To be treated by Dr. Lyla Boustani is an unforgettable experience. There are so many things about her that makes you feel relaxed and respected. I got a root canal and it's the first time in my life that it was almost painless. It's the way she goes about it. She explains every detail, step by step, and checks how you feel constantly. And she is extremely careful and professional. Add that to all this that she has a great dental assistant who offers lavender to relax you and a ceiling that is basically "sky and clouds". So yes, it's unforgettable and not even close to other physicians and dentists I met in my life. Many should learn from Dr. Boustani. read more

I waited for about a year to write this review, see how my procedure feels, how things evolved and so on. I was referred to Dr. Boustani last year in May when I needed a root canal, my first one ever. I was nervous, but I was also in pain for a while so I wanted to proceed with everything and get rid of trouble. We started with a consultation to identify the tooth, test the area, an X-ray and so on. Dr Boustani was very nice and seemed very careful and precise. We made the appointment for the procedure. Everyone at the front desk was very nice to me and my husband during this time. They did call me to re-schedule de appointment since they didn't have an assistant for my procedure. That was a bit annoying since I was in pain and wanted to get it over with. But I know everyone deals with lack of staff these days. In the day of the procedure, Dr. Boustani made sure I was really numb, tested me several times, she told me it is an important part of the procedure. She sprayed my arms with lavender oil which I love, trying to calm my nerves. The root canal procedure took at least 2 hours, but the doctor was nice, patient, I felt like I was in good hands, she kept me updated with the steps. She is a nice, warm person, easy to chat with while waiting for various steps. She is very experienced, uses the latest technology, and is passionate about her work I didn't feel anything the whole time. It isn't a walk in the park to get a root canal, still, but I didn't feel any pain and I felt care for. They charge a lot, we had a small discount and if you pay upfront you get another one, which I did since I don't have dental insurance. I know this kind of procedure is costly anyways. But I felt in good hands and everyone was very nice and caring. Had no issues during the recovery (not a fun process, but it is what it is). They validate parking for 2 hours, we were in there longer so we paid a tad extra (the building is on Riverside dr.). The garage needs to fix the payment machine, it doesn't work that well. I hope to not need another root canal (or not one anytime soon) but I would come back to Dr. Boustani if that would be the case. read more

Awful receptionist- Truly shocked at how bad this receptionist was. I was calling around to get more information with their Endodontist Lyla, I explained my situation and asked for prices. The receptionist then decided to tell me she doesn't know, she wasn't willing to look up the type of insurance plan I have nor acknowledge the prices I saw online with my Aetna plan. She couldn't even give me a price range! Long story short she hung up on me :) Truly shocking that a person like that would be working as a receptionist. My experience with the surgeon (Dr. Peri) overall has been great. My problem with this office is scheduling and their receptionist (Helen) who doesn't know how to treat patients. My implant screw cap fell out, I was concerned and called the office and asked if I could speak to the surgeon. Helen rudely responds, that this is a specialty center and the surgeon is only available when he says he's available. In other words I can't talk to him unless I make an appointment. Here's the problem, he's only there twice a month. I asked why is it so difficult to communicate with my surgeon and ask a simple question. She tells me to call 911 if it's an emergency or my general dentist. I was appalled! Who speaks to their patients this way? Call 911?are you kidding me? My implant cap fell out and she tells me to call 911. Then I was told not to call back to back because she is the only one working in the office. I've left several messages in the past with no response. She always cuts me off and is quick to hang up on me. It's mind boggling how people like this get hired to work in health care. I spent a lot of time and money getting this implant done, not once, but twice, and I think it's crazy that they make it this difficult to be in contact with your surgeon. It shouldn't be a puzzle and you should NEVER make your patients feel bad for asking to speak with the surgeon. Patients should have every right to be in contact with their doctors after having surgery. No patient should be spoken to this way. LEARN HOW TO SPEAK TO PATIENTS. TAKE COMMUNICATION AND PROFESSIONAL ETIQUETTE COURSES BEFORE WORKING AT A "Dental specialty Center". It's truly unfortunate and disappointing because I really do think the surgeon does a great job, but the lack of communication and professionalism completely ruined the process for me. If you're looking for a reliable procedure this is definitely not the place for you. ****UPDATE****still no response from DR Peri or the office after leaving messages. My general dentist office has also left them messages and no response. This is how unreliable and incompetent this office is. I had an urgent situation with my implant and they left me hanging