G&C Auto Body told me things to get my business that did not match what actually happened,…read morecommunication throughout the repair was terrible, and I repeatedly had to chase them for information. At one point I was told my car was ready, so my rental situation was ended, only to find out my car was still taken apart and not actually ready. I was left without my vehicle and without a rental because of their poor communication and handling of the repair. The problems did not end when I finally got my car back. Within about three weeks, the paint on the repaired bumper began chipping, and the bumper fitment is visibly uneven. I have honestly dreaded contacting this shop again because the experience was so stressful and unpleasant. The customer service was unacceptable, particularly my interactions with Cedrick. A customer should never be yelled at by someone who is supposed to be helping resolve problems with a repair. His behavior toward me was completely inappropriate and, in my opinion, he should not be in a customer-facing position. Between the lack of communication, being told the vehicle was ready when it was not, the rental issue, the way I was treated, and now having problems with the repair itself, I cannot recommend G&C Auto Body. Major changes in both customer service and quality control are needed.
