They gave me a two-hour window for their arrival and showed up 15 minutes into that window. The whole job, including some preexistent scuffing on the side of the bumper, took about two hours, all done in my driveway. The color match and finish is impeccable and the price is less than a third of what a body shop would have cost me, not counting leaving the vehicle and having to get a rental while they did it. The shop is very spacious and clean both in the work area and the waiting area. Both of the ladies in the office were seamlessly juggling several tasks at once from onboarding some new hires, getting quotes for third party window repairs on cars they were working on, and greeting new customers. He thoroughly explained what he could do with the dent in order to prepare it for the lease return while keeping my costs low. The price was extremely reasonable compared to another quote I had gotten and he offered to do the work while I waited.