with no phone call. This is how they take care of patients just for everyone to know. It's unethical and completely unacceptable. UPDATE: this place is complete GARBAGE. I filed a grievance with my insurance company and there is no response/communication from this office. I was referred to Dr. Boustani by my dentist for what sounded like a very special case; I needed a not one, but two root canals. (Long story but I had a weird situation with two teeth that I've been avoiding for 15 years.) I went to her for a consultation, and I made it abundantly clear how afraid I was when it comes to dental work. I am just a total wimp when it comes to pain. Within the first 5 minutes of our consult, Dr. Boustani made me feel safe, comfortable, and she clearly communicated what her plan would be during the procedure. And most importantly, she assured me that I would not feel any discomfort, and even if I did, i'd be so loopy that I wouldn't care. I would like to note, this office does not take my dental insurance (Blue Shield) but I felt so sure about Dr. Boustani (both because of that consult and the strong recommendation by my dentist) that I proceeded to pay in full instead of finding another office on yelp based on who took my insurance. Long story short, a week went by and it was time for my procedure. Not only did I not feel a single second of pain or discomfort, but the entire process was easy, my recovery felt so smooth, and Dr. Boustani followed up with me immediately the next day to make sure I was okay. About 5 days after my procedure I had a question for her about something related to my procedure and texted her on her personal cell which I was hoping not to do (on a holiday weekend!) and she responded immediately, was so helpful, and made me feel at ease. First off I will say that I was happy with the actual care provided by Dr. Boustani and Dr. Vahedi. However, their office staff is TERRIBLE. After a surgery, I was losing pieces of my bone graft (which the surgeon said was an urgent situation) on a Sunday. I called the office and the voicemail says to leave a message and if it's urgent, they frequently check messages and will return my call right away. I left an urgent message and NEVER heard back from them. I called back on Monday morning about my problem, and they still had never picked up my emergency message. Fernanda, while very friendly, gives a lot of lip service. She often says she "is trying to help" but doesn't actually do anything to help. And god forbid you have any billing questions - the "billing manager" LaLa will never return your calls or emails. Even though my procedures were covered by insurance, they made me pay in full before the procedure was done, even for things that my insurance would cover. Then after my insurance paid, and I needed a refund, it was like PULLING TEETH from them to get that money. They have no basic understanding of how their contracts with Dental Insurance work and what they are required to do. I asked for copies of my medical records - it took MONTHS to receive them. They are now refusing to bill my insurance for medically necessary and dental services. Since they won't do their job, I need to bill the insurance myself. Which would be fine, if they would actually give me the coding and information I need to bill the insurance. I've been trying to obtain this information for several weeks and they just won't give it to me. My next step is filing complaints with the ADA, my insurance company, and the State regulators. Day before appointment they asked me to go in 10:30 instead of 11 which is fine. I get there at 10:30 on the day of my appointment and they have me waiting 1 1/2 hours before taking me back. Ridiculous. The actual surgery took less than 1/3 of the time they had me waiting. Do not recommend if you do t like your time being wasted. Also whoever the "Doctor" was who did my consult was NOT the same person who actually did my procedure, I had just met this guy that same day. So I wonder if I even saw a professional licensed doctor? DO NOT COME HERE! Also they gave my oral hydrogel wound dressing with no cap protecting the tip from any foreign objects/germs. UNSANITARY! "Bottom line is" just don't waste your time here. Obviously you didn't read the whole review if you are still "hoping" everything else went smoothly. First off I can't believe all the negative reviews here I was actually really surprised they had any , I came in yesterday for a tooth extraction and I was super nervous because it had been a while in the dentist chair for me. The entire staff was friendly and made me feel much better , I checked in and they called me right away I was only waiting for like 2 minutes , they numbed me up then the dentist came in and gave me the shots , assured me it would go smooth and they would take good care of me , I waited a couple of minutes for the novocaine to kick in then he came back in and extracted my tooth. I was nervous so I closed my eyes and to keep my mind off of what was going on I hummed the pina colada song lol ( without moving my mouth of course ) and before I knew it the tooth was out , I felt nothing no pressure didn't hear any cracking or anything it was so fast and smooth it was amazing. Yes it was a bit expensive but you get what you pay for ! After going to my share of bad dentists these guys were great , I wish I could keep them as my normal dentist but they are a specialty center . This place is amazing! Everyone from the office personnel (Lala) to the oral surgeon (Dr. Salib) was