    An Outstanding Car Buying Experience with Pablo Sosa and His Team! I had an amazing car buying experience with Pablo Sosa and his team--Gil in finance and Eddie, the sales manager. I found a great deal online for a Certified Pre-Owned Jeep Grand Cherokee. Within just a couple of hours of reaching out, Pablo and Eddie contacted me to confirm the vehicle was still available. I knew I wanted the car, and they were professional enough to begin preparing the paperwork right away. When I arrived at the dealership later that afternoon, the vehicle was clean and ready for a test drive. The financing paperwork was also ready to go, and the entire process took less than an hour--by far the fastest car-buying experience we've ever had. Gil, the finance manager, secured us an excellent rate and terms, along with a great deal on an extended warranty. Pablo did an exceptional job coordinating every part of the transaction. Everything went more smoothly than I could have imagined. The professionalism of the entire team exceeded all expectations.

    We want to provide some transparency regarding this dealership. Be prepared for long wait times and the likelihood of having your vehicle in their possession longer than you own it. You can expect to return often for services. For those considering buying a Dodge, brace yourself for a frustrating experience that will limit your enjoyment of the vehicle and time with your family. Unfortunately, this has been the worst dealership experience in all of Coachella Valley.

    They are a joke. They did an oil change the a week later my truck burst into flames in the high way. They were also the ones who fixed so we think it was fixed a factory defect of metal filings in the fuel tank and fuel lines. They took three months to fix and this may have had something to do why the fire we don't know. But they are a joke their customer service sucks. Their response to you is always i don't know. The manager is not here. When he is sitting right there saying I don't want to talk to them. Just the worst experience ever. Now I am trying to get back the money I paid for extended warranties. The truck was only 1.5 years old. It's now taken about two month to try to get some one to acknowledge me and the money they owe me. Still nothing.

I was looking in the local area and came upon a 2005 Toyota Highlander Limited that said "1 owner, low miles"...yeah right! I messaged the seller and got an almost immediate response. WOW #1! He (Tim) told me more about the car. When I told him that I wanted to make sure the car was as advertised he assured me that it was and then volunteered the only thing wrong with the car which was a temp control knob. My friend let me know that he had another car that he really liked but would make the drive to see this one. Long story short - he drove home that night with the Highlander and has been thanking me ever since. This was the simplest and most honest car buying experience I have ever known! The cars are just as represented and so is the Company. Thank you Tim! What a pleasure it is to have met you and I'll be back for my car!

Now the website is gone and his license was suspended for "whatever" reasons. Didn't purchased a car from him because there were many issues while doing a test drive and seems like he was hiding any flaws and problems with the car. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

    I Paid a lot of money for a piece of junk, ( partly my own fault for not getting it checked more…read moreclosely.....regardless the dealer obviously knew of all the issues it had), but i paid 7000$ up front only to realize 3 months later he had not done the proper paperwork...including title change. I was charged for having this done. I'm not used to buying used cars...so i stupidly assumed he was doing what he was supposed to. After chasing him around with phone calls and texts and being stressed about whether i even owned the car. Finally after a couple implied threats of legal action i was given directions to a agent where the paper work had been sent to. If you deal with this company make sure EVERYTHING is in order, because after he has your money he could care less. Very unfortunate for him as i would have happily given him a good reference and future customers......now..ABSOLUTELY NOT.....even an apology would have been o.k....

Golf cart was purchased as is but with a 30 day warranty. Ron and Berge promised that a mechanic had gone over everything and the golf cart was in excellent condition. A few days after purchasing we had a mechanical problem. Despite promises from both that they would come pick up our golf cart and have it fixed, nothing has happened and they are no longer responding to texts or phone calls. Absolutely do not recommend this company under any circumstances.

