Rob was extremely professional, helpful and effective at removing the dents in my Model 3. I had gotten quotes from several auto body shops to repair a door dent in my front passenger door that popped the door area (under the handle) out significantly. There were about four other small door dents on my car too but I was mostly concerned about the dent that affected the door handle. Other shops quoted me between $650-$1,100 to fix only the door handle area and one shop quoted me $3,076 to repair all the dents and repaint those areas. Rob met me at my home to examine the dents. He quoted me $500 for all of the dents, but he was very clear that the area along the crease/line under the door handle wouldn't be 100% like new because it's difficult. I was fine with that. He also said he would do his best to remove all the smaller dents, but the ones that had paint scraped off would obviously still have the paint scrape, which I could touch up on my own. We scheduled repairs for another day. It took him a couple hours but he managed to fix almost all my dents! They look good to me, and it's much improved, especially the door handle one. That one was the priority. I do not care to have my car look like it's brand new (with a paint job); I just wanted the dents out and Rob definitely met my expectations. There was another one that was a pretty deep scratch more so than a dent that he pushed out as best he could and I appreciated his efforts. He accepts cash or Venmo. I would definitely recommend Rob if you are looking for paintless dent repair that is affordable and done with skill and effort. He is very kind and will be honest about what he can do for your car. He was not 100% sure about the structure of the metal panel door handle unit of the Tesla so he checked with another professional before committing to fixing my car. Who knew stupid dents done by flinging a car door open into my back side quarter panel could could be removed! I also didn't think it could be handled so quickly the day before Thanksgiving! Rob was called by my colleague who haphazardly dinged my car parked in an adjacent space. I was very pleased at how honorably he handled this by scheduling Rob to come the next day. Rob came to my home and fixed 3 dents in an aluminum body (more difficult than steel) for $300. One dent was REALLY DIFFICULT. Imagine an inverted V trim line with the raised peak facing outward. Somebody hit it (shopping cart?) creased the peak and caved In areas above and below. I Was very doubtful that it could be fixed. Rob worked on that one dent for over an hour and finally got it looking fantastic. If you stared intently up close you could see that there was some work done there but from a few feet away you never notice it. I dreaded needing Bondo and a door repaint but didn't think there was an alternative. There was thank goodness. The other two dents were easier and left no trace at all. He worked for a couple of hours. Patience is needed in his art and he takes enough time to do it right. read more

I contacted Rob to fix a few very minor dents on my car and met him up in the Castro district. After taking a look at my car, he said he was able to take out 90-95% of the dents out. He started working on my car and after "fixing" the first dent, he said it was the best that he could do but the dent looked the same if not worse. He started packing his tools and said it was the best that he could do "with that type of dent." I contacted another person to take a look at my car after and he asked if anyone else had worked on it? I said Rob had worked on it previously. Apparently, the reason Rob stopped working on my car was because he had messed up the dent even more after he worked on it. Now it went from a simple dent to needing body work. He didn't charge me but the money is now going to the body work my car now needs. Nice guy, but I wouldn't trust this guy since he doesn't stand by his work. read more

Rob was great! I would highly recommend him. Reasonable price, gave me a quote after I texted him pictures, and was straight forward with the pricing and work. I got hit by a skateboarder who zoomed off as soon as he saw the damage he did to my car. The dent did not look horrible, so I tried fixing it myself with a plunger and a home dent kit, but it still looks pretty bad, at least it looked bad to me. The body shop quote to fix would have been $1600+ since they would have to replace and match the paint. I contacted Rob and he was great to work with. I was driving down a very narrow road in Glen Park when a jerk in a Porche (with a much younger woman in the passenger seat) gunned up the hill straight towards me. To avoid a head on collision, I had to veer right and in doing so, ended up scraping the side of my SUV on the rearview mirror of a parked car. I WAS PISSED. I thought this was going to cost at least $1500 to repair. There was a massive black scratch all along the side of my car and the paint from my car looked totally scraped off.