very nice and accommodating. I had no problems at all with billing and with the procedure. Lala was awesome because she broke down the cost of getting my 4 wisdom teeth out detail by detail. There were no hidden surprises when I got the tab. Everything was billed exactly how she described it. I'm so happy with their service, they deserve 5 stars just for having Lala guide me through all the paperwork and insurance billing stuff. As for the procedure... what procedure? Haha. I was listening to salsa music (Dr. Salib makes you choose what music you wanna listen to during your procedure) , and then next thing you know... I'm awake and the procedure is done. I swear it felt like nothing happened. It was insanity how fast it seemed. The icing on the cake is when Dr. Salib called me the next day to check up on me. Getting my 4 wisdom teeth removed couldn't get any better! Office Experience: I made my appointment with Lala and she was very nice, courteous, and informative on the phone, She called me the day before my appt to confirm everything and to make sure I didn't eat or drink anything 8 hours prior to my appt. On the day of my appt I checked in with Lala and filled out the appropriate paperwork. The office is new looking and has a relaxing vibe. Flat Panel & cable tv in the waiting room, nicely decorated, doesn't smell... lol. Panoramic x-rays were done and displayed to me in real time on an iMac. Fyi, they are an Apple office, not relevant to dentistry, but my kind of office none the less. Dr. Salib took a look at my xray and advised me on everything I needed to know and what he recommended. Once the consultation was done we squared away the financial aspect. Lala showed me all costs associated to my procedure. Went back into the room to start my procedure. Dr. Salib (USC 2004) was very informative on everything that was going on. Threw on my preference of music on the imac and it was pretty much lights out. Side note, Dr Chris (Cris, Kris??) is a UCLA grad... so you made need to choose a side. I woke up perfectly normal to more music. No nausea or headache. I was a little wobbly when I first stood up but there were little effects after that. Left with my prescription slip and some gauze. I was given a green paper that reminded me of everything I needed to know for post surgery; eating, drinking, smoking, etc. The paper also had Dr. Salib's number just in case. Days after: Dr. Salib called me the next morning to check up on me and to see if there were any other questions. Made sure I had his cell phone number just in case. My face isn't swollen. I didn't even need stitches. My jaw felt a little bruised on the second day (5/5/11). Nothing the Motrin can't handle. All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I usually hate the dentist, but Dr. Salib, Dr. Chris, Bella, and Lala gave me an exceptional experience. Two enthusiastic thumbs up! :) read more

In response to Dr. Boustani's wholly inaccurate reply to my post, first of all my reference to being in the legal profession had nothing whatsoever to do with my review on Yelp. It had to do with my concerns that this office does not supply Patient Information sheets, which is an industry standard. Further, my insurance company did not contact me and when I contacted them on July 9 after hearing from Christina, speaking with a manager, she confirmed that the only contact they had from this office was on July 7, and was nothing more than an inquiry about benefits. To my knowledge, and theirs, you provided no 'report' whatsoever, and the grievance is going forward, as is the complaint to the Dental Board. I, in fact, made maybe two phone calls to your office. One conversation was with Sabrina and related to a change in appointment time, because I was in pain. I don't recall this being an abusive phone call. I then spoke to Christina on maybe one other occasion, not an abusive call either - if you recall she spoke with you regarding aspirin use, which was when I expressed concerns regarding the Patient Information sheet. So, two or three phone calls translate into 'multiple' phone calls?? Please. And could you enlighten me as to the 'other threats' I made? The only so-called threat I made to Christina was regarding the Yelp review, and here it is - not a threat but a promise. Christina is extremely bossy, for want of a better word, and needs to stop talking over people and arguing. Your office has no defense against the inability to provide information sheets, and I will leave it to the Dental Board to investigate why you are failing to do such a necessary thing. As far as the up-sell, well, of course you have those concerns about patient treatment, Dr. Boustani, but you leave the patient no choice either. You should simply strongly recommend it, but if they do not have the monetary ability then you should also provide standard treatment. People's longevity is not affected by what solution you use to rinse out the canals. That's poppycock. Anyway, enough time on this. Bottom line, Dr. Boustani, you did not hear any of the phone calls, so you are simply relying on hearsay. I will leave you to the tender mercies of the Dental Board and my insurance carriers. This review is for the horrible customer service that I received at the Studio City location (they seemed friendly, but the only want your money). I found this location thru my insurance's website. I called them and asked if they will accept my insurance ( I asked them because previously I saw another dentist). So they "checked" my benefits