My daughter and I went here today and it was absolutely delicious. Not only was the food phenomenal, the fella at the counter was absolutely the sweetest. He was all smiles and so helpful. We can't wait to try more dishes!

I love me some Mama J‼ She introduced me to Naija food when she was cooking out of her home. I am so proud she is in a brick and mortar now. This lady is hard working and her food is good. She cooks with love and makes you feel like family while feeding you. Please go support if you want to try Nigerian food. I've had okra soup, jollof rice, a shrimp dish and my sons love love love her rice and fufu. Thank you Mama J

Instead of a simple hello or being asked how many were in our party, the first thing we heard was, "Can I help you?" It felt off and honestly made me uncomfortable, like we didn't belong. We had driven an hour, and it was my fiancé's birthday, so I chose to shake it off and not let it set the tone. We ordered the Seacuterie Board and the Crab Cocktail, and both were really good. The seafood was super fresh and flavorful, and the vegetables were crisp. Our favorite Seacuterie items were the smoked trout spread, mussels, and smoked salmon. I was pleasantly surprised by the pickled figs. I'd never had them before, but they're now one of my favorites. They add the perfect balance of texture and saltiness to each bite. The tuna was our least favorite. It was pretty much flavorless compared to everything else. Overall, it was a good experience, aside from the awkward start.

Do yourself a favor and get the bowl size. Delicious. The Grilled Octopus and the Chef Selection Oysters were awesome as well. The Blackened Catfish with Shrimp Etouffee rocked. The Rainbow Trout and Shrimp came with some lump crab over rice. Very good. The Shrimp and Grits were also good. My only disappointment was the Seafood Tagliatelle Pasta. I went online before hand and made a reservation. It worked out because I got a nice view and a nice seat by the window as requested. Hostess and waitress were AMAZING. Maya served me and she was phenomenal. Hands down knew everything about her menu, the specials, and complimented everything that I asked about. Food - again was 20/10! I got a pair of oysters, a raspberry fritz drink, and the snapper meal along with garlic bread. The only complaint and reason for the 3 stars is because they don't take Apple pay. I was highly disappointed because I am a virtual girly. My license is now on my phone. I have had so much scamming happening with my real cards - I only carry my digital wallet with me. I had to go on the website, purchase a gift card, and then pay for my meal that way. It was insane. Just imagine if I didn't have that option or a physical card? Would I be in jail ? Just a little uncanny that in 2026, this wasn't an option. The staff did advise it was coming so that's good to know but be aware they only take physical payments at the moment! Will definitely visit again in the future.

The bulgogi was flavorful with the spicy sauce I was advised to dump on the dish. Full of veggies, squash, green onions, radish (?), and rice. Delicious! Omg the chicken wings were a favorite as the meat was tender and moist. The outside was crisp and perfectly seasoned. Could have made a meal of just the wings!!! My partner had the spicy pork which was amazing. I could have eaten that dish over and over. The sound and vibrations of the train were amazing. The only negative was the loudness of the other patrons. Birthday party. Will be back to try other dishes. Have been to Korea before on vacation. Food was great.

The grilling was immaculate- the meat held together but was perfectly tender to be separated with chopsticks. a slightly spicy, vinegary green onion salad was the perfect compliment to the rich, fatty mackerel. i will be getting this next time we come in. finally, we ordered the bingsu, a airy, fluffy pile of melt-in-your-mouth sesame snow covering a slightly deeper flavored sesame ice cream, covered with a milky sesame cream. that may all sound like a lot, but it was well balanced with sweetness, savoriness, nuttiness, and a bit of bitterness. everything came out at the perfect timing, and service was excellent. in all of our interactions with staff, service was at the level of a place with a much higher price tag. from the menu explanations to the presentation of dishes, the bar is evidently high for training. For all our food, the price was a little more than $100 , which feels like a bargain for a 3 course meal + alcohol.

