I was in the mood for wings and was truly happy when I noticed Jamrock. I figured I could still get a healthier chicken meal with tasty rice instead of french fries. The jerk chicken meal was offered with white meat or dark meat and came with cabbage and plantain. I opted for the dark meat which consisted of a leg and a wing, and got the large size. The portions were generous, except for the plantain, which only included two pieces. I ordered my food to go and did not eat until I was home. The meal itself was good overall, but was lacking in the full Jamaican flavor experience. Unfortunately, I did not receive the oxtail gravy on top of my rice as requested; I'm pretty sure that would've enhance the meal. I was accustomed to receiving at other Jamrock locations.
