The work was completed in 3 days. There were some finishing touch issues with the completed work but Sione sent a couple guys out to fix the issue.

We got several quotes regarding what we wanted to do (basically lots of concrete) prior to Leo coming, but once he did he suggested a better solution than the one my husband and I proposed! Other companies were professional with great quotes, but I like that Leo thought outside of the box and gave a great solution that actually was cheaper and less work. He was very professional with great communication. Things were delayed due to rain outs on another job of his, and the plan changed as we had another contractor come that was originally scheduled after him. It actually changed the scope of work slightly because, we wanted the drainage to work on tandem with new downspouts and where the spouts were placed wasn't where we thought they'd be! Leo was great and flexible, he even explained why the rain gutters guys suggestion wouldn't work with our property, when the worker suggested something else. He also worked around the changed downspout area, which I should've let them know beforehand, but slipped my mind till an hour in. Work was done in less than 2 weeks. It was muddy/dirty as they dug the trench for the drain while trying to avoid the existing sprinkler system in the yard. They connected existing backyard drains and some gutter downspouts where that made sense to the new drainage system. To complete the job, they repaired a few sprinkler heads and connections that were damaged and power washed sidewalks and driveway. They also saved the grass that was removed digging the trench and replaced them over the completed drain system.

I needed a quick repair and cleanup. Aki was right there when called for a quote. He came the next day. His quote was most reasonable and was for a super strong build. When we accepted his proposal, he and his crew went to work right away. The wall came out beautiful, straight and was built with lots of rebar and filled with concrete in every cell. A few months ago, we needed a repair due to our landscapers accidentally shooting a rock through a fence panel. They even noticed our gate wasn't shutting properly and made some adjustments on the spot at no additional cost without us asking. Let me just start by saying the condo I live in made the choice to hire these guys. They have been…read moreworking on the bulding from 1/1/2024, yes 2024, to November 2025. They were scheduled to complete the spall repairs, painting and tile in the lanais only, Is the work supposed to take this long?! We have 10 units on each floor and there are 22 floors. We were told to remove everything off our lanai in July 2024. They never got to my unit until right before Thanksgiving 2024. Mind you, I had lanai furnishings taking up space in my living room that entire time AND I was only able to put them back on the lanai after Christmas 2024, Didn't even have room for our Christmas tree. Additionally, they came back in July 2025 to paint the lanai. I had to call them to clean up the concrete left all over the lanai and it took them a couple weeks to send 2 guys. When they finally came back, these 2 guys didn't have the right "concrete cleaner" and had to come back another day. They took half a day and it still isn't as clean as it was before they started the spall work. The only saving grace is that the workers I've had contact with are friendly and respectful when interacting. Now we had to remove everything from our lanai again because they were going to redo / update the tiles. So many residents complained about the work, the cleanliness and the rate of completion it took! We had to have a special resident meeting about it. Hope they never call this company again!
