    My mom and I had a wonderful experience with MIke and Sonny trading in our 2006 Ferrari F430 Spider. Sonny had a wonderful client, Ron the owner, with a beautiful 2013 Red Bentley convertible and was able to affect an awesome deal for my mom to get her into her Red Bentley Continental Convertible dream car... We had a great experience. It was such a pleasure dealing with Sonny and MIke in the finance department and all of his crew...     I recently listed my Tesla on consignment with Desert Auto. Sonny and his team were phenomenal! Start to finish the transaction was seamless. The car sold in one week. I was able to get 10k more than Tesla was offering for trade in. I highly recommend Desert Auto!!

    There are 125,000 reasons why I didn't enjoy my visit, as that's the cost of the car that I want…read more It seats 7, apparently gets about 300 miles on a charge, and looks smaller than a Toyota Rav. Tesla is on the right track, we've got to create and use energy from renewable resources and I wish them all the best. It was a great visit, and, at the end of the day, Tesla does retain it's appeal. We were initially helped by Pat who took us through all the features in the model we were looking at. It didn't feel like you were being sold a car it felt like you were being educated (in a positive way) on the benefits and features of driving electric. I hadn't thought about driving electric until stepping into this Tesla Dealer and I feel as though I was fully educated on the ups and downs of driving electric. After viewing all the models we decided on a test drive. The store manager, Daniel, was the one who conducted our test drive. The drive was amazing, and left everyone in the car bewildered by how amazing the ride was. Overall, the shop was very nicely arranged, the staff communicated well, and most importantly they made us feel welcome. If you ever plan on buying a Tesla I highly suggest buying from this dealer.

People that made my experience here memorable and definitely earmed future visits.. Steve H. , Marcos, and Arlene.. Super friendly and honest.. (Service and Toyota Rent a Car) As I was waiting inside the lobby area many employee's took the time to say good morning and ask me how I was doing.. The store, showroom, and restrooms were clean.. I got a referral from Diana, the Service Manager, who has been steering me through the Dealership and making sure I am ALWAYS well taken care of for the last three years, to Anthony, the Fleet/Internet Sales Manager. He was terrific, professional and no nonsense. He didn't waste my time, didn't BS me, or insult my intelligence. I'm not sure what else he could have done to please me. At one point, the General Manager was gracious enough to come by, introduce himself, and offer additional assistance. This is not an experience I normally look forward to, but these three Professionals completely changed the dreaded New Car Buying Experience into a memorable one! There is no reason to look elsewhere. From the quality of the product to the full service they offer, everything you need is right there in a pleasant, safe, comfortable, and inviting atmosphere. Do yourself a favor and just go there!

So I have two classic cars, Porsche and a Ford F150 truck and a situation that suddenly came to my life with medical expenses due to a southern but treatable medical issue that prevented me from working and brought a lot of immense challenges to me and my family in a matter of months. Going from being a athletic healthy person to not being able to walk with constant hospitalizations and multiple misdiagnosis, etc. it's been a challenging year. Hence the reason why I needed to sell things and sell quick listed the cars online and the strong interest was another thing to deal with as I got hundreds of people messaging day and night with no one actually going through with the purchase as selling stuff isn't the easiest of things to do nowadays especially a classic car or two. Doing some research online I came across there's a private collection and decided to reach out to See if they would be interested in purchasing my cars after a quick conversation with a very proper and respectful representative by name of Dimitri, I was able to send some photos and videos along with information on my cars via text and in a matter of hours I got an offer to buy out both vehicles at once which I couldn't appreciate more given my situation. For those who have little experience with car sales, used cars and situation with trade-in value and dealership evaluations in these cases know that you get ripped off with crazy low offers for the car that you're trading in or selling in my case to a dealership. Besides all the other things and tricks that happen adding to the already not so good reputation of used car or car dealers in general. Dimitri and his way of working with a customer from answering that phone call to actually willing to hear the customer out and being able to relate while still doing a business transaction that is supposed to pay his bills and his employees paychecks in these challenging times for running a business in general should be an example to all other car, dealers and businesses in general as he gave me an offer for both cars that was straightforward and definitely satisfactory with great communication in the process every step of the way and quick less than 24 hour turn around between my initial phone call and his driver being on the way to LA to pick up the cars. YOU SHOULD OFFER MASTER CLASSES IN CAR SALES TEACHING HOW TO RUN A SUCCESSFUL CAR BUSINESS !!!! You have earned a customer for life that will definitely think of you and your company instantly when in need of buying or selling cars and certainly refer and recommend friends and family to do so as well and I wish you all the success in the future while enjoying playing with lots of beautiful, colorful, unique cars in the meantime.     Poor Management, Wasted Time…read more I drove an hour to this location after reserving a vehicle online. The website made everything simple -- that's where the good experience ended. When I arrived, I waited about 20 minutes past my appointment time. After sitting down with the salesperson, I learned the car I came for had open recalls and couldn't be sold -- something they texted me about 30 minutes before my arrival while I was already driving. No earlier call, no meaningful notice. I had already been there nearly an hour. Management offered a $300 shipping credit (only usable at that location), which wouldn't even cover the typical shipping cost. They refused to apply it elsewhere or cover full shipping despite the inconvenience. Gas reimbursement required a printed receipt from before leaving -- unrealistic. I decided to look only at cars physically on the lot. I clearly said no white cars and no compacts. I was repeatedly shown white cars and compacts. Eventually I purchased a different vehicle after another long wait. During the test drive, the tire pressure light came on. I was told it was handled before delivery -- it wasn't. The car was also handed over dirty (filthy rims) and missing the actual emergency key -- I was given a plastic cover instead. The salesperson was polite, but management failed at communication, preparation, and basic follow-through. I've bought from CarMax before with no issues. This location was a completely different experience. I won't return. Four hours in-store for this level of execution is unacceptable.
