Axel was a great salesman and didn't pressure me into buying. Chuck ( finance guy ) was pretty funny. I needed to replace my windshield they had the glass company come to my house. Unfortunately I went into labor the day of the appointment however was able to reschedule. This was all no cost to me. Axel also went out of his way to get me a second key for the vehicle. The only thing I can say was that I didn't know I had to pay for the key to get programmed and the location of the key was super far from the closest dealership. That was inconvenient especially with having a newborn. Otherwise, this is a great place to purchase a vehicle they will work with you and keep it honest.

Called to complain to have them replace tires two weeks later the seemed to buck forward found out the differential fluid was never changed and was low . They also put cheap brakes on the shook the car when breaking . A year later I had to put a head gasket on it . I don't beat on my car and only use to work and back . Michael Kather was super patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience as smooth as could be! He was really on top of everything - from making sure my insurance was all set to finding the best deal possible! Sherri in Finance was also very helpful and explained the loan process/how to build credit and finance my car - only complaint is that she was a little short and snippy at first - I think because we were asking questions about the interest rate and maybe she thought we weren't going to buy the car? I asked the other 2 men at their desks if they could call the mechanics to see about my car since my supervisor wasn't at his desk, but they wouldn't. I walked over again 15 minutes later because I could see my "service supervisor" on the sales floor talking with a woman at a table for an hour. I finally drove out after 2 hours for an oil change (that's all I got) that should have been only 45 minutes. The service department just lost a customer for their dealership. I have bought several cars from dealerships and always felt like I was ripped off by them. Not these guys! I am super confused by the previous reviews as it couldn't be farther from my experience. My experience was amazing from the moment I walked in the door. ( The parking is a tad confusing but once you figure that out the rest is a walk in the park) The inside was sooo clean and clear of clutter which was different from most car dealerships. You can tell right away they pride themselves on what they do. I was greeted by this guy ( I forget his name) he treated me like a long time friend, I felt comfortable immediately upon his greeting. We chatted a bit about what I was looking for. He told me the pros and cons of all the cars I was thinking about. I was first thinking I wanted a bigger car than I had but we talked about what came with the bigger cars ie. they eat through more gas. He asked why I wanted a bigger car and I didn't have a good reason, so we looked at cars similar to the car I had. I was impressed by that because often times woman feel like they are pressured into buying more expensive cars as some of us aren't knowledgeable about cars. That's when I was introduced to Dave. Super nice guy. We took the car for a test drive and I LOVED it but hated the color ( I still hate the color but LOVVVEEE the car. I was hung up on the color of the car so Dave and I spoke about what else I didn't like as he thought he might have another car I'd like. Honestly, it was just the color of the outside I didn't like besides that it was soo perfect. I told him I needed time to think about it. He didn't pressure me at all even offered to let me sit in the car as long as I wanted. I decided to buy it. I came back to get it about a week later, Dave promised it would be washed ( he thought I would like the color more). There was a miscommunication when I arrived and it was not yet washed. I didn't say anything because it wasn't a big deal. But it was a big deal to Dave. He made it a priority to keep his promise and had it washed while I was signing paperwork with his son. His son was super friendly and really helpful in explaining all the paperwork step by step. I would never buy a car anywhere else! I know all the guys in there truly care about the satisfaction of their customers. I left feeling like it had been my own family taking care of me through the whole process. Thank You So Much for making this car buying experience pain free and exciting. = )

Very bad experience…read more Very bad experience with this dealership. They never clearly explain their policies or hours. I came on Monday to ask for my money back, and they told me to come back Friday. I'm here today, Friday, and now they're telling me to come back Monday because the person who handles refunds left at 5:00 PM. They never told me refunds had to be done before 5. They have made me come back several times and always had another excuse when I was trying to get my BMW 535. I got tired of all the excuses and decided I wanted my money back. Now they don't want to refund me, even though I never signed a contract or agreement. Very frustrating and unprofessional. I definitely do not recommend this dealership.
