I had to wait an hour after my cleaning to see the doctor. He took 30 seconds to look at my teeth and tell me what I needed done then waited another hour to see Brian the billing person. Total of 2 1/2 hours. Also my husband went here for a tooth extraction and was left numbed for over and hour and a half before doc came in. So I was a little skeptical about coming here, but once I stepped through the door I was in awe! The staff are very friendly and welcoming, it makes coming to the dentist less scary and I feel comfortable because I personally HATE going to the dentist lol. When I got my check up the service was very fast, there was really no wait time, very clean environment, the Dr. and the staff were very helpful and explained everything well. I had to stop seeing my old dentist because she started acting like a car salesperson, trying to upsell me on crazy robot teeth that would cost like a million dollars. I just wanted a dentist who would let me keep my normal human teeth healthy. I was told by a friend that Dr. Marty at Dental Express was on the level, so I went to see him. Dude was great, told me what I had some old fillings we needed to watch, but no need to freak out and install robot teeth (at least not yet). Dr.Marty is truly an amazing dentist! He's kind,.compassionate and professional! I came to him expecting the minimal care my insurance covered and after this long dental journey, he's not only restored my smile but also my confidence as a human being. I can proudly smile in photos with my children after avoiding being photographed my entire life.This was no easy task as I have been fearful of dental work my whole life and as a result needed extensive work done. He really put me at ease and I never felt judged. He made a clear, consise plan with me and went above and beyond, with consideration to how I felt about my appearance. I felt like he actually cared and he absolutely showed his skill and artistry,. He took extra care and thoughtfulness to improve things he had no control over which means he worked way harder than was required to do his job. Dr. Marty is literally a superhero and it has a lot to do with his demeanor and chill but confident personality. Dental Express in general is awesome with very short to no waiting time, both in lobby and in the chair. This guy did 5 root canals in less than 1.5 hours from time in to time out, with a pregnant, uncomfortable patient and I needed zero pain meds! I find myself just smiling in the mirror at myself and I can't even articulate just how much he has changed my view of myself inside and out. Today I went to see if I could get my spacer out and the pulled my loose tooth and I felt nothing way better than the Super Dentist. The wait for the doctor was a little long but I was worth it. I loved that they had a little like polar express. I love their t-shirt and it was my first time there worth the drive. I love how funny Shelby is when she was talk to my grandma.
