10/10 experience. Super easy to book online, you're able to fill out all necessary paperwork before you get there and they send text reminders so you don't forget. The office is beautiful, easy to find and they validate parking. There was no wait, I was seen as soon as I got there. Everyone working there was so friendly and professional. I was there for less than an hour for a teeth cleaning. I had to get x rays done since it was my first time so I'd imagine future visits will be faster. It's not an exaggeration to say that Dr Ruhee coming into our lives has been an absolute MIRACLE. We love her to pieces and she quickly felt like a part of our family. She sees all 5 of us, including my wife, and 2, 5, & 9 year-old kids. Without getting too into it, my wife and I had NOT been about living the proper dental care life as adults. We had our moments but had trouble maintaining consistency. As parents, we realized we needed to raise our kids with a better mindset and also were in the process of lining up our ducks for an overall healthier lifestyle. Through my insurance website, I discovered her practice which was 2 blocks from our house on La Brea, and it had zero reviews. I cold-called before Dentique had officially opened shop, got Dr Ruhee on the line, and she proceeded to hold my hand through the phone for almost an hour as we talked pretty much about everything under the sun. I was taken by how easy it was to connect with her in a comforting way. I got my wife hyped up to meet her and reassured her we were seeing a dentist who sounded extremely down to earth. That notion was fully dashed once we walked into her practice and our first thought was "Whoa. This is WAAAAY too fancy for us." haha That first meeting still is so memorable because of how much it changed a lifetime of bad dentist memories for both my wife and I. Dr Ruhee was still unpacking equipment and getting her Netflix to work but she stopped for an additional hour+ meeting to reassure us not only about her, but the entire practice of dentistry. She walked us behind the scenes of the insurance payment process and even helped us talk through our fears and anxieties and hopes for our children. We had no doubt she was the dentist for our family. Every time we visit now, we marvel at how far we all have come and how all of us continue to grow. My kids all love it there and we have adjusted to having a bit more fanciness in our lives. Why not? From Dr Ruhee, it all feels like CARE, and not some kind of indulgence. The miracle that she gave us is that an appointment on our calendar to the dentist is now something my wife and I LOOK FORWARD TO. That's seriously crazy stuff from where we were. This definitely was not like any other dentist experience Ive ever had! Was almost more like a spa service that a dentist visit! Everything from start to finish was easy and smooth. When entering the building you are greeted with amazing staff, the aesthetic is top tier and the puppy is the cherry on top (see video) Service: A++++ I was taken very good care of. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They lean into transparency and will let you know if there will be any charges not covered by insurance before proceeding any treatment. Amenities: A++++ every visit is above and beyond. I felt like I was in a spa getting ready to get a massage. They constantly ensure you are comfortable and offer under eye patches that relax you, pillows for your neck, blankets, and there is even a tv on the ceiling that you can watch Netflix on. I just happened to see this one on La Brea the day I had several browser windows open looking for a cleaning. I knew it was meant to be so I booked an appointment. I could not be happier. It was very easy to get parking downstairs (and they validate 90 minutes, thank you) My appointment was extremely thorough and I was comforted every step of the cleaning and x-rays. I do not have a fear of the dentist but this was nice to have. I also do not have insurance and found this to be very affordable for the service I received. State-of-the-art facility, personalized attention to detail, great cleaning, and birthday cake floss to take home. There isn't any other place quite like this one. I had been to 6 dentists desperately trying to find a place that could add length to 8 teeth that had been ground down over time. All 6 previous dentists made this as difficult as possible and tried to hard-sell me products and procedures that I did not need, as well as handing me outrageous "estimates" (one of which was $20,000). Then I found this place. I was overjoyed that such a place existed in greater Los Angeles. Most reputable cosmetic ANYTHING, is in the outskirts of town or Beverly Hills ($$$$$). This place is centered perfectly on La Brea, just south of Santa Monica Blvd. It is a beautiful place decorated in black, gold, and white marble, which is so much better than the usual chrome and stark white sterile environment that scares most people away from going to the dentist. The staff is very welcoming and genuine, not our common "L.A. fake cordial because we have to be." They're the real deal. There was no complication of any kind and right away Dr, Ruhee began assessing the situation, which no one else had done. She made plans and we worked together to create the perfect, natural-looking veneers. I had 8 teeth done and all were in my price range, which was DEFINITELY different than other dentists. The entire process took about 3 weeks to a month and was worth it. It would have taken a shorter time, but Dr Ruhee suggested I try some temporaries to see if I liked them. I am so glad she did, because I am very particular about certain things, especially if they are right in the center of my face! There were indeed tweaks that were necessary here and there, so her suggestion made a world of difference. I am so happy with everything and I KNOW it wouldn't have gone so smoothly if I'd gone elsewhere. I'm actually going to miss them at Dentique, because they are so nice and good about everything. I will be back, however, as I need a little more work done (bottom teeth this time) and would never go anywhere else after this experience. read more

Honestly coming here is an INSANE value: the service is great, the office is clean and modern, and the prices are reasonable if not less than what I've seen across most of LA. They take the time to give a full exam and show you in pictures what's needed. I've had another dentist tell me I needed deep cleanings, which had cost more, but this dentist showed me why deep cleanings are actually unnecessary for my particular case. I will never go to another dentist. This is luxury dentistry at its finest. Dr. Jaffer is the best dentist. Hands down. I am SO happy I found this place. In the exam chair, there's a TV in front of you as well as on the ceiling. During the cleaning I was watching a Netflix episode with headphones on looking at the TV on the ceiling (which was so cool) and the cleaning flew by. I always get nervous when going to the dentist but I wasn't nervous at all and Dr Jaffer is really sweet which put me at ease. What I also love about this office is that I didn't wait at all and I appreciated the validated parking downstairs which is one less thing to worry about in West Hollywood. I appreciate that the doctor takes the time to explain everything and displayed my x-rays on the TV and told me what I could do to prevent cavities.
