What was most disappointing was that no one acknowledged the damage or apologized. I noticed the chips immediately after they told me the job was complete and they had left. They also left quite a bit of silicone dripping and smeared on vanity sink surfaces. After I reported the damage, I was disappointed by the follow-up from the manager. Rather than offering a partial refund or covering the cost of having my quartz countertop professionally restored, their only offer was to use a $15 repair kit. The repair is still visible and does not restore the countertop to its original condition.
