The whole experience could not have been any better. From the extremely friendly office staff, Dr Kamrava's surgical assistant and the Doctor himself. Dr Kamrava took the time to explain everything he was doing and what to expect. The whole procedure was almost completely painless. He is gentle, kind, and fast. I am so grateful for his care. Unfortunately this is one of those relationships that you hope you don't have to see often- but if something does unexpectedly come up it is very comforting to know I now have someone of Dr Kamrava's skills and knowledge a phone call away.

To make a long story short: Dr. Jovicich is top notch. After studying the X-ray he found a small fracture in the tooth and determined that the tooth had developed a minor infection. The root canal was done in minutes - less than 45 minutes - maybe only a half hour! Sometimes when you watch someone work you just know that they know what they're doing as they plug away without hesitation. This was one of those times. It was like watching Bob Ross paint happy little trees or Edward Scissorhands cut hair. I highly recommend Dr. Jovocich for your Endo needs although this is also a situation where I don't necessarily want to be back in his chair anytime soon, if you know what I mean. But I feel confident and relieved that if I do need a root canal I'm going back to see him and his awesome staff. Good day!

I've had dental work done in the past that's had to be redone, and have had my fair share of unpleasant experiences, even during routine cleanings. I've been so sore and in pain for days, unable to properly eat, from just a regular tooth cleaning - I used to dread those appointments. It was very simple to make an appointment online which was already a plus. This place is also about 10 minutes away which was also convenient. The front staff is nice, not rude or condescending like some other places. I didn't have to wait long until I was called in. I had X-rays done, and then the Dr came in and actually spent a good amount of time just getting to know me as a person. After looking at my X-rays and doing a quick exam, he gave me a simple treatment plan for one tooth. He explained everything thoroughly and answered every question I had. I was even able to get my teeth cleaned with Zareh the same day and he was really efficient and gentle - no pain or soreness afterwards at all. I'll be going for my treatment in a few weeks so I'm a little nervous but feeling optimistic. I'll have to update this review after treatment so hopefully everything goes smoothly.

First, I made my appointment online, but when I arrived, they couldn't find it. Instead of taking responsibility or apologizing, I had to reschedule and waste even more of my time. The entire staff was rude and unprofessional. No one seemed interested in helping the patient, and every interaction felt dismissive and disrespectful. Dr. Mirzoyan's attitude was the most disappointing part. He was rude, spoke to me in a disrespectful manner, and made me feel like my concerns didn't matter. I also felt that he was not being honest about the treatment I needed and was trying to push me toward a much more expensive treatment than necessary without providing a clear explanation or discussing reasonable alternatives. Instead of treating patients with respect, he came across as arrogant, impatient, and unwilling to listen. I left feeling pressured rather than cared for. I would never return to this clinic and would not recommend it to anyone looking for professional, honest, and respectful dental care.