and the mentioned to me that I will be in charge of my co-pay, and the X-ray will be not included. I said okay, I needed a consultation with a periodontist because later I will have to find a general dentist. During the conversation, they told me that, we have a general dentist in here as well. Would you like to meet him?, I said, sure. Whatever is included in my insurance. They told me sure (stupid of me to believe them). Anyway, I had the consultation with the periodontist and later with the general dentist (they took one X-ray for free which, I appreciated). My insurance covered the periodontist fees but not the general dentist. Some they give an estimate for only one inlay for $1340.00 which I thought was a bit pricey. They recommended applying for CareCredit ( I felt a bit forced to do that at their office) because I did not want to start the new year with this extra bill. So, I applied and right of way they took the money, even though this procedure was not even scheduled yet. They scheduled me for the first procedure more than one month away. So, I went home and during the week, I changed my mind. I did not want to wait that long for the first procedure and who knows when the second one will be scheduled? So I called them to cancel the procedures ( they DID NOT like that.) I asked they if they could refund the $1340.00 to careCredit. They were surprised, and they told me that they've never had this kind of situation. I told them that careCredit did not have any penalty for cancelling this procedure because It was not even scheduled yet. So, they dentist's office told me, I need to call you back, and they will let me know about the refund. They called me back saying that I owed them $275.00 for the general dentist consultation. I was extremely surprised by this. They had NEVER mentioned to me that there was a consultation fee. (They told me before the appointments that I will be in charged for my co-pay only). So I have to pay them the $275.00. Otherwise, they will not refund the $1340.00 to careCredit. I said fine. SO I thought, well they are charging me all this money, right? I should have these procedures sooner rather than later. So I called them back and asked nicely if they could give me an earlier appointment. They said sure, let's see what is available. (I told them, well you have two locations, I can go to the other one if I have to.) To which they replied, the dentists just work in this office. I asked, so why are the two locations are shown on your website, and they did not answer that which I thought was strange. So they called me back saying that if they just could change the time (one hour earlier but not the day), and I said, well this is not helping me because that is still more than a month away for the first procedure. The women whom I had been working with says, you are so negative, so I WILL NOT change your appointment. I ended up paying the $275. 00 stupid "consultation fee" that they never mentioned to me and didn't end up doing any of the other procedures. I've never had anything more than a teeth cleaning in my life -- oh, except for years of orthodontic torture, right -- but no cavities or anything like that. So when I found out I had to have my wisdom teeth out on the double I kind of flipped my sh*t. Fortunately I was in very good hands with Dr. Landa and staff. The procedure took all of 10 minutes and was completely painless. I was awake for the whole thing and enjoying in-room Pandora -- that was a nice amenity. Overall, a very positive experience and I appreciated the modern feel of the office. All told it was around $700 for two teeth, after a $100 discount my regular dentist had given me. Not bad! Why the one missing star? There was some miscommunication between the front desk and the doctor, and I was never given the nitrous gas I was quoted. There's also this herbal healing gel called Sockit Gel they sell you pretty hard on, which is supposed to be applied by the dentist and then you take the rest of the tube home. Well, that didn't happen either. If I hadn't said something I would have ended up overpaying by about $200. But they took care of it so no harm done! read more

I just got back from having work done by Dr. Lyla Boustani, all of the reviews about her are 100% correct! She is amazing! I told her that I am a hard to numb and she was very patient with me. Dr. Lyla offered 3 forms types of anxiety relaxers and I picked the gas, so glad I did. I felt no pain at all! One comment said it felt like a spa. (as I was laying down there I was thinking about this comment and I was like wow, she was right!lol). I think I even fell asleep, the music they had on was pretty calming. The ladies at the front desk and the assistance are all so nice! One was even nice enough to walk me to the restroom after the gas was off. I don't think it could have gone any better! I am sure many people dread having Root Canals done. I think I definitely be doing extreme fishing in 50 foot stormy waters in the middle of the ocean than have a root canal done. Dr. Lyla performed this operation and she did an AMAZING job, both from a professional but also procedural (Dental) perspective. Being the curious lady I am, I used the ever so helpful Google to get more info and was led to yelp to see she had glowing reviews. So now it's my time to leave a glowing review. Lala took my appointment and handled everything with my insurance and was so patient and nice and perfect. Dr. Boustani was very gentle and I DID start doozing off during the