The dent repair Ian did on my truck was amazing, well really a miracle!!! It was about 20 inches long and I wasn't really sure he would try. Doesn't hurt to ask I thought. He was happy to help. I told him I did not expect it to be perfect... but when I pulled up to pick my truck up I couldn't believe what I seeing it was a miracle , it was perfect! My wife and I were visiting family this past weekend and I accidentally dented my Aunts new Toyota Camery. She was nice enough to let me and my wife borrow it for the weekend. While we were eating at Olive Garden someone put a large dent in the door. I called my insurance company and figured I would just make a claim, which would hurt both my Aunt (her new car on Carfax) and myself (premiums). Before letting it ring through, I figured I would look at another solution, so I called several local dent companies. No one answered the phone and the ones that did didn't seem to think it could be repaired. Finally I called Ian and it was the best. I texted a picture of the damage and within 3 minutes i got a phone call back from Ian. He gave me an estimate and told me that he was able to fix my damage the following day. He also cautioned me that some areas the paint may not be perfect, which I was ok with. I was not in his service area, so I had to drive from Martinez to Napa. When I arrived, he greeted me with a friendly smile and assured me that the repair would finish beautifully. The areas of concern that he mentioned ever the phone were a non issue and he was able to fix the area like new. As I watched him work, I could tell I was not another number, he examined the area carefully, and got to work, he even buffed out an area where my kid had bumped into my car with their bike. He knows his stuff and performs the job with care. It was worth the drive and the price he quoted over the phone was exactly how much he charged me. Great customer service and great work. got a chip and dent you can see from a few hundred feet away during the blackhawk cars and coffee from a new member in porsche club. my heart dropped and at one point i got emotional. my friends who were there made me feel better when they told me to ask him about and luckily he was kind enough to help me take care of the costs of the little dent and chip. i wasnt too worried about, although after from hearing from fellow porsche club members, if you get one at or near the crease it may be unrepairable and had me worried for a bit. Posted what happened on facebook, and tagged ian in the post. I've known Ian for almost 10 years at my previous employment and I know he is the best at what he does in Solano and Napa County. I have a 2017 BMW M3 that I am completely obsessed with. I spend hours every week detailing it so it stays perfect. I know this is not everyone's norm but the point is I trust very few people to work on my car and Ian at Dent Solution is one of the few. I had a very unfortunate thing happen to my M3 recently, My daughter backed into the passenger side front door and left a large and very irregular dent.
