmoor since the showroom folks were very professional, customer friendly and went out of their way to serve me well. Hence I've rated them well in the review for the Oxmoor Mazda showroom. This collision centre folks are a disgrace to the Oxmoor group, no doubt they are rated so poor. I understand they are used to cheating the Insurance companies so much that they treat a minor repair retail customer the same way. My 2 week old new car developed a minute paint peel due to a pebble chipping. Since I was interested in retaining the new car feel I checked with a local repairer in IN who was ready to fix it for 100 dollars. I drove it all the way to Oxmoor since it's a new car and my friend's excellent experience with Neil Huffman. At the Oxmoor collision center what am i being told by a rude person, given a quote for $3000+ (3k). They don't do minor touchups they need to scrape and paint to the whole front portion. When I tell them someone outside is ready to do it 30 times lesser. Her reply is your Insurance Company is paying anyway. The insurance company will transfer the cost to the premiums of new insured personnel next cycle. When something can be done for 100$ I'm not seeing a point in charging 3000$ and secondly the large job will take so much of time and I need to stay without a car. From the previous reviews they are not doing job on time, then why do they want to take a large job instead of doing a minor touch-up. And the deductible is much larger than what the actual cost of repair is. I regret not purchasing the car from Neil Huffman; this Collision centre is a shame on Oxmoor. I'll never do any business with Oxmoor here on. The Collision centre has undone the decent work done by the showroom folks. read more

Situation: Rear ended and had car towed to this as Hyundai dealer recommended it Absolutely the worst service ever. It took 8 weeks to repair the car. Was given excuses weekly why the car was not ready (parts ordered, paint delays, insurance adjuster delays, etc.). The day the car was towed in, I asked about an aftermarket rear wheel that had been hit. I was assured it was looked at several times. Two days before picking up the car, I was told the wheel was cracked and that no replacement could be found as the wheel was no longer in production. In addition, the tire was cut and shredded on the inside. If they had examined the car, fixed the rear suspension, etc. for 8 weeks on and off, how could they not tell the wheel and tire was damaged? I brought in the original tires and wheels that had come with the car. On driving home, a TPMS light came on the dashboard indicating trouble with the tire pressure sensor system. I called Oxmoor and asked if the sensors from the aftermarket wheels were put in the original wheels installed on the car. I was told "of course" it must just need a reset, take it to the dealer. When I took it in a week later, they found no sensors in the tires. Also, the car was 85% out of alignment. How could you repair a major rear end collision and NOT realign the car??? Bottom line is I was put back on the road after 8 weeks for a repair that should have taken 2 maximum in a vehicle that was unsafe to drive. read more

I should have taken my car to the BMW dealer for repair work but my insurance person was located at Oxmoor Collision and I was told about guarantees and a decent turn around time. I was quoted four days to fix the car. I took it in at my appointed time and was told to add a week because my car had more extensive damage than the insurance appraiser had estimated and they needed more parts. I arranged a second date--two weeks later--and dropped the car off. Again, four days to fix the car. By day ten and the car was not repaired, the main man fixing the car quit returning phone calls. They blamed BMW for sending wrong parts and then just no explanation. I finally picked up the car a week late and the work was good. The car was clean and they added in repairing a few extra rock dents around the front grill. It would have been so much better if they had just prepared me for a two week turnaround. read more

The only reason this is a one star is because there is no ZERO! I Have been waiting since June 25th to have my perfect truck finished. Shawn Ferrell lied to me on several occasions of the time frame for a completed job. In addition to that he called me a liar about contacting the claims dept. And missing materials from my truck so I actually had to bring photos. Huh. With that being said....my truck is still not finished. I have been almost two weeks to the day for Steve Olsen to call me back. I have a brand new truck and it actually came out worse than when it went in!! Oh please believe they got paid over $10,000 !! Very poor excuse for customer service. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this place to you or your family! read more

I took my car in for repairs on Monday and my car was ready on Wednesday afternoon. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. They made the rental car arrangments for me, took me to Enterprise to get my rental car. When I returned the rental car, I returned it to Oxmoor collision and they took it from there. Everything was very smooth and my car looked great! I would highly recommend using Oxmoor Collision Center. It's so nice to have 5 star customer service and to have someone actually do what they say they are going to do. That is very rare today! read more

