Man of God, Man of Fraud This notification, this APB, is a warning to the Colorado Consumer that there is an evil, deceiving, crooked, and downright fraudulent business owner named Kevin Sharp who uses his wicked ways to run his company called The Sharpest Rides. Like so many other men who hold and abuse their position of power and money; he uses God to justify, and excuse himself from the fact that his actions, his practices are sinful, unethical, and absolutely criminal. Not only does the Colorado Consumer need to be on alert but ALL employees from The Sharpest Rides' past, present, and future should know (if they don't already) about the criminal and fraudulent activity that is a standard way of business for Kevin Sharp. This is not a case where the business has grown too large for the owner to keep track of, or an owner who chooses not to involve himself with the daily operations, no... Kevin is insidiously hands-on with the scamming and cheating of Colorado's Consumers, and more so his own employees. So many times with companies there is the excuse that the head of the organization does not know what is going on with its business practices, and due to lack of oversight and weak management, people within begin to scam and cheat. That is not the excuse with Kevin Sharp and The Sharpest Rides. The criminal and fraudulent activity is directly orchestrated by Kevin Sharp. He is adamant about telling people he is a devout man of the Lord but he is even more so dedicated to greedily stealing and unfairly cheating out the people who work for him, and doing whatever it takes to sell a customer a vehicle even if it is dishonest, misleading, and not in their best interest. This is a consumer alert to shed light on the man Kevin Sharp and his company The Sharpest Rides. Kevin Sharp has no appreciation for the people who started his company and worked tirelessly to get it off the ground. Kevin was very fortunate to be born into the car business with a silver spoon in his mouth. He had all the financial support and industry knowledge handed to him by his family. This man has never had to overcome any type of true adversity, he has always been taken care of. Not only spoon fed by family but with the handful of people who created his company. So many times it was witnessed how Kevin Sharp would unethically back out of and blatantly cut the agreed-upon pay to many of his employees.Throughout the years the commission base salaries of the managers, salesman, and vehicle wholesale buyers have been criminally tainted by Kevin Sharp. There have been mysterious and false expenses added on to vehicles after they were already sold, which obviously comes out of the percentage paid to the employees involved in the buy and sell of that particular vehicle. This is called theft! He takes what he wants out of the salesman's paychecks whenever he wants, with no explanation, truth, or justifications. These are just a few of the many ways Kevin Sharp steals from his employees. There are also many irresponsible ways in which he fools Colorado Consumers. Years ago before the State Dealer's Board had stricter regulation, Kevin Sharp sold hundreds of cars with frame damage which was not disclosed to the customer. His cars are bought from random auctions or they are customer's trade ins, these vehicles are immediately put for sale to the public without any real professional or objective mechanical inspection. The service shop at The Sharpest Rides is ran by Kevin Sharp, it's just another way to criminally fraud customers and employees. The majority of people he has employed to mechanically fix, inspect, and recondition these vehicles are not highly qualified, or qualified at all. Take a look at the property and the trashy, low class facility where Kevin runs his business. Pay attention to the location and notice the low income industrial area where these unethical business practices are hidden. Kevin's company tells the public that they inherit his savings because he doesn't have to pay for expensive facilities, which really is covering up the truth that he can get away with selling vehicles a little cheaper than a real dealership because he doesn't put those "savings" into buying excellent inventory or inspecting his products. Many of the cars being sold out of that garbage property are high end luxury vehicles, so ask yourself if you would rather pay a reasonable market value price to a dealership with classy facilities, professional staff/management/ owners, or receive The Sharpest Rides' "savings"? Really those savings come from the fact that they sell out of a dump, cannot and do not properly fix or inspect their vehicles, and they don't spend the money to hire/train a professional staff. read more