Location and Parking Street parking around the square is available for free, however we opted for the deck at the edge of the square for convenience. Venue and Atmosphere Featuring two levels, stately hardwood floors, and sophisticated lighting, Mac's is perfect for a date night, celebration, or whatever occasion your heart desires. Service Our server (I forgot his name!) happened to be a former chef and restaurant owner himself. As expected, he was extremely knowledgeable and gave great food and wine recommendations. Food and Beverages We split the Caesar salad, sirloin, and appetizer trio. Everything was delicious, cooked at the perfect temperature, and seasoned to perfection. The lobster mac and cheese deserves a shoutout; I just wish the appetizer portion could be larger (haha)! They gave us a lovely complimentary dessert for our anniversary, much appreciated! Verdict I'll be back!

Due to the openness of the dining room, it is on the louder side making it difficult to talk with folks not sitting directly next to order across from one another. Service was very good, attentive, and frirfriendly. My wife and I both had ceasar salad, filet medium rare, and strawberry topped cheesecake. For sides we had asparagus and mashed potatoes. The sides wete quite good, the best part of our meals. The salad was okay though the dressing was on the more bland side and fresh ground pepper helped its flavor profile quite a bit. For a restaurant calling itself a "chophouse" and supposedly upscale, you would think they would know how to cook a steak or use a better quality steak. Our filets were cooked to proper temperature but lacked any taste of salt or seasoning and lacked any searing on the outside. The meat was chewy rather than tender and made us wonder "what's so special about this place" where parking availability is also a challenge!? So you would think dessert would be hard to mess up, but our cheesecake was nothing special at all. We've had better tasting Sara Lee cheesecake from the supermarket; definitely below expectation. We'll consider giving it another try, but at their prices there are so many other tried and true steakhouse we much prefer.

We were a group of 5 and that was pushing it so I'd definitely say no more than 5-6 people. We sat outside and the weather was beautiful. Just a heads up--this restaurant seems to be dog friendly. As a dog owner myself that is something I'd like to know but I understand the hesitation when you're sitting and eating next to a dog. However, doesn't take away from the cleanliness or the service of the restaurant. We ordered the Mezze trio as an appetizer. Everyone loved the hummus however my favorite was the red beet root. I also loved that they can refill the pita bread which went by quickly. Most of the table ordered the lamb skewers which I thought was a good. I'd give it an 8/10. I thought the flavors paired nicely and it was a different taste than the skewers I've ordered before. My brother ordered the salmon and he really enjoyed that. The service was nice however it did take at least 45 minutes for us to get our food which was a bummer. Definitely could see this being a nice, chill lunch or dinner spot.

Over the bar was a large screen TV showing beautiful scenes of Italy, with contemporary Italian pop playing in the background. I started with the soup of the day, which was lobster bisque that was so full of lobster that I would call it a stew versus a soup. The complimentary bread was slightly toasted and topped with aromatic herbs that paired perfectly with the olive oil with which it was served. My entree was a special, and was the short rib. There was nothing "short" about it as the huge beef rib had a bone that overhung the plate that a caveman would be proud to own. The beef was fork tender and the steak knife provided with it wasn't necessary. It was paired with a delicious and sweet wine sauce. And the side was tender gnocchi (al tartufo) in a rich and creamy sauce flavored with truffle. Since they also have Risotto al Tartufo on the menu, that will definitely be on my list for my next visit. And I definitely want to bring my wife to that next visit because the flavor and food were so wonderful, it's a great place for a date night.

It was chilly went we visited, but on a nice day, the patio would be nice too. We ordered and were not in any kind of hurry. Probably a good thing, since the kitchen seemed to be very backed up and the food came out very slowly. The servers also seemed to be a little overwhelmed, so I'm wondering if the crowd was heavier than expected. Please don't take this as complaint - the service staff were very friendly and did their best to keep diners smiling. Unfortunately - the food was a little underwhelming. We ordered calamari - it was slightly over cooked and chewy. For dinner, we had the gnocchi and chicken saltimbocca. The safe in the chicken dish was overpowering (I ended up having to scrape it off) and the chicken was overcooked. It says a lot that my favorite thing on the plate was the sautéed spinach (which was delicious!). I really, really wanted to love this place, but I'm not sure I would visit again. There are too many places in this area that have much better food for the same price point.
