My husband told him the truck he wanted and when he came back with the figures, it was laughable. We have excellent credit, but they used a 9 or 10 percent interest rate to get the monthly payment & then Toby tried to tell us 3 or 4 % in the interest rate only made about $15.00 difference in the monthly payment. Toby Neal's attitude left a lot to be desired, maybe he thought we didn't have money, or he was not wanting to split commission with David. Either way, he made us feel like they didn't want, or need our business. This review is not against the dealership. It is Toby Neal's review. DO NOT USE TOBY NEAL if you go there.
