Received a bill for things the insurance did not cover, which I was not at all made aware of during my appointment, the procedures performed I was not told that the insurance would not cover but yet they did it anyways. Unnecessary adding costs so that they would make more money off of the patient. read more

Dr. Mitch Levitt does dentistry the way it should be done. The office is beautiful, the staff are personable, kind, friendly and they work together as team. Dr. Levitt was thorough in his exam and used the latest digital tech to evaluate my case. In addition to traditional exam techniques he uses IR cavity detection and has Itero digital scanner for anyone who may need Invisalign treatment. My initial call with Naomi who handles all the appointments and deals with the insurance (bless her heart), was great, and when I went in for my appointment, everyone in the office was friendly and professional. So I scheduled my visit with Dr. Levitt and WALKED to his office on the day of my appointment. This was already a WIN! I was welcomed by THE SWEETEST office manager, Naomi and escorted into the coolest, most state-of-the-art dental office I have ever been to. Yesterday ( March 15, 2023 ) I had my consultation visit with Dr Levitt. I'm not anxious about going to the dentist or have I ever had a bad experience but I just put off making an appointment blaming Covid, cost or however I justified it in my head... Yes, to all of the positive reviews times 10! I felt at ease as soon as I entered the office. My appointment was on time, the staff was very friendly and professional and every step was explained to me so that I would know what to expect. ( X-rays, etc.) I was talked TO, not at! I visited the office of Dr. Levitt to get a third opinion about whether I needed a root canal or not. My previous two dentists had different opinions. I had a wonderful experience with everyone I interacted with, starting with Naomi who runs the office and scheduling. When I mentioned that I needed an appointment before my insurance elapsed, she went out of her way to squeeze me in. Even though I was unable to see Dr. Levitt, I am very happy with the experience I had with Dr. Zach Offman. He has a great NY type personality/energy, and was very straightforward with recommendations that prioritized the health of my teeth which is what I was looking for. To top it off, I met with Marilyn the hygienist who gave the best lecture about gum health I've ever had in my life. read more

Their hygienists are excellent and thorough: my teeth always feel impeccably polished after a routine cleaning. Dr. Levitt is very knowledgable and courteous about my dental health, providing suggestions on how to better maintain my smile in between visits. This is the best part: from a Waterpik and Cocofloss to prevent gum recession to a night guard to combat teeth grinding/clenching, I'm always learning a new and better way to improve my oral health. Writing a review for Mitch Levitt Dentistry. I switched to Dr. Levitt's practice from another practice that was in Beverly Hills and couldn't be happier. Have had 3 visits now. The office is immaculate and welcoming. The staff is fantastic - the practice staff, hygienist, and Dr Levitt are top notch. Clear communication and easy booking of appointments. Billing was easy and staff is upfront about co-pays and insurance. Last office I went to tended to nudge me in the direction of extra services that may not be evidence based and lead to up billing not fully covered by insurance. Impressive. You will feel like you're in excellent hands with Dr. Levitt (especially if you're a hypochondriac trying to get through a global pandemic without letting all your teeth fall out of your face). He, and his office, are *super* detail-oriented. If you're a detail-oriented person, you will notice the high-grade filters in each room, the plastic slip-covers on the foot and head areas of your chair (wiped down with each visit), and the little techniques they use that make your experience a whole lot more pleasant (ie. tilting your chair on a decline that makes for less neck craning, or the little device they use to hold your mouth open during extended visits so you don't have to strain). In the past, I have had some scheduling difficulties with their office... but for the level of work they do, I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. read more
