Full disclosure I work here. In the 14yrs I've been in this business I've worked at several auto broker businesses. This is by far the best place I've ever been. This is Southeast Motors 30th year in business and it shows. We never charge dealer and handling or add any other fees to vehicles. Customer service is of our utmost concern. We take care of our clients and they in turn return to us for all of their vehicle purchases over and over again plus they refer their friends and family. Give Southeast Motors a try and you won't be disappointed. Thanks!

We found only a few in the area, with Custom Cars West having the best prices. Even though they don't come with dealer warranties here (they're not a brand dealership obviously) the price of the car + the added warranty was still cheaper than the other cars from nearby dealerships. We worked with Victor and he was efficient in letting us test drive and getting all our paperwork ready. So far we're very happy with the car - no obvious issues or troubles. Works as expected. Also Victor didn't think I'd write a review for him unless I did it in the office so I'm proving him wrong. You're welcome! :)

I bought a 2012 Mini Cooper for my High School daughter that stopped twice while she was driving and had to be pushed out of the road to safety. I have had the car 32 days and its been towed twice and "repaired/fixed" 3 times and now has a check engine light on. If you want a car that looks good on the outside and will break down every week Custom Cars West has got a car for you. Never trust a business that, when given the chance to make things right, chooses silence, delay, or the cheapest patch instead of taking real responsibility. Thanks Aaron for helping me purchase my High school daughter a car that has stranded her on the road twice.

I want to start by saying Alan was great to work with. He was friendly, communicated well, and…read moretreated me with respect throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, everything changed when the sales manager took over. I brought in a professional pre-purchase inspection from an independent mechanic, which found that the 2017 Honda Accord V6 was due for a timing belt service by age and had an issue with the front bumper and obstacle sensor. Instead of discussing my concerns, the sales manager became argumentative and condescending. He insisted the car had a timing chain because he had "looked it up on Google" before coming to the desk. I had researched this vehicle for weeks and even pulled up the information proving that the V6 Accord uses a timing belt. When I pointed out the bumper and sensor issues found in the inspection, he questioned how reliable my mechanic was rather than taking any accountability or even reading the report thoroughly. I even asked how their own mechanic missed issues that were obvious and documented in the inspection. The vehicle was priced at $20,000, but with taxes and fees they wanted nearly $23,000 out the door, despite the fact that I would immediately need to spend thousands on repairs and maintenance. I was willing to pay up to $18,500 out the door, which I felt was fair considering the inspection findings, but there was absolutely no willingness to negotiate. I walked away, and after this experience, I can understand why this dealership has the rating that it does. If you're considering buying here, I highly recommend getting your own pre-purchase inspection and doing your own research before signing anything.

We have already traveled near and far with our new vehicle and got a follow up call from Mason, our customer service rep. And you would think for a dealership with a service dept on site they would diagnose and correct all of the problems before they sell the vehicles, but they don't. They either patch them up and hope you don't notice for two months or I have the worst luck in the world. The vehicle I bought myself ended up being in the shop for at least a month after I discovered it's issue. Thank God I found it a week before my warranty was up or I would have been on the hook for the $5,000 it cost to fix the problem. But it didn't come without a fight. It took the dealership two attempts to fix the vehicle. The first time they fixed the wrong thing, and when I told them I was still having the same issue they told me they weren't going to fix it. We eventually got on the same page and they took my vehicle for another two weeks and finally repaired it. For that I'm grateful. But now the vehicle I bought my grandmother had the check engine light come on. Mechanic comes out to give it a tune up and finds the spark plugs are covered in oil. Boom! It needs a new valve seals. My mechanic says "it looks like it's been this way for quite some time". I bought the car less than a year ago. Unfortunately the warranty has expired on this vehicle. So I'm on the hook for this one. I'm not saying don't buy a vehicle from this dealership. But I am telling you to take your car to a mechanic as soon as you drive it off of the lot to find any issues before your warranty expires. Because from my experience it doesn't seem to me like their service department has their customers best interests at heart.
