Didn't have time to take it to the shop and needed the work done ASAP. Michael came to my work place we parked at a Stores parking lot near by and in the stores parking lot did the work needed. Mind you it had been raining that whole week except that day. He came did the work while I waited inside my job. Michael got the work done and I was impressed with the outcome. Michael came to my home to repair a deep scratch on my car door. Instead of fixing it, the entire door ended up looking worse. The paint doesn't match and the finish is uneven. He said he would come back to fix it, but never did and stopped responding to my calls and messages. Now I'm stuck with worse damage than I started with and have to pay someone else to correct it. I bought a car recently and it had a gnarly dent on the rear quarter panel which was bugging me every time I looked at it. I was looking to just get the dent popped out and reached to Dent Kings Mobile. Mike was able to come to me within a few hours and did an excellent job, while also providing a very reasonable price. Service was quick, and went above and beyond what I was looking for. After popping the dent out and straightening it out as much as possible, Mike went above what I requested and painted it as well. The repair itself is not perfect but without having to use any filler, it is 1000 times better than before. I wouldn't hesitate to reach out for any future dent repairs. Great price, great guy, quick service. My dent was fixed and repainted within around 2 hours of reaching out, and Mike drove to the peninsula from the South Bay. I had a very disappointing experience with this mobile dent repair service. From the start, they showed up and fixing my car really fast under 4 hours which is very shady. At the time, I was too naive to realize the scam and trust this service. The quality of the repair was not what I expected. The repair looks uneven and you can tell Bondo fillers were used. They used cheap paints that don't match the original paint. You can tell there's noticeable orange peel texture in finish. The work felt rushed, and the quality does not justify the price. For the price I paid, which was 2500$. I expected highly-quality and professional service. Not a quick patch job. For the payment, he charged TAXES and asked for TIPS even though he insisted me to pay it through Zelle??? This is a robbery, waste of money. In short, I would not recommend this service. If you want to waste your money on Mobile Dent Repair service, go head. Otherwise just go to a REAL shop or metal finishing. read more

After a series of misfortune events I found myself in a stupid fender bender which caused a nasty and ugly crack in my Durango bumper. It would have required a total replacement because of the damage that insurance wouldn't cover - and that ain't cheap!! I chalked it up as a loss but absolutely hated the look of it - my baby was scarred but she was still a runner though. On a random day in December I was driving home and pulled up right next to a truck advertising mobile dent repair - the Dent King trI had my kiddo snap a pic and dialed the number when I got home. The owner - Mike - wasn't able to answer but quickly shot a text and we communicated that way. I was like hey - I know you fix dents but what about cracks?? He replied instantly and said he would need to assess it but cracks are not usually a problem...we set up an appointment - I gave him my address and he was here on time and fast. After assessing the damage we agreed on a price which was very reasonable - I wasn't able to cover it all at the time but Mike was nice enough to offer a small down payment to add a weld on the fiberglass bumper so no further cracking would spread until the rest of my funds were available. All the work was done in my complex parking spot. I finally got back around to having him out for the finish of the repairs and holy moly I am so beyond impressed and happy with the results!! My before and after pics should speak for themselves but this guy is the real deal - and again all the work was done onsite!! He didn't take my car - didn't have to move it - didn't have to keep it in a shop for days - he was done in an hour with zero interruption to my day. I cannot highly recommend Mike and Dent Kings enough!! Nobody wants to ride around with those scars - call Mike and get them fixed promptly, professionally and reasonably!! Michael from Dent Kings mobile did a horrible job. The work was left rough and a tremendous amount of overspray with dirt trapped. It will cost me more to repair than what he charged. Now his phone number is disconnected and I'm afraid I will have to take him to Small Claims Court. Extremely dishonest person. Worst experience. He came out and damaged not only the whole panel by sanding the car, but oversprayed onto the next panel and the handles and then damaged the epoxy floor in garage. Then the paint turned out to be yellow. He came out again another month later and damaged it more trying to fix it. And left all his garbage and trash all over the garage floor. Then told me he'd come back and then stopped responding. Now to fix his mistake is over $1500 and the first estimate from others was just $300-$500, and after paying him $500 I now have to pay $1500 min to fix what he did. Don't use him! read more
