Someone hit my husband's car and didn't leave a note. The dent was a few inches long and looked fairly deep to me. We weren't going to get it fixed because we knew it would be expensive, but I knew my husband was really disappointed (he hasn't even had the car a year yet!) I thought I'd just get an estimate to see if it was worth fixing and surprise him if it wasn't too expensive. I took it to a local body shop that was recommended to me. They estimated over $700 to repair the dent. Boo! However, the owner of the body shop suggested I call Dan Casper with Dent Sharks and gave me Dan's card! I was shocked a body shop would recommend someone else, but he told me he had seen Dan's work for years, was always impressed with it and that the dent in my husband's car looked like something he thought Dan could repair. I had heard of paintless dent repair but thought it only worked for small dents and dings. That may be true for some companies, but not Dent Sharks! Wow! I was pleasantly surprised! What they did in a short time (while I was making dinner in my home) was truly incredible. I kept trying to see where the damage was and it's just not visible anymore - at all! My dad's ultra-discerning eye couldn't even tell where the damage had been! BUT, the best part?? Dan's perfect repair job was only $100! I wish I could post before and after pictures but I was unable to get a good picture of the dent. The car is grey and the shadows and reflections made it hard to get a good shot. The "after" looks like a brand new car though. =) I know I am echoing other reviewers, but truly, if you have a dent, you need to call Dan. He's professional, very skilled, extremely reasonable, and very convenient - he came to me. One more thing... we were going to meet on a Tuesday morning, but when I called him after work Monday to tell him I would be at a slightly different location than we had previously arranged, he volunteered to come right then. I was on my way home after work and I didn't have to do anything different. They met me at home! I can't say enough good things about Dent Sharks. Dan and Eric were amazing!!! I had a dent on my Maserati that I had another paintless dent remover specialist (or so they claimed) try to pull and it just made the problem worse. They added extra dimples in the body work that weren't even there prior. I made a mistake in picking someone that didn't know what they were doing and I was determined to not do that again. So after doing some research and reading reviews I figured Dan would be a great person to call. Dan sounded very knowledgeable and thorough and honest. I sent him some pics of the issue and because he couldn't really assess the problem through the pictures he came out to look at my car. He was upfront and didn't bad mouth the previous guy's work (which I respected) and even said once he gets behind the panel and realizes that he can't be of any help he won't charge me. I definitely got a comfort level that I was talking to someone that knew what he was doing. He gave me a quote to do the work and we scheduled a day for him to come back out. So fast forward to today. Dan did an impeccable job!!! He was working around a touchy area and also trying to fix someone else's poor work. I'm someone that is very detailed and let's just say I'm not the easiest customer to make happy and I definitely give Dent Sharks 6 out of 5 stars. Additionally Dan fixed two other door dings on the car that I didn't even notice and he could of easily charged me more but didn't. He is a stand-up guy that I truly believe is one of the best at what he does. I have realized there is an art, additional to technical competency that is required in paintless dent removal and Dan hands down possesses both. Just came back from getting a tough dent repaired by Dan. Even though he does not work on weekends, after noting in my request form that I was in Houston only for the weekend and Dallas shops were buried with work after the recent hail storm there, he agreed to work on my beloved Lexus LS430 to remove a door dent some jerk left me to foot the repair bill for. After evaluating the door dent, he said he would not be able to get it perfect based on its location and severity. I was disappointed at the news but really respected his honesty. Like others have mentioned, he is very professional, personable and his version of perfection is way beyond any normal expectation. With that said, the repair he claimed would not be "perfect" was as close as ANYBODY could realistically expect. May daughter's car was involved in the bad hail storm that hit College Station in March 2025. We went through our insurance company to try and repair and they declared it a total loss. The body shop recommended getting in touch with Dent Sharks. There were dents all over the car and were told the roof needed to be replaced. Jim Casper came out on a Sunday to look at the damage and said he could take care of us. The following Saturday he showed up with a helper and they worked about 9 hours and by the time they left, the car looked like new. They did amazing work on the roof. Had a couple of serious dents in my Challenger rear quarter panel that seemed impossible to repair. However, after contacting Dan from Dent Sharks I realized how honest and knowledgable his work is. I don't normally write reviews but when I do.... Dan did a perfect job repairing a dent on the fender of my Porsche Cayman to the point that I can't tell there was ever a dent on the upper part of the fender the size of a fist (thanks to some drunken hater of Porsche). He brought his tools to my garage where the car was parked and worked on that dent like a true craftsman. A bit here and a bit there, inspect and keep going. Dan with Dent Sharks is dangerous for body shops, but FANTASTIC for vehicle owners! I had several significant sized dents, ranging from quarter size up to the size of a mens boot. I was told by the dealership and two body shops that the panel would have to be replaced, which would have cost almost $1k- Dan was able to fix all the dents for significantly less, and best of all he did it at my house. I haven't posted on Yelp until now, but this level of professional deserves some kudos for the great work he did making my truck like new. read more

I had contacted Dent Sharks for the removal of a small dent on the passenger door of my F-150, Dan answered within a day or two and put me into contact with Jim who arrived to my house to fix the dent, took him no more than an hour and a half to get the dent out of my hood and my door. My car is parked by some shelves in the garage. A heavy object from the top fell onto the hood of my car. The dents were awful and we brought it to a body repair shop. Dan came out and worked a miracle on my Mustang after a gate at the apartment complex put a nice dent in the rear quarter panel of vehicle over the wheel. It was a tough area area to get to, but he was still able to get the dent COMPLETELY out of the car so much so that even up close you cannot tell it was ever impacted in that area. I've had my Acura MDX since 2016 and never had one ding on it.