Small problems do get to you when they happen again and again and keep being unresolved. I got my brand-new Prius 2012 car at Oxmoor Toyota dealership in 8/2012. Wonderfully quiet car! My car got hit by another car on 11/12/2012, and the front of my car got damaged but other than that the car sounds the same as before, so I brought it to Oxmoor Collision Center to be fixed. I got the car back from Oxmoor Collision Center a couple of weeks later (1) and was told that everything was fixed and now perfect (including the installation of a new windshield). Then drove home and I heard loud wind sounds coming from windshield area everytime accelerating over 45 mph. Was so saddened (my extremely quiet car!), so I (2) brought it back to Oxmoor Collision Center to have them check it out, and it seemed the windshield installation had been improperly done and needed redoing. Then, I was informed that the issue was now fixed, and 2 technicians did the test-drive and concluded that the car was good to go. I went to pick it up, and wind sounds were slightly less but STILL THERE when accelerating over 50 mph. (3) Brought it back to Oxmoor Collision Center, asking politely for the car to be checked again. Then a few days later, I was informed that the car had been fixed and test-driven by technicians and the estimator and ready to be picked up. I went to pick up the car, and the sounds were still there. (4) Brought it back again. Then when fixed (AGAIN), now there are BOTH ENGINE NOISES AND WIND SOUNDS. This time, as there are engine noises involved, I set an appointment with the dealership (Oxmoor Toyota) and brought the car there for inspection. They checked the car and told me the winshield installation had been done IMPROPERLY, and advised I need to bring my car back to wherever I had it installed, before they can check out any engine-related noises. (5) I brought it back to Oxmoor Collision Center, told them what Oxmoor Toyota dealership said. Then the staff at Collision Center told me he will have it investigated and fixed again once and for all this time. Got a call from him a couple of days later, letting me know now everything is finally fixed, and test-driven by 3 technicians & the manager and guaranteed to be good, and I should come and get my car. I was also told that something in the car fender were causing the noises, and it is now corrected, so no noises anymore. So, I came to pick it up today, and AFTER TURNING THE CAR ON AND PRESSING THE GAS PEDAL to drive, THERE WERE MUCH LOUDER ENGINE/ACCELERATING NOISES THAN PREVIOUS TIMES, LASTING THE ENTIRE 20-MINUTE DRIVING AT 25-30 MPH. My car now sounds like some 15-year-old USED CAR based on the engine noises. Can't test drive to see if wind sounds are still there or not, due to traffice jam. (6) I turned around and drove back to the Collision Center and gave back the staff my car. The estimator handling my car had gone home earlier. Now I am using a rental car while waiting for them to get in touch with me tomorrow to discuss my car further. I has put in a suggestion note for the technician to please test-drive a BRAND NEW Prius 2012 and compare that to my 5-MONTH-OLD car to get a feel of the difference between the noise level of the 2 cars, then investigate from there. Do you think I have any luck at getting this resolved and my car fixed? So exhausted and disappointed. So much money and time and gas wasted driving back and forth and back and forth, and nothing got solved. read more

If it were possible to give ZERO stars I would do so! Worst experience ever! 2014 Truck was wrecked and sent to Oxmoor Collision. After 4 1/2 weeks in shop I started to call asking when it would be ready. Then the excuses began ie couldn't get parts, our guy got in there and found more wrong ( heard this one 3 separate times), oh it will be ready Thursday (heard that for 2 separate weeks). After 7 weeks and calling everyday telling them I needed this truck to pull our trailer to get to World Championships they promised it would be ready at 4:30 the day before we had to leave town. I pick truck up drive home and find a large piece dragging underneath chassis. Walk around truck and find 4 large scratches NOT repaired at all and truck steering out of align and far too much play in wheel. I call , no answer. We miss going to World Championships because of these people. I call Oxmoor early next morning and have to take truck back for them to once again try to do their job! I then start calling my agent explain the entire situation to him. Not until he starts calling and jumping on them does the job get done. NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO OXMOOR COLLISION!! read more