Before coming, my wife and I searched for cars online at a few different places. Our requirements were: under ten years old, $7000 or under, decent gas mileage, and not needing a ton of repairs (knowing that this car wouldn't be intended to last for years on end). We found a 2009 Hyundai Accent with 61,000 miles . The carfax revealed that it had one owner, was used as a personal vehicle, and was never in an accident. It may sound too good to be true, but it was orange. Anyway, we went in fairly early on a weekend, and it was BUSY! However, we met our salesperson, Paul, who took care of us right away. We told him what car we wanted to see, he got the keys, and walked us to it. On our walk to the car, we had casual conversation, and Paul asked us how we heard of them (answer: the internet). When we got to the car, the sticker price was higher than what it showed online. Without being asked, Paul told us that if the online price was lower, they would honor the lower price. I want to say it again, WITHOUT being asked, he offered that information! This was important to me because I've been to other dealerships where: 1) they did not say anything, 2) they argued about the cheaper online price being a mistake, and/or 3) made it seem like they were doing US a favor by honoring the lower price. Before driving it, I got a chance to look over the car. The inside was clean, the outside showed no major damage, no rust under the car, no leaks or rusting under the hood (I did my research and now know what to look for in used cars). After that, we took the car for a test drive. Now, I've read some comments where the test drive was really short (around the block short). Ours would have been, except I asked how it handled at fast speeds (I've known some cars to shake at high speeds). Paul was completely okay with us driving it on the express way for a longer test drive. During the ride, Paul asked what I was noticed while driving. I commented on how I would like to see if the brakes could be tightened up. They weren't making any noise, but you still had to press down further than I would have liked. He said he would put on his notes to "check and repair all brakes if necessary". When we got back, I did a final check of all the electronics, lights, etc. We noticed the latch on the back was not working properly, so Paul added that to the notes as well. We went back to the office and did the paperwork. I do want to note that their computer systems were extremely slow and had to be rebooted a couple times due to crashing/freezing. So if management is reading this, please upgrade them to make the employees' job easier. Now, my wife and I were unsure if this was the kind of place where we were supposed to haggle the price or if the price was final. Paul was very open about that. He asked what our offer would be, we said a lower price, and it came back slightly higher price (still much lower than we expected). Long story short, we bought the car. During this whole time, Paul was extremely friendly. He was not pushy at all (like other sales people elsewhere have been), it genuinely seemed like he wanted our business, and he included us in the process with all the numbers. Finally, he asked, "have we earned your business with our offer". All of this is in contrast to the Toyota dealership where the salesperson wrote down the numbers, gave us a hard time when negotiating the price, and then tried pressure us by saying the offer is only good for today. After the car was bought and driven for a few days, the brakes started grinding pretty bad. Luckily, Paul made the notes about the brakes and the door latch. All of that was put on a "Due Bill" meaning they would take care of those issues at no cost to us. I am so happy they did because after all the repairs were done (all the brakes had to be replaced), it saved us $859. I purchase a new vehicle roughly every year for the last 10 years and this is by far the worst overall experience i have ever had. For starters, if it was not for the specific vehicle they had being only 1 of 3 in the state, i would have never gone there. I called 6 times, spoke with 6 different sale personnel before i finally received interior photos. Upon arrival to the dealership on a Sunday in early February 2015, there were entirely too many people there. For some reason, people were bringing their entire families to the dealer for "Free Food" and were just in the way of cars trying to get in and out of the only gate. A complete mess and a very unprofessional environment. The salesman was a decent older gentleman that was easy to talk to but there was a female that kept trying to get involved in our deal. I am not sure of her role but seeing how i have sold cars previously at high end dealers, i never had anyone intervene unless asked to. She seemed to have drank entirely too many RedBulls and kept trying to shove us into finance before we even spoke about numbers. I ended up dealing with the sales manager directly. Fast forward to 36 days after purchasing the car, i have yet