We stopped by there looking at trucks for my daughter last week. David was off, so Toby Neal said he would help us, and they would split the commission. WOW, did I say help? My husband told him the truck he wanted and when he came back with the figures, it was laughable. We have excellent credit, but they used a 9 or 10 percent interest rate to get the monthly payment & then Toby tried to tell us 3 or 4 % in the interest rate only made about $15.00 difference in the monthly payment. Toby Neal's attitude left a lot to be desired, maybe he thought we didn't have money, or he was not wanting to split commission with David. Either way, he made us feel like they didn't want, or need our business. This review is not against the dealership. It is Toby Neal's review. DO NOT USE TOBY NEAL if you go there.

He has never financed before so my wife and I decided we would co sign for him. We did not care about interest rates/payments etc as our som was paying off the truck within a few weeks or so. Our salesman (Adam ) was wonderful - not pushy and informative. We test drove 2 trucks. My son decided he wanted the F350 XL. It was during the Employee Pricing Event. We agreed on the price - did the necessary paperwork with Adam. We told him we did not care about the payments/terms, etc. My wife cosigned - her credit score is around 830-840 and our monthly income is relatively high. We were in a great hurry as we told Adam. Our son was heading out of town the next day. He was having a very large wedding in Nashville and then heading our Sunday morning for San Antonio - he is a newly commissioned Army Lieutenant. Unfortunately we had to wait for over 3 hours to get in/outof financing. We have purchased a couple of vehicles and one home (second house) in the past few years. Combined all of these transactions took less time than buying a 60K vehicle from this dealership. The price, salesman and selection was very fair. However the lack of respect for our time makes it impossible for me to return to this place for business. This experience put a damper on my son's first car buying experience and added unneeded stress to a busy weekend. **Adam did call me personally and say the GM wanted to speak with me. I did not need to speak with anyone as the past can't be changed. Adam knew I may be buying a truck and offered to do the deal over the phone and deliver the truck to our home. That was certainly appreciated but the dealership adding that stress to the weekend is not easy to forget...especially when there are other dealerships near me (we drove an hour to get to this dealership).