My husband decided to take the ride out to Indio to check out the car since it was over 100 miles away from us. (Yes, that's how much we liked the car lol) Long story very short, everyone we came in contact with was professional & respectful. They were not "pushy salesmen" like most people are used to at car dealerships. They made us feel welcomed instead of just a sale to them. Upon inspection of the car, we did notice something was broken. They acknowledged that they missed it & fixed the problem without any issues. When we got home, unfortunately there was another issue with the vehicle that we immediately brought to their attention. We had to drive back in for service on the initial broken part, so they looked at the new issue too. Everything was fixed according to the service dept. We got home & realized unfortunately the 2nd issue was not resolved. We called them & they set us up to be taken care of at a local repair center due to the distance from our house to the dealership (they did an exceptional job btw) All in all, even with a few hiccups - we couldn't be happier with their service & professionalism. Things happen & nothing is ever going to go perfectly smooth, that's life- but, wow. They made sure to make things right & went above & beyond to make sure we were taken care of, communicated with us & never left us wondering. **side note - the facility was clean, the restrooms were kept up & clean, they had waters, coffee & vending machines for you while you wait. Plenty of parking. We had our kids with us & to me, those are all huge pluses (especially the restrooms) Thank you! Joey & Horacio, thank you both for your help!

After even having an early morning appointment, they still stole my time and worse. Upon receiving my very new Yukon back, I noticed a small ding and fresh scratch on my right front fender. Unfortunately it wasn't until I got back home. It was as if their incompetent technician dropped a tool or wrench during my oil change. Not only will I never purchase a vehicle from these very shady and dishonest people again, but I will tell 20 more people! Own up to your short comings! Shame on your pathetic dealer.

So I have two classic cars, Porsche and a Ford F150 truck and a situation that suddenly came to my life with medical expenses due to a southern but treatable medical issue that prevented me from working and brought a lot of immense challenges to me and my family in a matter of months. Going from being a athletic healthy person to not being able to walk with constant hospitalizations and multiple misdiagnosis, etc. it's been a challenging year. Hence the reason why I needed to sell things and sell quick listed the cars online and the strong interest was another thing to deal with as I got hundreds of people messaging day and night with no one actually going through with the purchase as selling stuff isn't the easiest of things to do nowadays especially a classic car or two. Doing some research online I came across there's a private collection and decided to reach out to See if they would be interested in purchasing my cars after a quick conversation with a very proper and respectful representative by name of Dimitri, I was able to send some photos and videos along with information on my cars via text and in a matter of hours I got an offer to buy out both vehicles at once which I couldn't appreciate more given my situation. For those who have little experience with car sales, used cars and situation with trade-in value and dealership evaluations in these cases know that you get ripped off with crazy low offers for the car that you're trading in or selling in my case to a dealership. Besides all the other things and tricks that happen adding to the already not so good reputation of used car or car dealers in general. Dimitri and his way of working with a customer from answering that phone call to actually willing to hear the customer out and being able to relate while still doing a business transaction that is supposed to pay his bills and his employees paychecks in these challenging times for running a business in general should be an example to all other car, dealers and businesses in general as he gave me an offer for both cars that was straightforward and definitely satisfactory with great communication in the process every step of the way and quick less than 24 hour turn around between my initial phone call and his driver being on the way to LA to pick up the cars. YOU SHOULD OFFER MASTER CLASSES IN CAR SALES TEACHING HOW TO RUN A SUCCESSFUL CAR BUSINESS !!!! You have earned a customer for life that will definitely think of you and your company instantly when in need of buying or selling cars and certainly refer and recommend friends and family to do so as well and I wish you all the success in the future while enjoying playing with lots of beautiful, colorful, unique cars in the meantime. I got a referral from Diana, the Service Manager, who has been steering me through the Dealership and making sure I am ALWAYS well taken care of for the last three years, to Anthony, the Fleet/Internet Sales Manager. He was terrific, professional and no nonsense. He didn't waste my time, didn't BS me, or insult my intelligence. I'm not sure what else he could have done to please me. At one point, the General Manager was gracious enough to come by, introduce himself, and offer additional assistance. This is not an experience I normally look forward to, but these three Professionals completely changed the dreaded New Car Buying Experience into a memorable one! There is no reason to look elsewhere. From the quality of the product to the full service they offer, everything you need is right there in a pleasant, safe, comfortable, and inviting atmosphere. Do yourself a favor and just go there!
