Let me start by saying I have been going here for the last 5-6 years, but this past year and a half has been a complete nightmare to the point where I have let my frustration out and write this review. Ever since I have been trying to get my 2 implants everything that could go wrong, has gone wrong. I understand things happen, but at some point some accountability has to be taken. 1. Bone graft had to be put in twice because they did not catch the infection the first time, so I had to pay for it twice! 2nd my lower tooth implant still does not fit correctly and has been changed out twice and we are possibly now working on a 3rd replacement because food consistently gets stuck. 3rd. Front tooth implant, I show up today before my family photo shoot this weekend and I am stuck waiting for an hour just for them to tell me they are missing a screw.... So guess who has to come back again!!! Every appointment has turned into 2-3 appointment this year . I can't keep taking time off and scheduling around my visits just to get absolutely nothing done. At some point sorry just isn't enough, very very frustrated. There has also been additional missteps along the way but I'm just too frustrated to keep going. read more

I love this place. The office itself and the staff there are so wholesome and genuine it is of that of a small town vibe and everyone is so kind and respectful. Going to the dentist is often a dreadful experience, but I'm happy to come here over and over again. The procedures are also done with the utmost care and sensitivity. I have good insurance so I can't speak on the cost, but when I have to make a co payment I never second guess it. read more

I have been to my fair share of dental offices but I definitely recommend H2 Dental. From the start, Erica was very knowledgeable with my insurance and was able to help me understand what they would cover and create a payment plan (a big help because previous offices I've been to tell me it's a waiting game for the bill to come in the mail). Since then, I have had root canal + crown appointments and some fillings and everything has gone well. Overall, a great office and I'm happy to find something near where I live :) read more

We have been coming to this dental office for over 15 years and no longer live in the area and it's been really hard to leave because the staff, dentists and hygienists know our dental history. Although we are being seen by new dentists and staff, they are always extremely attentive and give us the attention we need as it pertains to our dental health. My son is 9 years old and is never afraid to come visit the dentist even though he has had several extractions. Anytime we have a question about how we can tackle our dental problems the staff and dentists are there to lend a helping hand. H2 Dental has really set the bar high when it comes to service. I come here to see Dr. Martha- she's wonderful. Honestly, everyone in the office is wonderful! I come in by appointment only and I get seen right away. I normally don't have to wait more than a few minutes to be seen. A big plus for me, is that they are open on Saturday as this is normally the only day I can come in. I'm currently doing my ortho treatment through their orthodontist as well, and I am very please with my experience this far. I have been coming here for years, but since H2 Dental took over this office has gotten even better. Erica the office manager is extremely friendly and personable and puts you at ease from your first step into the office. Leah and Vickie are very engaging and make you feel like you're friends instead of feeling like you're a patient. Dr Quinh is extremely nice and knows what she's doing. She even sings as she works to ease any stress you may have listening to the drill in your mouth. This is definitely the best place to come and get your dental work done and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I don't often write reviews, but I felt that it was needed. Mostly everyone knows how much I "HATE" going to the dentist, been scared by one to many. The time came where I started feeling some discomfort and so the search began. Telling myself F#@ its that time, after some searching I decided to call. Spoke to Erica about going in, it was yearend and pretty busy, yet managed to squeeze me in. Driving to my appointment I wanted to turn the other way =) Anyways showed up they took me in and from that moment on.. I completely forgot where I was at. The entire staff made me feel right at home and put me to ease. The Dr. came into the room, and it was the same just had me laughing forgetting she was about to work in my mouth. This by far has been the best experience I've ever had when it comes to dentists, now I cant wait to go back. I cant believe I just said that. went to go have a tooth pulled, right before the procedure while I'm in the chair they handed me a form to sign, it was a bill of $90.00 and a co-payment. I refused to sign it because my insurance plan showed I was not supposed to pay anything, needless to say, they refused service. I later reported it to the insurer and they started an investigation. read more

