In hindsight, that ended up being a blessing. One of my biggest concerns was my oldest daughter's underbite. At multiple appointments, I brought it up and was repeatedly told to wait and see. After switching dentists, she was immediately referred to an orthodontist, where we learned she has complex jaw issues that should have been evaluated much sooner. As a parent, it was frustrating to realize that concerns I'd been raising for years weren't taken more seriously. My younger daughter was never told she had any significant dental concerns while at Rockside. At her first visit with our new dentist, several cavities and other dental work were identified. It's certainly possible some of that developed between visits, but given our overall experience, it left me questioning whether things had been missed. I also had a chipped tooth repaired at Rockside in 2023. When the dentist asked if it felt right after the repair, I told him three separate times that it didn't.