to receive the spare key and service records for the work that they reportedly spent "$2,000 repairing things on the vehicle" which was added onto the price of the vehicle. Yet i had to replace all 4 tires, all 4 struts, brake pads and get the brake lines serviced. After my 11th message, i receive a call stating there is no spare key, or they can't find it, and the only service they did to the vehicle was an oil change. Day 38 after the purchase i finally receive the title paperwork. I go to DMV only to find out that the paperwork was never signed by the previous owners bank. So i spent an hour on the phone between transfers only to get told that since the vehicle was Repossessed from the previous owner, (news to me!) i have to go to the dealer. I live a few hours away from the dealer so i called and spoke with the lady in the Title department. SHE WAS 100% RUDE! Absolutely despicable! I stated the issue and they need to sign the paperwork. She tells me i need to go though the previous bank and it is not her problem the papers were not signed. I gave her the name and direct line to the bank and told her to call for herself. Finally she says, send it back and i will sign it. I stated i will over night the title to her and she needs to send it back that very day. She threw a fit about that and said, "You will receive it when it gets to you." I pay to overnight it, $28.03 and paid to have the driver stand there while she signs the paperwork and takes it back to be sent to me. She was also responsible to pay the driver the $28.03 for the postage. With no surprise to me, she had it sent back to me, as "Declined to receive". Now i am out $28.03 and with unsigned documents. I called and asker her why she refused to receive the documents, she said they will not pay for the postage. But i am held liable because they did not properly do their job? Very unprofessional. Since then, I have called the dealership many times and not a single person answering the phone will transfer me to a Manager of any kind. They all insist on resolving the problem themselves. It has yet to have been resolved. It is now day 44 after the purchase. On top of all of the shady deals at this location, it reeked of Weed and McDonalds, with 50+ children running and jumping on cars. Hi. My name is Katie, I am 31 years old and have lived in Denver now for over 6 years with my 8 year old daughter. I am writing this letter out of pure desperation and in the hope that someone will help me seek retribution from The Sharpest Rides auto dealership and Royal Administration Warranty Services for selling me a defective vehicle with a pre-existing condition and a fraudulent extended warranty to cover the vehicle in the event of a break down. The defective 2007 BMW X5 did break down on me on January 3, 2017, less than 11 months after I purchased the vehicle and after several calls and attempts to have the service department at the Sharpest Rides inspect my concerns of extreme oil consumption and leaks. Between the Sharpest Rides and the Extended Warranty Company (both in cahoots with one another) the process was dragged out and I was without my vehicle until July 20th, that is 7 months. That was 7 months of trying to get to work, go to the store, my daughter to school and other activities without the car I was still making car and insurance payments for. I can tell you, as a single working parent, it was an added stress that I did not need and could have been avoided. Before my car was returned to me on July 20, 2017, I was getting no where with the repair of my vehicle. The Sharpest Rides told me to deal with Warranty department and the Warranty Department continued to deny my claim due to pre-existing conditions. As a last plea to be heard, I posted a nasty review/complaint to the Better Business Bureau after visiting with BMW on Colorado BLVD where I learned a lot of information. In my complaint to BBB, I accused the Sharpest Rides of knowingly selling me a defective vehicle (the updated car fax and previous owner service quote shows a history of problems that would have been discovered during the 40 point inspection or at least during the multiple service visits I made back to The Sharpest Rides. I received an answer from Kevin via BBB, on June 3rd, stating that he sold me a warranty that he will make cover the repairs. Shortly after that, Kevin and I exchanged text messages about the repairs on the vehicle. Kevin assured me that the engine would be replaced and that the warranty was covering it. However, when I replied thank you and asked about the process for seeking reimbursement from the Warranty company for rentals, initial tear down, etc. I never got a response back from him. Even to this day, after reaching out several times, I have still not heard back. Kevin Sharp is a liar. The extended warranty did not cover my engine replacement and the claims were denied. The Sharpest Rides paid for the engine replacement (at a discounted rate I might add) thinking that will make the last 8 months of hell disappear. However, my problem has not been resolved and I am not going to let my daughter see her mother get taken by a bunch of thieves. Now that I have my car back, having had to pay over $250 for parts The Sharpest Rides would not pay for, I have still not heard a word back from the owner of the Sharpest Rides. I am driving around in an untrustworthy vehicle which is already scheduled back at The Auto Shop because of smoke coming from the exhaust. STAY AWAY! read more

