I do not give bad review simply because I am not satisfied with the service. But: 1. Bad quality. 2.Rudeness 3. Dishonesty, this guy achieved all these. I asked him about this dent on the door and touch-up for the chip. He performed the job in my garage, with all his tools and lighting available and enough time and space. He finished it in literally 18 mins, including the PDR and touchup for 2 damages. That's $395 for 18 mins. Immediately I noticed the touch-up was so poor and no better than those free touch-ups you get from an auto shop if you kindly ask. But so stupid I was to believe him that " the paint will flatten out and color matches better over time". Of course it won't. And for a $180 touchup job of 2 drops of paint, shouldn't it be a at least a white color and not an obviously grey? And no wet sanding and buffing afterwards to level the paint at all? His "OEM factory paint" is an actual grey for my white panel (I later bought 2 touch up paint from Amazon and both were much a closer match) and it created two obvious paint blobs on the door. But he insisted "you cannot expect perfectness". Dude, on a scale of 0-100, your touch up is less than 30! See how huge a gap it is from perfectness? You didn't even pretend to care. The touch up only took you maybe less than 10 mins. All that aside, maybe you are just not good at touchups since you are a PDR guy, and I took responsibility trusting you for the paint job. But the PDR part is also a disappointment! I can easily see that neither dent is fully flattened from reflections of straight lines, and I don't have trained eyes or PDR line light! For $395 on a textbook-shallow, round and smooth dent, you left it unfinished after only 18mins. Just to make sure it's not because I am picky, I asked around Reddit PDR and other PDR shops around the area (and some actually knew him), all of which agreed it is "horrible touch-up" and "unfinished PDR" and no way should I let it get away. Here comes the best part, when I started contacting him to express concerns on the poor results, he got impatient after only one useless response and ignored all my following emails and text messages, where I asked politely and showed pictures with detailed explanations how it was done incompletely. I called him 5 times and wasn't answered. The 6th time he picked up probably because he didn't recognize the different number, and soon he started lying. He said he "replied me on 3 occasions that he's unavailable until 6/3 (7/3?)". I was surprised how he could lie like this because we both are aware of every conversation between us and this something absolutely non-existent. I told him I kept all the messages and emails, and HE HANG UP THE PHONE! So now I spend $395, was left with two visible defects on my door barely better than it was hit, which are harder to fix because of the added paint chunk and unfinished previous PDR read more

SAN JOSE/Morgan Hill I've never posted before but I had the WORST experience with DentPro Mobile. I think any good reviews were before he bought the business or they're made up. The owner came to my home to paint over an area on the back bumper where another car had hit our car. He had the paint and charged me $270. When he finished I questioned the fact the paint didn't cover the marks. I foolishly believed him that "It'd take time to blend in" Well I did exactly what he told me and that was on 5-14-25. Several texts to him and numerous phone calls and he refused to come back or give me my money back. In fact he got mad at me for harassing him to come back. First he said his son was in a baseball tournament to buy time and he'd call me after. DO NOT EVER USE THIS guy based on my and others experience if you read the reviews. He yells at people and gets nasty according to other posts too. He may of erased bad reviews now, but he does terrible work , takes your Check and doesn't stand behind it. I found out if you charge work you can get the bank to file a complaint and they'll return your money, but not when you pay by check. He's deceptive to require payment by check or cash. You have no recourse. He has never returned my calls or come back after promising to do so in text messages. And just like that I got scammed outa $270. I've always been afraid to post because he got so angry on the phone and in text messages after I asked him to come back to redo the his work. Exactly what I wanted! Someone backed into my 2018 Tesla leaving some deep scratches on the side bumper and quarter panel. Body shop wanted $3400 to fix it, which would involve taking the car apart and being without it for days. Of course, they'd make it look new again, but this is a 6 year old car. I just didn't want to see the scratches, it didn't have to "look new" I never used a "dent guy" before but I vaguely knew this service existed. I sent an email to Sean, the Dent Pro guy, he got back to me right away, and made an appointment for later in the week. He fixed the scratches that were recently aquired, plus a few more scratches and chips around the car. The dent repair on my Tesla Model 3's door looked good, but what happened after the repair wasn't good. Less than an hour after the dent repair work was done, I got an alarm from my Tesla Model 3 that a door was open. I went to the garage, and checked that all the doors were closed. At that time, I noticed that Sean left the window of the repaired door partially open. My husband turned off the alarm, but soon after, the alarm went off again for the same reason. We went out to check the doors again and saw that even though the repaired door was closed, the Tesla thought it was still open. Then we closed the window of the repaired door and saw that the window was broken - when the door was open, the window remained closed completely - it is supposed to crack open to allow the door to close. I contacted Sean and he said he has repaired hundreds of Model 3s and never saw this problem. Maybe that's true, but I think something happened to my car when he fixed the dents. He said to contact the Tesla Service Center and let him know what they said. After two trips and 4-5 hours of my time, the Tesla service center replaced a broken puddle light and a broken window harness for a total cost of $480. They thought a dent repair could have caused these parts to break. I told Sean about the repairs in a couple of emails, and there was no response from him when I mentioned the repairs. read more

New review: My Sienna was "attacked" by one of those posts that "protect" the gas pumps with no step and so is an incredible hazard to vehicles! I cut my turn too tight and creased my sliding door and rear quarter panel, and it deposited yellow paint. The damage involved several compound dents and also, due to the dent there was much increased wind noise when driving on the freeway -:( I was worried... Sean was a magician! Response to Sean: Happy to share pictures in natural light. The iMessage conversation and the video where Sean is cursing. I requested scratch removal on my SUV, which were very minor. Sean showed after back and forth on his time slot. This review will cover both the customer service and the actual work. Customer service: Total disrespect and disregard towards his customers. Visibly rages and becomes frustrated with upfront and genuine questions. Backtracks on his words every time. I have him loudly cursing and yelling in my driveway on camera and video footage. The work: You can save the money and do the touchups and scrape removal yourself, much better than this company or individual can. I am asked to wait 30 days for the paint touch up to cure, for the paint to become smooth and not be an eyesore that it is right now. I will update this review with the results after 30 days.
