I went there in January for a root canal treatment, but my pain never went away. A month later I went back, they did a second treatment, but that didn't work either. In the end, they told me "we can't do anything" and referred me to another place. They neither refunded my money nor took any responsibility for the failed treatments. On top of that, the tooth next to the one they treated also got damaged and now needs to be extracted. This level of carelessness and irresponsibility is completely unacceptable. I'm taking this to court. I strongly advise everyone to stay away. read more

The place has no good signal and there was no empathy. I was the only person in the lobby. Terrible customer service for BASIC needs for client experience. Dr. Atari is amazing. She listened to my concerns and helped me find the solutions to them. I had been having tooth aches from a previous root canal and she referred me to the right people. They were able to fix my previous botched root canal from a horrible provider in Miami. Fast forward to the final step to my root canal Dr. Atari took her time to make sure I was comfortable and also listened to my other concerns bothering me and she was able to fix it that same day. This has been the worse dentist yet. The reviews about how good and nice they are is so untrue. They must have been paid for these. All we can say is that they are so money hungry and don't have their patients well being at heart. Only way they will do work is if they have money in their pocket first and turned me away over $60. The entire root canal was paid for except for a charge they came up with in the end ($60) and would not do the root canal until that was paid. Worse front desk person ever and worse dentist ever. Very over priced - they over charge from insurance- very very greedy. On top of it all - the root canal failed. I would not even give them 1 star. read more

I overpaid for a filling that I got here. They charged me over 95% of the total cost of the procedure on the day of the appointment. When I looked at the paperwork my insurance sent me, I was only supposed to pay for 50%. I contacted them to see about a refund, There was no apology. In fact, Christina was telling me that they did a separate procedure without telling me about it or putting it on the paperwork, so while I was owed a refund, it was a smaller amount. I was never told about this other procedure and did not consent to it. I don't believe I received it. I asked that she resubmit the paperwork to my insurance company, which is what my insurance company advised me to tell her. Christina then stopped responding to emails. Three months later, I have still received no refund. Another issue that bothered me was that the paperwork they submitted said that Dr. Atari was the person who provided the service. I was under the impression that I was going to see her. Instead, she met me at the door and handed me off to another dentist. (I'm hoping it was another dentist anyway.) In some places, this is insurance fraud. I was actually really happy with the dental care I received, but if you can't trust your dentist, then the relationship is over. I would advise anyone going here to keep watch over your insurance paperwork to make sure you are not overpaying. read more

Their only agenda is to push Invisalign on you. I told them multiple times that I'm only interested in 6 month cleaning and they relentlessly sit you down to go through Invisalign plans. Worst dentist experience. read more

More than 6 months ago, I had dental procedure done in another dental office where the dentist harmed me, which causes me chronic dental and facial pain, 24/7. Before visiting Smileplicity, I had a lot of anxiety having a dental cleaning and visiting a new dentist. Britany was very gentle, professional and caring. Britany explained everything before she proceeded each step of my dental cleaning. Dr. Atari was very helpful and offered me great advice for further dental treatments to keep my teeth and gums healthy and protecting them from further deterioration. She showed me all my X-rays and teeth scans and explained in detail the procedures I need for particular teeth that needed to be treated.