At the end of the business day, A CAR IS SOLD and PROFIT HAS BEEN MADE. So, back to TAKE CARE OF THOSE THAT TAKE CARE OF YOU. The client that bought the car just took care of the business by adding a positive financial deposit onto the business financial statement. Hence TAKING CARE OF...? In return the car that was sold has existing issues. Now I know cars with out warranty are sold AS-IS, I get that. BUT when told that the vehicle will be fixed and repaired accordingly and never WAS.. Same issue is still occurring. Now that is not only lying, misleading, bad business. It's not taking care of the one who takes care of your business, ( Your Clients). All in all, I will say that Oscar in service seems to be a good guy. Paul our salesman, initially seems to be a good guy, however I know his hands are tied with managements false, misleading, unethical business practices.While I know that The Sharpest Rides gives a lot of people second chances and with that clients look past the unreliable money pits for sale and only see that they are getting a new ride and a second chance. I get that... But take it from some that has been in the Automotive business for the past 10+ years.... I bought a car on Friday, was dead with a blown head on Tuesday!!! Towed it home, diagnosed, spent 880 dollars in parts and 15 hours of labor for me to fix it. This is after calling the stealership five times, also tried calling the joke of an owner.... His numbers below, try calling... He doesn't answer!!! Finally got a call back from Paul, nice guy - service manager at the stealership... Told him what happened. Said to come see him and we'd work something out. Always the salesman they try selling me on the idea of trusting them with the car again, don't think so!! I am very skilled on working with cars and wouldn't trust them to wash the car let alone fix it!! Called back and spoke with this Kevin sharp tool who just blurted out buy here/pay here as is!! Mentioned that I was aware of exactly how much they spent when they got the car, 200 for detail, still looked like shit on the inside, and 40 for gas( prolly the cheap shit) And that was it!! What does he offer me for my troubles after I call him on this, 300$!!! Then states 300 and he's done with it!! Really dumbass, because I just wasted 2.5 weeks of my life and 880 dollars in parts and that doesn't include anything else that might go wrong with this polished turd of a car. From the owner to the sleezy salesman this place is absolutely awful and their techs are incompetent and I wouldn't trust them washing a car. From being hung up by Kathleen Peterson who said she was busy with customers and stating lemon law does not apply to new cars. Dylan is a moron that looks like he's been tweaking for a week. Paul can't do anything. Raymondo their tech apparently quits according to the wannabe Tony Montano owner Kevin Sharp. Bought a MINI and had the brake light come on b/c Raymondo put on crappy pads and the sensor lines were hanging underneath the rear bumper. Had an actual certified dealer replace on their apparent 1k of work put into it stated on their invoice. Then, the engine completely blown less than 2k miles. Pistons 1,2, and 4 completely failed. Tech opened it up at Shomp MINI and stated that only 1 of 3 guides were replaced and the motor didn't even have the correct oil in it. Should have actual change the timing chain while they were at it and Shomp MINI stated it looked like a grenade blew up. STAY AWAY from this place. Went to meet with Kevin Sharp with my tech and was a no show. I have over 10k of repairs on a vehicle we spent around12k on. Brought in invoices, pictures, etc. and they are just talk. The owner simple stated your only your own, peace. WTF, really? This place is completely unprofessional and I've been dealing with a broken down car since Feb 9th and completely out of pocket for shotty work from this pos place. Smells like Big Macs and weed and oh they speak spanish and I think that is about it. Steer Clear by all means!! Certainly, when someone is looking for a used vehicle, there is always the risk to pick the wrong one, I am assuming that The Sharpest Rides' team inspect their vehicles before they offer them for sale. I have bought three vehicles from them and I have had no