procedure. I was so happy she was able to see me so quickly, considering the holiday season can mean slower call back due to days off. I'm in no pain and really happy with everything. I had a WONDERFUL experience here. I needed to get all 4 wisdom teeth removed, and I was extremely nervous about complications because of their positioning and since I'm getting them out a bit late (I'm 25). Everyone in the office is super friendly and made me feel at ease despite my apprehensions. They were also extremely helpful in working out the financial aspects with me. It ended up costing way less than I had expected it to! The extraction itself went infinitely better than I imagined, too. Dr. Landa put me right at ease and the process was quick and clean. I had zero complications and no pain or swelling, and everything is healing wonderfully. Obviously every case will be different, but I would definitely have wanted these guys in my corner if I'd had any issues. I thought Dr. Boustani was really nice and professional. I came here when I was pregnant because my tooth cracked and I needed a root canal. Dr. Boustani looked at it and suggested I wait so she put in a temporary filling and I returned after I had the baby and she cleaned it out. There is a relaxed family vibe in the office. It is expensive though. I could have had this done for half as much easily. All in I spent over 1500 for my root canal. yikes. Dr. Boustani shares an office with her brother Dr. Gazarian. I made an appt. for Dr. Gazarian when I was pregnant because I don't have an L.A. dentist. I had to cancel a few days beforehand because my Dr. had put me on strict bed rest because of pregnancy complications. After I got the root canal done I made another appt. This time my infant came down with an illness and I was up all night clearing her nose and watching her temperature and then back and forth to her Dr. It was a sleepless frantic night and day. Later that day I realized I had spaced my dentist appt. I then got a long pissy message from Lala, who manages the office. She was waxing poetic about personal responsibility and she kept saying 'unacceptable' over and over and told me to take my business elsewhere...it was over the top. At first it just made me mad because it was totally unprofessional and the kind of message you'd get from a cranky friend or family member. Then it made me laugh. I ended up saving it and playing it for a bunch of my friends. I don't know.. maybe she was having a bad day? or something? It was such a looong message too. If she was my friend I wouldn't care, but this is from a business, a stranger, and from an office where I just spent a lot of money. I just feel like if this office is going to charge at the top of the scale they need to have ultra professional standards. Again, I want to stress that Dr. Boustani was really great. Can't believe how easy that was! When it comes to the dentist or the idea of surgery at all I freak out...I choose Dental Specialty Center because of the good reviews I had heard from YELP. It has been about 24 hours since my wisdom teeth removal and not only am I in high spirits but I am in virtually no pain! Dr. Salib and his whole staff took very good care of me. They made me feel at ease and the procedure was so fast I remember asking him when I came too if he was sure he had taken out all of the teeth. After the surgery I received all the the proper medicine and instructions on how to recover fast. I've seen Lyla B 3 times for root canals over a 4 year period. Thank God for her.. I have had some very bad dental history with idiots. There are dentists who claim they can do the job and really they can't! They just want the money. I didn't want to wait close to a month for my scheduled root canal at my general dentist, so I did my research and found Dr. Lyla Boustani. After reading all the positive reviews on here, I decided to go to her for my root canal. Although I wasn't overly bothered by my tooth before going in, I have to say she was absolutely amazing. As soon as I walked in, she was very friendly and explained everything in large detail. She described the extra step she takes when doing root canals by using antibiotic to rinse the root after the nerve extraction, and afterwards, once we got settled in for the root canal, made the room extremely comfortable by playing my choice of music. She had a difficult tooth to work with, that would not numb down easily, but she was gentle and worked slowly to make sure I feel no pain. There was only the slightest little discomfort while she had to work double time to numb down the roots, but after that I didn't feel a thing! In fact, I kind of started laughing a few times because while I could hear and see them working on it, I didn't feel anything. Long story short, right after the numbing went away, I did feel a little pain where the anesthetic injection was done, but it went away in minutes after taking the prescribed medication. Today it's a full 24 hours later, and I don't have any pain or discomfort whatsoever! Dr. Lyla is a very attentive, professional and delicate endodontist and once you go to her you'll see why she says that her passion is endodontics. I don't wish root canals in my or anyone else's future but if they're required, Dr. Lyla will be my first choice of dentist, for sure! read more

