Went on a Thursday at 3pm to get a quote for a project but was greeted with an empty chair. I rang…read morethe bell but still no one. I waited five minutes and decided to walk inside the halls. All the small offices were empty but with door open. It had computers open and I observed personal belongings on the desk so it was obvious it wasn't closed. I went back to the front lobby and waited and waited. It was approximately ten minutes. Finally, someone came out from the big machine room (glass walls). He sees me and goes inside an office. I wait additional five minutes and ring the bell again but no answer. I don't care if they can do a great job and produce good product. First impression is everything. Total fail. I will go somewhere else.

Phil the owner, put together the most beautiful cards I have ever seen. They were glossy double sided with six food photos cascading down one side, which I'm sure was a challenge to make sure they were clear, and big enough to see. The front of the card was absolutely gorgeous, with colorful butterfly pasta and Phil used his artsy talents to personalize the wording, by putting a little butterfly over the "i" . When Phil printed out a sample, I had an OMG!! moment for sure. I ordered 500 business cards and an extra 250 postcard size for presentation, which to my surprise was less than $100.00. The cards were ready ahead of schedule!  When I arrived to pick them up, I was floored at how beautiful they came out and to my surprise, Phil threw in an extra 500 cards as a graduation gift!!   I cannot emphasize enough how grateful I am to The Art Department. It was a pleasure doing business with Phil. He has wonderful ideas and creativity that will knock your socks off!! Needless to say, I received an "A" for the portfolio show and my business cards were taken by all that past my table. Horray!!  And my Executive Chef classified them as "stunning". This is a long overdue review. A few years ago I was tasked by my siblings to come up with a 50th…read morewedding anniversary CD as party favors for the guests. At the time, I was working 80hr weeks and was pretty disorganized, and had almost no spare time. I got some quotes from other places which were decent, but to be honest, they weren't really getting the vibe I was going for. By the time I checked out eDoc, it was already a few days before Christmas, with the anniversary celebration coming up early January. Everyone who helped me out was super nice, super chill, but also professional. And they came up with a design that was perfect. Special shout out to Ana Barrera and Loubna Bensaid for not only exceeded my expectations, but just being cool, normal human beings. Also, there was a man whom I believe was either the owner or manager, who once he found out what the CDs were for, upgraded the type of CD holder to a classier look at no extra charge. Amazing. The CDs were the talk of the party, and all of my relatives and parents' friends kept coming up to me and giving me kudos for the job well done (undeserved laudation, I only had a song list, a photograph, and a short deadline, eDoc took that and knocked it out of the park).