issues. Their sales team were very honest with me about the risk of acquiring a used vehicle. I bought my first one about two years ago, a 2008 BMW. Recently, I have exchanged a couple of typical parts that wear over time, but no major issues. I got the second one about six months ago, a 2006 AUDI. After my test drive, I made a list of the issues I have noticed, they took care of almost every single one, except for one, I pointed that out and they gave me a discount so I can fix it. So far I have had no issues with this vehicle. On this particular vehicle, I asked if I can use my own scanner (code reader) they allowed me to do it! About three weeks ago, I was looking for a "new" vehicle. I looked around at some other places, and at the end, they had in inventory what I was looking for. This time, the vehicle I had my eye on was a classic one. Beautiful piece of engineering! But due to its age (almost four decades), it had a few visible issues. The took care of one of them and gave me the opportunity to decide to take it "as is". I did! No regrets so far. I have a couple of pieces of advice if you decide to stop by this place: Bring with you someone who is familiar with vehicles so you be aware of any current issues, do not be afraid to ask the salesperson to take care of those issues, they will be more than happy to fix them. Lastly, If you stop by this place, also make sure to bring an extra driver, because their sales team will use all their expertise to HELP YOU leave their place driving your new vehicle, for the right price. I found this dealership online and was contacted by Ari. Ari made this process super smooth for an out of town transaction. He was very laid back, not pushy, and super honest which is rare when it comes to used car dealers. Ari ensured everything remain transparent throughout the entire process. I set a price I wanted for the car payment and he got me at a rate $150 less than what I Initially set for myself. He is an awesome guy. I am not a fan of the suit and tie type of person who is pushy and will not take no for an answer. This dealership was the complete opposite for me. Laid back, down to Earth, and straight to business. I flew from CA to get this car and I was completely satisfied. Ari ensured I was aware of any small flaws on the car that were not visible on the website; he sent pics to me personally. I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences I've had at a dealership in a while. I recommend Ari if you are looking for a car at The Sharpest Rides, he truly has grade A customer service skills and he aims to please. He is very attentive and will try his best to get you at a price you want as well as the vehicle of choice. Kudos to Ari. I would like to give kudos to Candace for making my finance and signing process so easy. She was very helpful and down to Earth. She went over every piece of paper and ensured I understood it before signing. She was very transparent and ensured that my dealer disclosed information on the car in detail. A big kudos is that they provide you a copy of the Carfax for the vehicle without even asking and that is big in my book. This dealership has the best team ever. My experience here was the greatest. Headline: Do not trust this dealership. Sold unsafe $30K truck, damaged it, and refused to return it.I bought a truck from this dealership for $30,000, only to discover immediately afterward that it was completely unsafe to drive. A third-party mechanic inspection revealed $11,000 worth of critical safety and service issues, including failed ball joints, bad U-joints, completely worn struts, shot brakes and rotors, and a bad starter.Instead of fixing the issues locally, the dealership towed my truck 300 miles away to their own mechanic. They kept my truck for two weeks, and when it was finally "ready," management flat-out refused to ship the truck back to me, forcing me to figure out how to travel 300 miles just to retrieve my own vehicle.When I picked the truck up from their mechanic, it was damaged and incomplete. The side step was broken, and the transmission dust cover was completely missing from the vehicle, left sitting inside the cab instead. The mechanic's brilliant solution was to tell me to just "glue the side step back on," and he claimed he had "no clue" what the transmission dust cover even was.This business is deceptive, their mechanic is completely incompetent, and they have zero regard for customer safety or basic professional ethics. Avoid this dealership at all costs unless you want a massive financial headache and a broken, unsafe vehicle. Frankie was absolutley no help, would not return phone calls and lied every time I spoke with him. Daylon res[ponded to my message on a Cadillac SRX and communicated with me by texting me on my phone to make communication easier being I'm deaf. He was very through on answering my questions and