She answered all my questions. Helped me navigate my son's busy schedule and the dentist available times. She was so patient. She told me Vickie would be calling to help me verify the insurance. Ms. Vickie...is the GOAT. She is so kind!! When you meet her, you feel like she's some how apart of your family?? Or like, a friend you've known a really long time. She so just...kind. Went over every detail of the bill. Made sure I fully understood and agreed with next steps. I appreciated that once in office both Dominique and Ms Vickie spoke directly to my children. Acknowledged them as the patients and as people. The office is very clean. What I appreciated THE MOST, and I told them, was their scheduling was superb. We walked in for a 1 oclock appointment, and was seen at 1 oclock. We didn't sit in the lobby waiting. There was no one in there until we left. We've been there 4 times now (kids needed some cavities filled and we spread it out for time) and each time, no one is coming until we're walking out. They have it DOWN. I appreciate people that respect my time. I hate waiting 30 min to an hour or hour. Arriving on time to sit. The technology in office was very good. The doctor was excellent. Explained everything. Give recommendations. Got the work done. I highly recommend it. And once you meet the front office, you'll know they definitely reflect the back office and the doctor. It's great here.

Three weeks prior I had appointment with Dr Kim, we came in for X-rays and were told there were two cavities that needed fillings, so we scheduled an appointment for fillings last months. When we arrived, the nurse said the previous X-rays were unclear and needed to be retaken entirely. Then Dr. Kim said there were actually five cavities, and that two of them were so severe they might need to be extracted. While my son was having the X-rays taken, he gagged a few times--which is quite common. He did not resist at all throughout the process, but Dr. Kim said he was uncooperative and needed to inhale some gas first, followed by IV sedation to put him to sleep. IV sedation always carries some level of risk, and it's best avoided if possible. As a doctor, you should at least have basic patience. A six-year-old child cannot be expected to sit perfectly still like an adult. During the entire exam, the dentist made no effort to communicate or interact with my child. As a pediatric dentist, if you don't have patience, then you should treat adults instead. I understand that putting a child under general anesthesia makes it easier and faster for you to complete the procedure and move on to the next patient--especially since your income is tied to efficiency. But as a doctor, shouldn't you first consider local anesthesia and try the least invasive approach? Therefore, I strongly, strongly do not recommend the pediatric dentist Dr. Kim at this clinic.

The exam began and X-rays which were state of the art I've never seen. The tech was very friendly . Dr. Bishoy and Hendrix began to work and I was given a thourough assessment. In a couple days Kelly and office manager gave me financial options and Dr. Bishoy began. My extensive root canals, fillings and crowns. He and staff would check up on me for my comfort which I appreciated. There was CUMBIA and reggaeton music playing and another patient laughing hysterically with "laughing gas" in chair #6. I was entertained for the next 4 hours I was there lol. DA Javier was very friendly with a sense a humor including the hygienist. Here are some key aspects that really caught my eye- organization, final alignment result and staff Organization: The office is clean, tidy, and organized. The staff is great with booking appointments and keeping to their schedules without rushing their patients. They must've found a sweet spot for amount of staff because most of my visits I was seen as soon as I signed in. The longest I waited was 10 minutes. I think that's great considering how many patients they see and factoring in cancelations or procedures that require a little more time to be thorough. I did appreciate the amount of text reminders for my appointments. It was enough without being bombarding. Adjustments/alignments/final result: My adjustments were painless, quick and thorough. There were times where my teeth were sensitive during some procedures, but very doable. It helped to know that Dr. Y and her assistants gave full attention to body reactions or signals to stop what they are doing. I am pleased with the final result of my teeth alignment and will now be wearing my retainer as directed. Staff- Professional, warm, and knowledgable. Dolores and Sylvia were the two main ladies that would help book my appointments and chatted with me which started my dental visits of on a happy note. When I sat in my seat I was greeted by either Angie, Alan, or Allie who assisted the doctor. Aside from having fun conversations with them, they are great at what they do and are ready to adjust anything that doesn't feel right. Then there is my orthodontist Dr. Y. Her eye for detail, the chemistry she has with her staff, and warm personality made me feel at ease with her directing my second round with braces. I began squirming and wasn't able to speak to I made noises to express my discomfort and he kept pulling! I was in pain and tried to tell him to stop!! But the man just went up close to my face screaming "I'm not done! Sit still!" And so I had no choice but to endure the pain as he checked out my tonsils and then after a minute let go and walked away saying "you're fine". No apology no compassion!! I WILL be changing Dentists!!
