My dental appointment was through and complete. I have MS and the facility is extremely accommodating,I use a wheelchair/ Walker and was able to get around. I was able to KNOW how much needed dental services were needed and the dentist worked with me on cost and made it possible for me to get everything done. I'm a little biased because I have been going here for a while. all of my prior dentist have moved on and the new Dentists are proving they are well qualified in providing excellent service and compassion. Background I initially chose Dental Delite because I had a crown on the right side of my mouth that had come loose. The office attempted to re-cement the crown three separate times, and each time it came out the same day. Because these attempts were unsuccessful, I elected to have a new crown made. The temporary crown repeatedly came loose as well, so I eventually left it out until the permanent crown was placed. Fortunately, the permanent crown remained in place. Confusion Regarding Tooth Extraction I also required a tooth extraction and elected to undergo the procedure under oral sedation. The dentist instructed me to pick up a prescription from the pharmacy and bring the medication with me to my appointment. The day before my appointment, I called the office to verify the instructions. On the morning of the procedure, the dental assistant, Kenneth, called and informed me that I should have taken one pill the night before and instructed me to take one immediately. However, I had not yet picked up the prescription. When I obtained the medication, the written directions on the prescription differed from what I had been told over the phone. I contacted the dental office again, and the dentist instructed me not to take the medication until I arrived at the office, where I would receive further instructions. The conflicting directions created unnecessary confusion and concern immediately before my procedure. Damage to Adjacent Tooth During the tooth extraction and preparation for the bridge, two adjacent teeth were prepared. After the procedure, I discovered that the lower corner of my front crown next to the bridge had been chipped. I have before-and-after photographs/X-rays documenting the condition of this tooth. Temporary Bridge Issues Following the extraction, I was fitted with a temporary bridge. The experience was extremely disappointing. The temporary restoration consisted of only two teeth and a veneer instead of a three-tooth bridge. My mouth, teeth, and the bridge itself were covered with excess dental cement, and cement was left around my lips and mouth. I had to go to the restroom to scrape the hardened cement from my face because it had not been cleaned before I left the treatment room. As I was leaving the office and speaking on the phone, the temporary bridge came loose and fell out. Because I had already experienced multiple problems with temporary restorations at Dental Delite, I chose not to return immediately and lived with an unacceptable smile for approximately three weeks. Mouth Guard I also purchased a custom mouth guard. Rather than placing it in my mouth to verify the fit and making any necessary adjustments, the dental assistant simply handed it to me as I left the office. When I tried it at home, it did not fit properly and caused significant pain because an extended portion pressed into my gums. Due to my repeated negative experiences with the office, I did not return to have it adjusted. Delays and Additional Temporary Bridge Failure I was originally told that my permanent bridge would be ready in approximately three weeks. Instead, I was informed that new measurements had to be taken and another temporary bridge would be fabricated, extending the process by an additional three weeks. Although the second temporary bridge included all three teeth, it again came loose the very same evening. Like the first temporary, it was covered with excess dental cement. Treatment by Another Dentist After these repeated problems, I sought treatment from another dentist. Upon examination, he advised me that there was insufficient clearance for the bridge, which explained why the temporary restorations repeatedly failed to remain in place. He also expressed concern regarding the appearance and quality of the temporary bridges that had been provided. He corrected the clearance issue, fabricated a properly fitting temporary bridge, and produced my permanent bridge within three days using in-office technology. read more

I had a very disappointing experience here. My root canal was not done correctly, and when the crown came off, I had to pay again just to have it put back on. Even after I expressed my concerns, it still wasn't placed properly. Instead of taking responsibility and fixing their mistake, I was told to go somewhere else and that they could no longer help me. This has caused me unnecessary stress, pain, and expenses. A dental office should stand behind their work, and unfortunately, that was not the case here. read more

