Everything is legitimate and they truly just want you to get the car you want. I went in with my daughter and met Sunny and his wife, and they basically treated us like family. Helpful, giving, no pressure, just happy to help and make sure we were well taken care of. I didn't buy on day one...no pressure there. Came back the next day and I wanted to test drive...car was waiting and no problem to drive it. It was a pre-owned car so I asked if I could take it for a third party inspection...again, no problem there! Sunny was easy and great and just wanted me to be happy. And everything he said he would do in the deal for the price he did. No questions asked. No games. He loves cars and wants you to love your car. I wanted to finance the purchase and was concerned about getting the best rate and being treated well...I usually shop at car name dealerships, like Mercedes or BMW dealers, etc, so didn't know what to expect when it came to doing the actual financing/paperwork... But when it was time...I was so excited to see Mike there managing the finance department, who is a well known and trusted finance manager and car dealership manager in the Desert....who had processed other financing deals for me in the past, such as at Infiniti, etc. So, I was so happy to see him there and knew I'd get the best rate and no funny business. He is a 100% stand up guy with solid reputation and you are in the best hands letting Mike manage the financing and paperwork. So bottom line, if they've got the car you like, go in and test drive and enjoy! You'll be well taken care of and if you need anything or have any concerns about the car, just ask Sunny and he'll do whatever he can to answer your questions and help. This dealership hired a good photographer and graphic designer to create a decent website but in reality is a warehouse with cars parked everywhere on the street. Also, after further research, I found how corrupted these people could be, as they have had some issues with changing parts of cars before selling them. No wonder these cars have low mileage but HEY- are missing physical parts that, pictures cannot uncover. They cover up their junk. Now, besides the poor car conditions, the finance person Debbie who is retired and therefore tired, has no experience in the global economy and works with banks that are actually closing like "gateway". The cars are not owned by the owner, they are leased to the dealership to be financed to the buyer by the bank (middleman transaction). That is simple and Debbie thinks she can make decisions as to who to sell and who not to sell. She is just the middleman and a entry level finance high school student can do a better job than you. Oh but she is old and tired, of course does not care about business, is not hers anyway. She is the funniest looking and racist person you will ever meet AND she works for foreign people (Middle eastern LOL). Yeah, you can picture the rest. Worst experience ever, and Debbi, do not forget to seek for the specials on getting your nails done. A "lady" is not about how long your nails are but how you treat people. Every time they beat Carmax and gave us very fair offers, and broke down their pricing so everything was transparent. Abe is always the gentleman and I feel like a respected customer every time. On my last visit to sell my Mazda, I had an offer from Carvana that I felt was shockingly on the high end (every other written offer I had was at least $1k below it), and wanted to see if Trade In Solutions could match or beat it. Abe was very forthcoming about their pricing and actually encouraged me to follow up on the Carvana offer. His offer was higher than the others I had gotten from Carmax and others but unfortunately could not beat Carvana's. When I have compared the pricing Auto Desert offers for a used car with Carmax or online valuations, Trade-In Solutions always exceeds competitors and hits the top of the online valuation. They show you the CarFax and other pertinent data on how they arrive at the price. They send payment via Federal Express the next business day, and it arrives 1 business day after the date sent which you can track on FedEx. When I was trying to complete a sale at the end of a week, Jen at Trade-In Solutions called me to ensure I could get in at 4 pm on a Friday. They have always kept their word, and in dealing with auto sales, that is an enormously big deal. It was that time in my life to reward myself with something special. Im already blessed with an incredible wife and kids but now it was time to get something for me which was a Corvette. Not just any corvette but a convertible along with my favorite color...yellow! I looked long and hard as far north as LA as well as San Diego itself and still found nothing. I went to Carmax, and actually was impressed with how efficient they are. Very polite, very punctual. I had an appraisal and offer within 30 minutes of arrival. But the offer was low. After discovering Auto desert in palm desert on Yelp, I followed the advice from all these reviews and I can confirm the experience exceeded expectations. I emailed the appraisal to Abe (who is wonderful), and he said they would beat it. I drove to their location, valet parked for free. Was paid $600 more than the Carmax offer. Then sent home in a complimentary Uber. they take care of the DMV transfer, etc. Everyone in the small, quiet office was incredibly friendly and helpful. I recently purchased a 2006 Jeep Commander. I was not familiar with the dealership prior to purchasing, so I conducted research through the Internet. After researching the company, I went to their lot and surprisingly found a wide selection of quality vehicles at a fair to low price. In the end, we negotiated a fair price for the vehicle; although, I did ask that some minor repairs be made. They agreed. I just picked up the car after having both bumpers cosmetically repaired; as well as a door handle replaced. Interestingly, I asked my son to drop me off to pick up my Jeep; needless to say, he too was surprised to see that the Jeep was incredibly clean in and out; especially for the price I paid. It is so very refreshing to be treated with respect from men in the car business. Being a female , buying a used car is daunting and intimidating. We had a potential legal issue with the car I purchased. But due to Bob and Sammy both wanting to remedy the situation and keep a loyal customer they did the difficult thing and took the car back. Its been 2 years now and the 06 Saturn I purchased with 56000 miles has been great. Edon fixed the minor issues prior to purchase and my daughter loves the car. Great choice. I sold my mothers 2000 Cadillac 63000 miles to Edon last year and he gave me more than what the wholesale value was. Even though there was transmission issues, and leaking oil that he fixed, he said it was a good purchase as he sold it within 30 days. So I would say here is a young guy buying and selling domestic and imported cars, doing a great job and giving us the public an honest deal. I was the highest bidder for an immaculate car on eBay. Prior to bidding the car was described in detail with many photos. An inspection report (for an $11. charge by a third party vendor) gave me confidence. I won the bid on Tuesday, messaged and emailed Desert Auto the rest of the day about the sales contract and payment details. On Thursday morning I flew to the Palm Springs airport, taxied to Palm Desert, within an hour the paperwork was done and I was driving the car back to San Francisco. The entire transaction was very smooth and the owners were very professional, knew what they were doing, my treatment and their presentation of the car exceeded my expectations.
