She was very kind. All my teeth were looking good and only had one small missing filling. She told me how she was going to clean my teeth - no scraping just this machine thing. Totally fine. The young assistant with her had issue keeping the water in yay mouth. Dribbled down my neck a few times and on my face. That wasn't good. Kind of annoying. Polishing was done by same young man. He did a fine job. I was surprised they didn't floss- but no biggie. With dentist from 3:46-4:15 Overall everyone is VERY nice!!! Please reconsider getting braces/permanent retainers here. I recently came in for a visit to get my…read morepermanent retainers checked since it wasn't sturdy after 5 years of having them. Getting an appointment was fine but they do not care for you in the long term. Dr. Gonzalez took off my retainers and told me my only option was to get braces again. I would've been happy to get it glued or let it be like that to keep my shape. I felt like they were trying to get money out of my minor visit which was ridiculous. I even asked if my teeth would be in the same shape after getting my retainer removed, just cause of how long I had them for. He said that they would stay in shape but the fact that he lied was what lost me as a customer. I have so much anxiety sleeping every night now just because how much my teeth shifts at the bottom. Mind you, the defect in the retainer was from the lack of glue placement of Dr. Gonzalez. His work is great but he does not take accountability in long term errors. Adding on to that, the visit costed 20$! For a 5 minute removal. I came in thinking that I would receive help or some sort of reassurance but was in shock of how I got charged. During a routine pre-appointment, the treatment estimate was revised several times because of repeated mistakes on their end -- incorrect fees, added procedures, and even an unexplained extra tooth listed on the paperwork. The only reason the final amount reflected the correct cost was because the errors were identified and compared against the insurance authorization. Sedation had been removed from the treatment plan in advance, and the procedure was already scheduled. After the billing issues were brought to their attention and paid, the office waited until the day of the procedure to cancel, stating the surgeon now "recommends sedation". This information was never mentioned previously, and the timing of it all how convenient. We also raised concerns about a separate payment that was misallocated internally after being made in person and staff said "we will take care of it". The account reflected a nonpayment even though the funds were applied incorrectly on their side. The Operations Manager was contacted for clarification, but no response has been provided. The pattern of errors and lack of accountability raises serious concerns about how this office manages patient care and billing. Families should be prepared to double-check all documentation and charges if they choose this location. Very unethical and unprofessional behavior lead the way this front office and billing team operate.
