The spa was very glittery, sparkly and very bright. This decor is not my style for a spa, I would prefer a calmer, softer decor and easier on the eyes. I sat in the waiting room and noticed the nail salon right beside the waiting area with no door to enclose the odors. The strong chemical odors from the formaldehyde acrylic nails was over powering and it had me coughing within minutes! I would have preferred smelling essential oils in the waiting room to give it a more spa experience, not chemicals. The Esthetician was quiet and cordial and I was disappointed that she did not ask me about my skin type or any concerns I may have with my back. The table was extremely uncomfortable and there was no place to lay my head such as a massage table head cradle. I had to turn my neck to one side for a whole hour and I came home with a stiff neck. The Esthetician did not explain the steps of the back facial treatment, however she did continually upsell me on their "Image" skin care line stating it's "medical" and very good for me. I came to the spa to relax, I did not appreciate an Esthetician turned sales person continually trying to sell me their skincare products. The music that was playing was like a hip hop dance music, I would have preferred calming, soothing spa music again for that "spa experience." A few of the extractions were a bit painful and ultimately the entire experience was stressful and I couldn't wait to leave. I came to Tre MedSpa to decompress and I came out stressed. I will spend my hard earned money at a real Spa that actually gives you the "spa experience" and unfortunately Tre Medspa is not it.

There was no option anywhere in the booking system to apply a gift card as a payment method, and there was also no comments section to explain the situation. I assumed it wouldn't be an issue and that the payment could simply be adjusted on the day of the appointment. Two hours before my scheduled massage I was asked if I could reschedule. I was happy to accommodate and didn't mind the change. On the day of the appointment, my therapist was friendly. However, during my prenatal massage she provided a lot of unsolicited advice throughout the session, which made it difficult to fully relax at a time in pregnancy when relaxation is especially important. Still, I was willing to overlook that part of the experience. The real issue happened at checkout. I was told I could not use my gift card for the service because the appointment had been marked as "prepaid." When I explained that their online booking system doesn't provide any option to apply a gift card, there was no willingness to adjust the payment or offer any kind of accommodation. Situations like this raise concerns about poor booking systems, lack of customer flexibility, and business practices that ultimately leave customers stuck with gift cards they cannot use as expected. Customer service and long-term client relationships don't seem to be a priority here. Unfortunately, this experience ensured that I won't be returning and the gift card meant to bring in a new customer ended up doing the opposite.

I called the office, explained my situation and that I had my implants removed in 2015 and asked if it's possible to still have breast implant illness. Whoever I spoke to basically talked me in to a consultation with Dr. Soler and since he doesn't take insurance, the consult fee was $75. Everything I read on the website led me to believe that Dr. Soler is THE BII SPECIALIST and I figured it would be worth a shot to see if I could finally get some answers. I showed up 2 minutes past my appointment and had the office calling me to see where I was (parked out front of the office). I paid the consult fee and when Dr. Soler's assistant took me back to a room, she said "so you're here for a consult to remove your breast implants?".... Ummm noooo. I made it very clear on the phone before I scheduled the consult that they were removed in 2015 and confirmed this again when I checked in, before paying the consult fee. When it was all said and done, I got no help and am now out $75. And when you're living on social security, $75 is A LOT of money. Please be careful if you're interested in scheduling a consult for breast implant illness if your implants have already been removed. There was zero reason for them to schedule a consultation so the doctor could tell me that he couldn't do anything to help me rule out BII or in general!!!