I started my experience with Dental Delight January 2022. The staff were very nice and welcoming. I did not start my treatment plan until June 6th 2022. When they made the wax imprint for my upper partial I noticed that one of the four crowns in my mouth was huge . Sticking out like Count Dracula. . I voiced my concern and was told it would match the other canine tooth on my partial. I said I hope not . When I went home that day the first thing my brother said was wha is up with that big tooth . When I ent back I ask for my next visit I ask for it to be made smaller.. Even then she would not makecit flush with my other teeth ( it wasn't just the length. It was so thick . She said she would rather wait till my partial was ready . Several weeks later. Not 3 like I was told. I went in and given my partial. No the crown was still noticeable larger . I told the Dentist it was moving up and down and that it was not staying in . She said that was an easy fix and preceded to put what looked like denture cream inside the partial. I was told to put in my mouth while wet and when it dried it wasn't going anywhere . 3 days later it came out of my mouth . My experience with this practice lasted till November 2022 . At which point they gave me my bottom denture . Which was huge kept popping out of my mouth. Was told to h my mouth a certain way . And everyone came in told me ho great they looked .After not even a month later after dealing with an partial that wouldn't stay in my mouth ugh and was tearing the inside of my mouth to death. A lower denture that not only was tearing up my gums and popping out of my mouth . I went back in ... only to be told it would cost me another 1000 dollars to fix the issues. So I went for a second opin. They didn't know the work had been done at there other location and gave me a treatment plan to fix them . And to my surprise my insurance would pay about 3000 and I would only be responsible for 350 . this is where the real problem came in . I call my insurance company and Dental Delight had never filed a claim with them except for the January initial exam which they covered. So here we have a case of fraud . They lied to me and insisted I pay the total amount up front . There answer to the prob was to let there other location repair my teeth at no cost to me . I tried to explain to Dr Marsaw that there had been a cost right at 4000 dollars and that I was not interested In letting them touch my mouth and wanted a refund. I am 65 years old on disability... they were well of this , I guess t figured they could get away with lying stealing from me. I went over all the diagnosis codes with my insurance almost everything they did was covered. I have made every effort to get my money back ... have been hospitalized 32 days since Christmas and had 3 surgeries. hence the delay in taking care of this . I can't eat with my teet in my mouth even the partial has to come out . if I blow my nose the partial comes out . I can not even take a drink or swallow food with the bottom denture in . Dr Marsaw will not return my calls . I could get one of those ambulance chasing lawy. I have no interest in going after more money than what I paid . Because of the of fraud this is the only other recourse I have cud to file a civil suit and send in an incident report to the government state board that investigates and decides weather the complaint is true . if so they could lo their license. I will ask for my money back and the 134 to file the suit i would rather they just ret my money. I have found another Dentist that takes my insurance that will actually file claims instead of lying to me and insisting I pay the total amount the first day . Until them I will still be in pain , having cuts and bleeding in my mouth. Not be able to go out and eat with my family. Heck I won't eat in front of anyone. read more

RUN AWAY & DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS This business is not ethical. I don't even know how they are still in business. I went in on April 7, 2022 to the Duncanville location for a consultation for implants. I got an X ray & examination was seen by Hooper, Chelsea K. The dental tech was playing R Kelly & Silk--the type of music you'd listen to before you have sex so I was already turned off by the experience but because my friend recommended this place, I thought I'd go. Finally the dentist came & did an exam. She took good time addressing my questions but that was it. 2 authorizations were supposed to be sent on my behalf but only one was--the one they could get paid for. I called & they assured me both auths were sent. I wait a month & still no updates so I called my insurance company. They confirmed just one. We called on 3 way & they sent the auth to the wrong place with the wrong payer ID. Later that way, Hooper, Chelsea K. called me & assured she sent the request for implants. That was a lie. Its 4 months after I was seen & no authorization was sent. I called the office & spoke with the office manager Star. She said that Hooper, Chelsea K. sent my file to Dr. Cooke--but never gave me any number or information on the provider. I called them myself, but they did not receive anything for me. SO THE OFFICE MANAGER LIED. I called the office back to inform her she lied, and I needed to get my own records. Star said I had no X rays (although it was BILLED ON MY INSURANCE & I CAN SEE D0330 CODE WAS CHARGED) & told me to send an email & pay for my records. I wasted my time & money. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!!!! Dr. Belinda Marsaw acts like is she here for you, but she is really out to take your money and your insurance money. I put all my trust in her when at the end she has messed me up for life. I currently have a case open with the state board against her. I strongly urge you to seek another dentist. I put all my all my faith in her, I recieved crown and bridge work from her. She did all this work over decayed teeth. She left me in my tempories for 2 years while taking my money in the process. I had to loose my upper teeth after all the excruciating pain that I went thru get the perfect smile that she promised me. Now I'm in denture getting prep for implants, they are going over the work that she messed up. I spent over $14,000 of work in the result of me having to spend $10,000 more for a implant denture. She needs to loose her license on what she did to me. Dental Delite is by far the best dental office I've ever been too. I've been going to Dr. Marsaw's office since I was a child and have tried a few other offices closer to me but none have compared. Since I am really particular about the care of my teeth, they are well worth me traveling for! Dr. Marsaw and Dr. Hong both are the most thorough and detailed dentists I've had. They take the time to give their patients the best care. I've even had other dentists from other offices comment on how good my previous dental work looked! The dental assistants are really kind and do their best to make you feel super comfortable and ease any fears you might have of getting dental care. I highly recommend them! read more