I had a really great experience with Dental Specialty Center - Fernanda handled all of the scheduling/insurance and Dr. Vahedi was my surgeon for my complex wisdom teeth removal. - Most importantly - the surgery: Using my recovery as a measurement for how the surgery went, I think Dr. Vahedi did an AMAZING job! I hardly swelled at all and never had very serious pain. One of my teeth was going through the nerve so there was a risk of permanent numbness in the mouth, and I've had absolutely no problems. 10/10 would recommend! - I had an initial consultation where they were extremely thorough in understanding my overall health, and then explaining the current state of my teeth, the surgery process/risks, and after care. I referenced the notes I took during this meeting throughout the process and found them extremely helpful - The front office staff was so friendly and patient with all of my questions and hesitation. They figured out how to save me as much money as possible without sacrificing any steps the treatment plan. - On the day of the surgery, the office was very communicative and let me know what would be the best time to come in so as to minimize my wait time (there was an oral surgery before me that took longer than expected). - My mom is the most nervous nancy you've ever met, and peppered the staff with about 100 questions when i was coming out of the sedation, and the whole team (including Dr. Vahedi) were friendly and patient. - 2 weeks after my surgery, I had a question about how my mouth was healing and called the office, they had me see Dr. Vahedi. I would expect most doctors to be annoyed with someone coming back to their office AGAIN, and Dr. Vahedi was super chill, told me everything looked good and was so happy with how it all went. read more

I went to Lyla for my root canal last night thanks to Yelp users who were so positive about her. They were right. It's 1 pm the next day after having eaten a normal breakfast and lunch, and I STILL have had no pain at all. I feel soreness in my jaw if I open my mouth too wide. But, as long as I don't do that, it's like nothing happened to me at all! It feels better than when I get a regular cavity filled. I haven't needed a single pain killer at all. For all those going to Lyla for their first root canal: you don't have to freak out like I did - there is nothing to worry about at all. There is no pain during or after - just the soreness in my jaw that I can easily avoid. Of course, if you ARE freaking out like I did, Lyla and her staff are great about calming you down by patiently answering all the questions you have. During the procedure, Lyla played music at whatever loudness I wanted, she gave me a blanket to keep me warm and comfortable, and she even gave me an extra shot of painkiller when I said I was nervous about not being numb enough. Dental Specialty Center is as good as it gets! I had 5 teeth extracted (1 mohler + 4 wisdom teeth) and I can't say enough good things about how pleasant the experience was. Pleasant? how could getting teeth pulled be pleasant might you ask... Well, Dr. Salib is very personable and considerate. Plus, he knows what he's doing and does a great job at it. Following the surgery, I had no pain whatsoever! No pain! Only the normal swelling and soreness. The office personnel is first class. They really do care about their patients needs and they proved it to me. Lala did a tremendous job of guiding me through whole process and breaking down the financials. Wow...it's TRUE I didn't feel anything when I got my wisdom teeth taken out. They sedated me..I closed my eyes, the next time I opened..THEY WERE DONE. The entire staff especially Lala made the experience very pleasant. They broke down the cost of the entire procedure. The only thing I was concerned about is the pint of blood I threw up immediately after the procedure. I'm not sure why that happened, but I was too drugged up to bother. My mouth still feels a little swollen, but no pain. The same day I went home, my stomach did not take in the pain medication well and once again I threw up..this time violently. We looked it up and it seems like a common occurrence for most people. Overall I give them an A+! ...my sister is next in line to get her wisdom teeth out and we'll definitely be coming back here. read more

If you ever need an amazing endodontist I urge you to go see Dr. Lyla Boustani. I was initially referred to her by my regular dentist a few years ago for a complicated root canal and just had a second root canal (different tooth). To put it simply, she is impeccable. She is competent and really does due diligence. Her injections to numb you are so easy and painless pretty much. She takes her time, whereas I have had dentists who are just jabbing that needle everywhere trying to hit the correct spot for effectiveness and also having to re-administer more anesthesia. She does it properly the first time so there is no pain. The root canal process is so smooth and easy. She explains what she is doing and provides honest recommendations. Her demeanor is so pleasant. She instills trust and you can tell she loves her work. She told me her father was a dentist and so early on she was around that environment and assisted at times - and constantly absorbing and assimilating information with what you can sense is that brilliant mind of hers. I have never written a review before but I felt compelled to. If you are looking for a top notch endodontist with state of the art equipment do not hesitate to go to Dr. Boustani. Her office staff is great as well. She and her dental assistant work well together . They are in sync. Her work ethic is the highest. I even dozed off a little at one point read more
