My spouse and I are lower income, and wanted to purchase a vehicle we could trust within budget. We were so excited when we found this place and a cute blue 2007 Subaru Forester within our price range! Turns out the dealer sold us the outside of a Forester with a 2010 Outback engine shoved into the vehicle, and whoever did it had to cut part of the body to fit it. That said- I was told the car was pretty much useless when the mechanics I had working on it finically discovered the problem after the vehicle began misfiring about a month after purchase. Denver Auto Outlet is responsible for the negligent, possibly fraudulent sale. The people, and owner Ali, at this dealer seemed genuine enough, but unfortunately they are selling unreliable vehicles and are not documenting the work done on them at there facility. When I first reported a problem to the dealer- the owner offered to have his mechanic look at the vehicle. I went out of my way to drive it to his mechanic and a week later was told the vehicle was returned to the dealer. When I went to pick it up I was told the mechanic said it was "running smoothly" and had replaced the head gaskets again. I was told no documentation of this work could be provided because the mechanic used was a "old fashion Mexican man" and the owner wasn't sure he "knew how to use a computer..." I returned the vehicle to SubaPros- and they looked at the vehicle again and told me nothing seemed to be done with the vehicle, and the problem was still there. That's when they investigated further and found the engine was not the correct one. Before this discovery I was quoted 1800 too 2500 for repair (I paid under 6000 for the vehicle) after however they felt the vehicle was totaled- not worth repair. The dealership gave me the majority of my money back, but only after fighting hard to do otherwise. The second car we checked out from them (we wanted to give them one more chance) was rusted out underneath, and I was advised to not buy that vehicle as well. I am surprised by this experience due to the great reviews throughout the internet, and sad to report that these reviews, or at least some of them, may be false. Summary- DO NOT shop for your next vehicle at Denver Auto Outlet. Their cars can not be trusted. And I am not sure the staff can be either. read more

My husband and I recently bought a Toyota Rav 4 from them. I have never had a smoother transaction especially with a vehicle! Chris was honest and communicative. We ran our credit online and got the approval. We were able to test drive that night and we fell in love. We purchased the next day and took it to our mechanic to give it a once over. My mechanics exact words over and over were, "this vehicle is in immaculate condition, we found nothing wrong with this vehicle". When we went to go pick it up he says again, "This really is an A1 car. If I was to purchase a used car i would hope it was in this condition. You got a good one here". I purchased an 08 FJ cruiser from Denver Auto Outlet and it was an easy and honest experience. I am from out of state and had a friend test drive the Toyota FJ Cruiser and take it to a local mechanic to have it checked out. I worked with Chris and Ali, both very pleasant and forthright people. We worked out a fair arrangement for both parties and they even fixed the broken hood struts before the deal was sealed. I have never purchased a vehicle from a used car dealership and I had a pleasant experience and would recommend working with Denver Auto Outlet. I give 4 stars only because they sent my sister off on an 800 mile journey to deliver me the vehicle and it was low on oil and needed an oil change a couple hundred miles into the trip. I was interested in a Subaru Forester, listed for a great price with clean title. I noticed it listed all over the internet. I asked him if anything was wrong with the vehicle and to send me the Carfax. He didn't answer my question, but did send the Carfax. I don't know exactly what constitutes clean title, but the car has been in multiple accidents, and it says "Total Loss Vehicle" right at the top. Doesn't that mean that the title is salvage, and not clean? read more
