The first accident, I had more updates on the progress and damage, and the car was completed in 13 days--the second time, even though there was less damage, it took almost as long. I bought a 2011 Nissan Armada in March…read moreof 2022 it is now Nov. 2022 and I will list all the things that have gone wrong with this vehicle. I did bring to a mechanic for a overall check. I feel C&C was very good about hiding things or the mechanic was crap. Either way these are the problems I've had in the last 9 months in order. These all the parts and systems that have failed and needed replacement: Left rear tire sensor-$25 sunroof motor-$60 Catalytic converter- have not replaced yet O2 sensor- $100 Driver side memory seat function-$75 Radiator- $1700 - which then lead to Blown Gasket on engine block- full engine swap $6,000 AC compressor-$500 Driver side window motor replacement-$50 Most of the smaller jobs I did myself which kept the cost down but the others as you can see cost a small fortune! I've contacted Cars & Class Via email with no answer and I'll be honest I don't want to go there because I will not be in the right frame of mind to deal with the owner. From the moment we arrived the experience was not like buying a car at a dealership traditionally is. This is where all, and I mean all, the praise needs to go to Josh. I will say that he single-handedly made the entire experience go from one in which we were simply looking to us leaving that day with her brand new car. We went in, showed the vehicle that we wanted to test drive, and Josh made it all happen after that. All in all we spent the better part of four hours working through the entire process from showing up to walking away with a new car. And now, just over two months later, she is still extremely happy with the purchase. I will say there was one downside of the entire day. By the time that we got into the finance room and we're finishing up the paperwork, the guy handling our paperwork, was for lack of any other identifying term, a prick. He was curt, abrasive, and just an unpleasant human which was shocking when compared to everyone else we dealt with that day. Certainly nothing to lose a sale, but by that point, we just wanted to be done. Overall, cannot recommend Johnson Hyundai enough. We had just had an awful experience with Leith and had no hopes on another car buying experience the next day. She set us up with a test drive with Vladimir. We had the best experience with Johnson Hyundai and the way we were treated. So far, my Toyota Highlander is doing GREAT and I loved my experience with all the staff at Johnson!
