They charged $110 for a diagnostic and said the ABS ring had slipped but the ring was not sold separately and She had to buy the whole cv axle for $174 plus $130 for labor. They lied. If you search the part it costs $69.99 at auto zone however auto parts stores such as auto zone and oreilly sells the ring for 7.99 plus tax and they all have the same description as follows.