They cancelled my appointment when closers began due to COVID, then they reopened for a brief time for which they scheduled an appointment for me to then tell me that they had to cancel my appointment because they were not going to reopen as they said. I clearly understood even though I used time off work to make the appointment that was cancelled. So now that they are open I was rescheduled for my appointment and I needed to cancel the appointment they informed me that they will need to charge me for a missed appointment. It is funny to me how they can cancel on the patient as they choose but have no understanding or care when it is the patient that needs to reschedule. read more

What can I say, My visit was amazing. I came to get some crowns after getting a couple of root canals done at Molina Dental which I was referred to from H2 Dental after my original dentist did a bad job on my teeth. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Erin which she was super nice and professional. I was taken to the back and prepped by Vicky before Dr. Huang came in and worked his Magic. They were both super nice and helped me understand what I needed and what they were able to do for me. Once I was done with my treatment Erica took the time to explain to me my benefits and what my cost was going to be. It was very refreshing to come into an office that you get treatment like this. Took three months to get an appointment for a deep cleaning. We moved from North Carolina and I had been searching for a dentist that would take care of our needs. To be honest, it is hard to find a good dentist office now a days, but I really appreciate that a friend took the time to share her experience and why she brings her family to H2 Dental. She raved about them and soon after I called to make our first appointment. The level of customer service has been great. They took the time to get to know us and we have been pleased with every visit. We enjoy coming to the Pico Rivera office. The staff is patient and caring and they go out of their way to make one feel comfortable. I can't say enough positive remarks about the entire staff at H2 Dental Associates. Everyone from the front desk to the dental assistants and techs to the doctors are absolutely wonderful and have made my visits not just routine but something I can honestly say I look forward to. They are super friendly, caring, and helpful beyond what you would expect from a dental office. They are always upbeat and sincerely happy to see me. Erica at the front desk is so nice and helpful. She is a big reason that I continue to go there. The dental assistants and techs are also so kind, comforting, and communicative with me each time I visit. Whether it's a teeth cleaning, filling, or a root canal I can count on Vicki, Christina, and Adriana to keep me at ease during what is usually a very stressful event for most people. I have worked with Dr. Martha and Dr. Do (for an implant) and they are also very nice and professional. But I must say that Dr. Ko has predominantly worked on my teeth over the course of the last couple of years and she is, by far, my favorite dentist. She is patient, thoughtful, gentle, and consultative. She does a fantastic job and really cares about the quality of her work and her patient's comfort. I can honestly say that I have no stress going to the dentist. I can almost equate it to going to the spa for my mouth. My only regret about writing this review is that it's probably not doing enough justice to the outstanding work this office does in making their patients feel cared for and appreciated. I have been going to this dental office since the mid '70s. I had not been there for 5 years (I did not realize it had been so long). When I walked up to the door, the sign was different. Hmmm. I went inside for my scheduled appointment. Not a familiar face in sight. I was already uneasy, as I do not like going to the dentist. I must say, Erika, Kathleen, Dr. Quinn, and the entire staff are such caring, compassionate, supportive professionals. Since it had been so many years, I had several issues that were identified. Erika is very knowledgeable with insurance and billing. She, along with Dr. Quinn devised a treatment plan that was emotionally comfortable for me. Erika is very welcoming, sweet, friendly, and makes me feel at home and at ease. Kathleen, the hygienist, is a gem. As I was having an anxiety attack in the chair, she attended to my needs with love and compassion, and continues to do so. Dr. Quinn is professional, knowledgeable, and honest. She was willing to refer me out to an oral surgeon for an extraction, if I preferred. (She's pulling the tooth next week). Dr. Quinn takes her time, constantly making sure I am comfortable, and engages in conversation to keep me relaxed. I do not remember the names of the other dental assistants, but I can tell you that they are ALL wonderful. I've been going in regularly for a year now.