responded quickly. Made an appt to see the Cadillac and he was with a customer when I arrived and another salesman, Eric helped until Daylon was free and showed me the car and was exactly what he described. Took it for a test drive and I loved it. There was a couple minor cosmetic issues I wanted done and Daylon and I talked with the manager Brandon. We discussed price and being I was paying cash, he even worked down the price even more and fixed the issues I wanted addressed. I wanted to do a pre-purchase mechanic diagnostic done with my mechanic and they went thru everything and the report came back with the same minor issues i wanted addressed and that it was a good sound car for its age and super low miles. Worked with Candance in the finance/warranty dept and she was just fantastic to work with. This was the first car purchase in over 30 years that it was the most positive experience I have ever dealt with. They were just awesome to work with, fair on coming to an agreement on the price and fixing the issues with no hassle and just a pleasure to work with. My wife and I went to Sharpest Rides looking for a car for her on a Saturday. The salesman that greeted us was courteous and helpful. My wife picked out a Volvo S80 and took it for a test drive. It was just what she wanted. The finance manager John was very straight forward and explained the process and answered all our questions. The car had a inop windshield washer which they said they woulf fix. We did the deal at a very fair price and drove it home. When we got home and shut the car off we noticed a strong gas smell We brought it back the following week for the repair to the windshield washer and told them about the gas smell. They checked it out and found the problem which required removal of the gas tank after they found the problem through extensive troubleshooting. They fixed both issues. After my wife picked up the car and was driving home, the check engine lite came on. I called them about it and they said bring it in and the would check it. They did and fixed the problem. We've had the car now about three weeks since then and it runs great. I can't say enough about what an excellent job the service manager, Reymundo Ortiz, and his crew did. No questions, no hesitation and an absolute professional attitude. It was a pleasure to have that kind of customer service. Just purchased a car from them today! I did my research before I went down! I'm glad I did! It's always best to know as much as you can about any vehicle you're going to purchase before you go to ANY car lot, ANY dealer. However, THE SHARPEST RIDES - THIS PLACE RIGHT HERE! Know your stuff, because this is one of the largest selections of used cars in the state! Arguably the largest selection of FINE, hard to find, used cars, in the state! None cleaner, and no lot with better selection. (I know, I already said that, however it did bear repeating!) 2 Things - Customer Service! CHRIS JENNINGS! When it's time for me to purchase again (I have another car to trade in) I will wait in line for him! He was absolutely fantastic! I originally had an appointment with someone else who was busy, and when they didn't assist us, I saw Chris. I asked if he wouldn't mind showing us the car I had come to see. He took care of us from start to finish. The service department ran diagnostics, made sure everything was on the up and up and he made sure the car was freshly washed for me! Second, WAEL, the finance manager! What a refreshing experience! Someone who treats you with dignity and respect! Made the purchasing process a breeze and helped with getting a warranty! I've never wrote a review but if anyone deserves a 5 star review it's The Sharpest Rides! A woman by the name of Kathleen saw me walk in. I'm sure I looked overwhelmed or like a deer in headlights- there inventory is massive. But either way she immediately made me feel comfortable, almost like I have known her for years. Not at all pushy or judgmental- unlike the smug and uppity dealerships I visited prior. I told her what I was looking for and she grabbed the manager Paul and said "she's looking for a Mercedes!" Paul stated he has just the car for me! Well, Paul also was awesome he walked me to the car he thought was perfect for me!! This car was beautiful! I only visited one car that night and that's the car I bought! I knew he was not trying to make a sell. The business that place does he doesn't need to! He honestly believed that car had my name on it and was waiting for me. After I bought the car I took it to the Mercedes service center and they did a complete top and bottom check. Came back not needing one thing. They complimented me on how nice the car was. How often do you go to an automotive service department and they tell you the car is perfect? Seriously! Car sales people get a bad wrap. And its usually with merit. But Paul and Kathleen are true gems. Its more then just the sell to them. read more

