I called so many different places that performed printing services and either the prices were ridiculous or if they didn't receive it by a certain time I wouldn't get them the same day. A person on offerup referred me to this location and everything worked out well. Roger was very professional,thorough and very detailed in assisting my family with the obituaries. I emailed over what I needed. The following morning, I stopped by unannounced to check on the progress, and everything had already been printed and was ready for my review. Once I had signed off, I was told everything would be completed within a couple of hours. I don't even think I was gone an hour before I received a call from Rodger informing me that my order was ready for pick up. In today's climate Service like this is hard to find. As much as I love supporting local. I will not ever come back to this place again. For a simple job that you said only 15mins. on the last day that we are about to give up take our stuff back either done or not. Went there 3times and the our stuff sitting there for 1 week. We even pay full on the first day. Don't let your costumer think you can make that day if you can't. The work is not even good. read more

Roger, Liz and Juan are wonderful. This was my second time using their service. The first time I used them was for a funeral program for my mother in 2019. We went to them at the last minute. They got the job done and it was beautiful. Unfortunately I needed them again. My daughter passed away from breast cancer in June 2020. I had to postpone her service until August 2021. She left behind eight children, the youngest is four. I was doing a special celebration and I wanted to have her program done in more of a book style which is called "Perfect Binding". I came to them with my vision. Juan and Roger helped make it happen. They were very patience with me and took the time to help me bring my vision to completion. Juan sat with us and used his artistic gift to bring it all together. The book came out so beautiful. Roger knew how important this was to me and for my daughter children. This is not just a regular book / program, it's also a legacy for her children and grandson for years to come, especially the younger children who are 4, 5 and 7. Roger also surprised me and added a special coating to give the book more beauty. I also had them print some regular programs in a condensed version of the book. So irritated with the service I received from start to finish. I had a small order and I guess it wasn't worth it for them to give me great quality customer service. I placed my order and was never given an ETA for completion. I had to call in to see when my order would be ready. When I go to pick up my order, the total is higher than what I was quoted. So when someone gives you a quote that says TOTAL, not SUB-TOTAL, wouldn't you think that is the TOTAL amount you are going pay???? When asked about the discrepancy, Roger, the owner/manager (don't know and don't care), proceeds to tell me that the tax was not included in the quote and that I basically should have known to expect to pay it when I came in. Wtf??? So he continues to argue with me for a couple minutes before deciding to walk away. Thankfully my order was small and it was like a less than $5 difference so I could care less. But $5 is $5 and it's the damn principle of not agreeing to your associate error (whoever gave me the quote) and also not apologizing for the error and basically saying it's my fault/stupidity for not knowing I would owe the tax!!! I am just so appalled and annoyed and will NEVER go back there and NEVER recommend their services to anyone! read more

I think this branch has been under different management every time I get my business cards made. Despite different managements, their service remains excellent! They're all very friendly and easy to talk to on the phone and/or email. Most of my transactions with them have been through email and they're very prompt. They just shoot me back an email as to when my items will be done and I pick it up. Easy as that! read more

I am giving this place a one star not because of the work (loved the work) it is because of the pricing. I was quoted $114 first and while I was there the lady said I gave you the wrong quote and came back with a new quote $136.90 and I was OK with that. At the time we had discussed what I wanted and this is the price they said. When I went to pick up my copies the price was $207. I was shocked. It was a funeral program so they knew I could not back out of this price. I could not understand why there was a price change and if there was going to be one why I was not informed on this. Roger took $20 off and sent me on my way. I will never use this company again. So please be aware that what they tell you the price will be it may not be that. read more
