I was blown away by the amount of communication and education, but also the compassion and care of the team. I was a little nervous and afraid to be honest, but they encouraged me, allowed me to take breaks when I needed, and really looked out for my wellbeing. I just had 2 small cavities taken care of yesterday and I went in there with such ease knowing I was in good hands based on my previous experience with Dr. Akkari. Once again, the whole process was completely pain free and I was out of there in less than an hour (the procedure itself was at most 15 minutes). Also, I cant understand why there are a few negative reviews about their receptionists. Rita has always been super sweet & I can't remember the other ladies name but they have always been super polite and helpful with scheduling, rescheduling, checking in & helping me get a referral to an oral surgeon. And as always, his dental assistants are kind & gentle as well.

I drove over an hour and a half for my appointment, only to be told when I arrived that I would need to pay an additional fee, despite already paying for a membership. When I originally scheduled, the earliest appointment the receptionist offered me was a date that fell after the membership period, yet I was never informed that this would result in an additional charge or that there was an expiration date I needed to be aware of. When I brought the situation to the manager's attention and tried to explain what had happened, I was shocked by how dismissive and rude the interaction became. Rather than trying to understand or resolve the issue, I was essentially told that I could either pay the additional fee or find another dentist in my area. I was then told to leave the practice. I have never experienced this level of disrespect at a healthcare office, especially while trying to calmly address what I believed was a scheduling and communication issue. Being spoken to this way in front of other people was incredibly embarrassing and upsetting, particularly after driving more than 90 minutes for the appointment. A simple explanation and a professional attempt to resolve the misunderstanding could have made this an entirely different experience. Instead, I left feeling humiliated and completely dismissed as a patient. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this dental practice.

My 7 year old daughter has been experiencing pain on one of her baby molars that has a large…read morecavity. Her pediatric dentist wanted to do oral sedation on her and didnt have an appointment till October. (2.5 months from initial pain and we all know once a tooth has pain even a couple days is unbearable). I was in desperate search and came across Dr. Kelly Lam who is not a pediatric dentist but she was SO amazing and SO patient. We took my daughter in for initial consultation and Dr. Lam reviewed what needed to be done, the tooth was too bad to save so we needed to extract the tooth. She doesnt do any kind of sedation other than the local numbing like we all get as adults. My daughter felt comfortable with Dr. Lam and agreed to get it done. Day of the visit, my husband and I were more nervous than my daughter! Dr. Lam explained the procedure to my daughter, numbed her up real good (to which my daughter said after "is she going to give me the shot now?" AFTER she already went in with the numbing shot!), and proceeded with the procedure. My daughter came out so proud of herself. I cant recommend Dr. Kelly enough. The fact that we didnt need to drug up my daughter with laughing gas or any kind of sedation says alot because shes usually very nervous. It was definitely a little pricey esp for me as a college student but I do feel like it was worth it. they also worked with us and our insurance which helped bring the cost down, and we were able to figure out a payment plan that worked for us !! the procedure was quick and everyone was really nice, careful, and attentive, especially with my other health concerns. also, the front desk, Isabella, was really helpful throughout everything. super thankful for how everything went

After got home, about 45mins to 60mins of feeling a little bit of soreness, I felt nothing afterward. I gotta enjoyed my day talking to my mom and taking a walk with my husband. My mom said, "really no pain?" And I said" yes" and my husband laughed when I acted normal because he knew I would be so mad when I am in pain and he is happy I am not mad :) The technique Dr. Andrew Choi used after teeth extraction really helps with healing and provides pain free comfort. Extractions were done skillfully with no pain at all. The little squishy(Mr. Tooth) really helped with my stress but it was all because I am scared of dentists and needles in general. Staff gave me a squishy and that was helpful. I told myself to get the squeeze ball I have at home but I forgot and when I was given Mr. Tooth, that made my day. Thank you Dr. Andrew Choi and Staff. You guys rock!!! I normally don't write review unless they are really good or really bad. In this case, I love Inland Choice Dental. For every business, it doesnt matter it's a hospitality business or dental, doctor, or any other kind, the first impression when your patient or client walk in is the welcome they feel. I did feel that. Everyone smiled when I walked in and to be honest, I had not had a good experience with a dental office and this is my first. Front staff is friendly not only that they mentioned they have coffee for us as patients to enjoy while waiting . Secondly, the cleaning experience was fantastic. She did more than what I had experienced at other offices. Meeting with Dr. Choi was the last thing and he actually explained pretty much I wondered about my teeth. All my questions were answered in the best of his knowledge. It made me feel hopeful about my worry of loosing my teeth due to gum recessions.