I recently purchased a 2003 Cadillac CTS from the Sharpest Rides. I had a good experience is there Erick was great!!! I have a lot of respect for that guy he was hella busy but kept a level head and was there to answer my questions. Now this is the main reason that I think I will definitely go back The Sharpest Rides. About a week after I purchased I took it in to a local Cadillac Dealership where I live and they found that the oil plug had been stripped from over tightening and that I would have to pay around $470 for them to repair. I remember when I was looking for a place to get a car that came across reviews for the Sharpest Rides on yelp. What impressed me was the owner gave his own number out for anyone that had a problem with one of the vehicles to call him. I am going to be honest I thought surely this isn't for real what owner of a large dealership would place his phone number out there? So on a whim I thought I would give it a shot. I called Kevin and he was very respectful and understanding! He said not a problem man I will get that taken care of for you. So long story short this customer service is why I think, no I know I will be buying my next vehicle from the Sharpest Rides!!!! For an owner to take the initiative to make a customer happy is huge in my book! read more

We went to the Sharpest Rides a few weeks ago, looking to trade our QX56 for an MB R350. They have what seems to be good cars for good prices. However, do your research and KNOW YOUR NUMBERS before you get there. Even though, our salesguy was nice, he was very "salesy" Saying dumb stuff, like, we have had 4 people look at this today, it will be gone by tomorrow and crap like that. If you have cash to buy, you are better off, because they will try and bend you over on your trade. They offered us about 50% less than our trade was worth. Then they tried to show us an "official" book price that they had printed out. Clearly, they changed the numbers. Wholesale to wholesale, our vehicle was worth $5k more than theirs, so we were looking to have a $5k spread. We might have dropped to $3500 if we had to have the MB R350. They were trying to say, it was an even trade. What a joke. We left. After reading several of the other reviews here, and having my own experience with them, I would recommend that you steer clear of these guys. We ended up finding another vehicle at a reputable dealership and they gave us what we wanted for our trade and even the new place had the same wholesale numbers we had. It wasn't a fabricated "book" value. read more

So after all of that (and the radiator was cracked found that after I had the transmission fixed) I am contacted by a man here on Yelp we will shorten his name to just Kevin S. --------------------------------- For your review of: The Sharpest Rides I need to know about this deal as a owner of the sharpest rides. This is not except able for my salesman to say this or the mechanics to throw a bandaid on it either. Someone will be fired if this is true. We don't do shady business like this and someone is going to pay the consequence of this is true, please call me about this A.S.A.P. Thank you for your business and please call me. Thank you ------------------------------------- Not only did I call him multiple times (always rang than went to voice mail) then left him multiple messages, but I also tried messaging him through Yelp with no reply from him to this day. I want to think that they are serious about fixing their problems but I guess its just another band-aid. If someone really wanted to fix this they would call me back, I would love for this company to redeem itself it some way but all it seems to be able to do is make it worse. read more

Can't say enough good things about our sales experience. I was buying a car on behalf of a friend in Colorado Springs and we found several cars on their website to our liking. It was easy to narrow them down due to a free CarFax available to view on-line for each vehicle. We called the 800 number and were assigned to our agent Bryan Sanchez. We negotiated a very fair price over the phone for our selected vehicle before driving up to Denver for the test drive, and if successful, the purchase. Upon arrival Bryan had the nicely detailed vehicle waiting and escorted us on the test drive.....and he very bravely allowed us to put the vehicle through some challenging maneuvers! The car was everything that the super clean CarFax indicated it should be and Bryan ensured all remaining questions were answered. He was that knowledgeable and courteous salesman you hope for....thank you Bryan. He then handed us off to Paul to finish the paperwork and get us on our way. The process couldn't have been easier......and thanks for the great humor Paul. You kept us smiling. All in all, a very nice experience.....Thank you. read more
