I arrived at 11 a.m. to pick up my car and Enterprise told me the person who handles Caliber Collision had left for the day. I was upset, I had driven 40 minutes to get my car. The person who was there notified the employee and she drove back and it took around 20 minutes. The issue was resolved which made the process satisfying for me. Just be mindful of what you tell people on the phone because people count on that when planning their day.

However, the windshield wipers were re-installed incorrectly and when used they scuffed the drivers side A pillar. Some of the windows had to be replaced and re tinted and they forgot to tint one (easy fix), and the drivers side headlight assembly they replaced I'm guessing is a non-oem one and is pointed directly at the ground and virtually useless at night. The paint turned out good, however the reassembly of the body seems to be rushed with not a lot of attention to detail from the techs. For the amount of time they had the car things should be reinstalled correctly. They did cover two days of the rental charges as my policy max was reached while they were still working on the car. Good customer service, good paint/body work, bad reassembly of the car. Taylor did get a new a pillar ordered and will have the tint guy finish the job but hopefully this headlight can be adjusted as it is a one piece assembly. Will update once everything is fixed correctly after a 20k bill.

Washnwerk damaged my car and verbally agreed to cover the damages. When I sent them the quote for…read morethe damages a few days later, they denied responsibility and denied ever offering to pay for the repair. Multiple other customers reported similar problems with Washnwerk. Here's what happened: I brought my car in for a window tint and picked it up to find damage on the rear driver's side of my vehicle -- white paint transfer and my light blue paint scraped off. When I discovered the damage, the manager, Garrett, acknowledged it looked like a white car had hit my car and verbally agreed to cover the cost of the repair. My partner witnessed this interaction including Garrett saying "We'll cover the cost of the damage because I don't want you to leave here feeling like we screwed you over." I did not file a police report that day because I trusted his word. I included a photo of my car that I took immediately upon discovering the damage. Upon sending him the quote for the damage, he claimed his employees denied causing the damage and that his ring camera footage showed nothing happened to my car. But that footage was conveniently deleted before anyone could review it. He also denied ever promising to pay for the damage. Because I trusted his initial commitment and didn't file a police report right away, I lost the opportunity to have law enforcement review that footage; law enforcement said they would have confiscated the footage the day the damage was discovered if I had filed a police report. I inspected my car for bird droppings the day before dropping it off at Washnwerk and a witness can confirm they didn't see the damage before it was left in their care. I am now stuck with a $1,000 deductible on a property damage claim for damage I am certain occurred at this business. I looked over the reviews left for Washnwerk on Google and found 6 other reviews describing damage to customers' vehicles such as exterior damage and new stains in the interior. In every instance, the customer reports that the damage was never remediated or at least doesn't mention any remediation. Washnwerk commented on one of these reviews claiming they wanted to make it right, but the customer didn't update their review to confirm any remediation had happened. One reviewer reported the exact same experience as me -- an initial offer to pay, later retracted. There are screenshots of these reviews below. I'd hate for this to happen to anyone else. Please choose a detailing company that stands behind their work and takes responsibility when something goes wrong. If you've had a similar experience and haven't shared it yet, please do share.

Later that evening, they called with a repair estimate of $2,156 to replace the radiator fan, thermostat, and tires, plus $309 just to refill the antifreeze. When I called to ask about alternatives, they only reduced the price by $20. That felt excessive, so I decided to get a second opinion. I ended up going to NC Complete Auto Care, where the radiator fan was replaced for $881. They didn't charge for refilling the antifreeze and said the thermostat wasn't an issue and did not need to be replaced. They also let me know I could safely wait on the tires for a couple more months. I appreciated the transparency and will be taking my business there from now on. I can't recommend Cary Car Care based on my experience.

I called today Thursday 10/24/24 and they still hadn't touched the car! And that's when the mechanic told me the appt. was for the 30th. I realize it was my mistake on the scheduling but why didn't the check in lady tell me I had the day wrong? And why didn't someone notice yesterday when the car was sitting there all day? And why did they say the car was in queue to be worked on in the morning? I'm on my way out of town for a family emergency and this messed me up so badly. When I realize the date mistake I asked the guy who answered the phone if they could squeeze me in. He said: if someone who has an appointment doesn't show up or cancels we can get you in.
