My husband and I have also visited the dealership multiple times to request copies of service records and other paperwork related to the vehicle. Every time, there seems to be an excuse as to why the documents can't be printed, or we're told they will be emailed to us, yet they never are. Took My Rubicon in the get the serpentine belt replaced, to do that you have to take off the air intake and a few other parts. So while they were in there I ask them to change my radiator hose witch you have to take off all the same parts as the belt. Well they charged the same labor for the belt as they did for the hose even though they had all the parts removed already and they charged Me $114.00 for the hose. I pulled it up on mopar web site and it is a $44.98 part. so the labor for the serpentine belt was $314.00 and labor for the radiator hose was the same $314.00 to install 2 hose clamps and a new hose a little ridiculous I think You might want to try TECH - AGE AUTO THEY WORK ON ANY BRAND AND THEY ARE HONEST PEOPLE read more

Brought in our 2019 Dodge Ram 2500 for brakes, a thermostat issue, and electrical problems affecting our trailer running lights. We were always able to make an appointment, always talk to someone when we called and got updates on our vehicle via text from Adrian in the service department. While the work took about a week to complete, everything was FIXED and worked perfectly! Plus, it was under the estimate for the final cost. Mostly we really appreciated the great work from Adrian and the communication. They are a busy spot, convenient off of I-10 and even offered pick up and drop off when all of their loaner vehicles were in use. I want to give a huge thank you to the team here at i10 CDJP. I brought my jeep in due to an auxiliary battery issue after having it diagnosed with AAA. It's a 2020 JL and in the time I've owned it I haven't had a single battery issue, until now. I called the location around 5pm on a Friday to ask when would be the soonest I could get my vehicle in for service, and the person I spoke with advised me to bring it in first thing the following morning and they'd be able to help. I got there around 0930 to a line of vehicles in the service lane. There were about 6 cars ahead of me and they were explaining to another customer they were short staffed so the mechanics were taking a little longer than usual (1 hour per vehicle). I was immediately greeted and offered assistance upon my arrival. Mario took my info, asked what was going on and went out to check on my poor jeep. He had the paperwork and a soft diagnosis ready within MINUTES! He advised me what the likely outcome would be so I wasn't too surprised by the recommendation or the pricing, and was very kind and helpful. He called me about an hour later letting me know what the next steps would be, explaining the battery they needed was at a sister location but they were sending someone to pick it up. I knew they closed earlier on the weekends so I let him know I didn't need to pick it up same day but he insisted it would be ready before 1600 and he was right! I got my car back within 4 hours from the time I dropped it off and it was in great working condition. The issue was resolved AND they performed a system update that was causing some other issues, resolving every concern I had. The turn around time was quick, the service was great and it didn't cost me a kidney (which is pretty phenomenal too). Huge shoutout to Mario, thank you for all your help. For Sales: This is a typical bait and switch dealership. They tell you to read the small print and if you have, they feel entitled to make you think you didn't. Online pricing give a final price but it's different than "their" numbers. Even if you understand final online prices don't include taxes, licenses, and fees, they resort to the MSRP sticker price when their final price is different and try to say "it's the small print". No one answers the phone,if they do they promise to call back, which they don't or place you on hold(20minutes). Even the manager would not return a call. Promises of an estimate to be sent via text in 20 minutes ,2 1/2 hrs, then 12 hours never came. They were also the ones who fixed so we think it was fixed a factory defect of metal filings in the fuel tank and fuel lines. They took three months to fix and this may have had something to do why the fire we don't know. But they are a joke their customer service sucks. Their response to you is always i don't know. I've been having Dodge Ram for about six years now. the service department always has a run around about not being able to get to my vehicle for about a week or so, which is just to look at it and diagnose it. I just can't believe how horrible this is and how much of an Inconvenience it is to Not even have loaners. People have hardships As it is, let alone to have to be down a vehicle. not everyone can afford to rent a car and pay out of pocket. My truck needs a new alternator and it's 2024. I need my truck back to be able to continue to make my living and pay my bills by using my truck for work. There has to be a better way to manage this service department and make everyone a priority and not just ones with the big issues. What ticks me off even more is that I had to drop it off and for them to tell me they won't even get a chance to look at it for a minimum of one week is just ridiculous. I couldn't even just take my truck and then drop it off on the day they would diagnose it. As much as I absolutely love my Ram truck, I want out of it. The sales department also mentioned they would reach out to me when I was via text messaging them and said they would call me three different times regarding to help me get out of my current lease I'm in and not once of those three times did they call me. I'm still waiting did my truck back and already looking at Chevy or Toyota to replace my Ram. It saddens me how much I love my truck, but pay upsets me more to hand have to deal with this tor type of service department, which is what will lead me to go to another company/dealer. read more

Completely frustrated with these guys. Bad diagnosis, bad advice, bad customer service and stupid service procedure. Here's the long. Took my mom's car in for 100k mile service. We scheduled the car and when we dropped it off to have the work done, we found out that it was only for the diagnostic. What? No, do the service, and while you're doing the service, diagnose problems and tell us how much to fix them. NOPE. now that we have it diagnosed we have to schedule a second apt. To have the work done. One of the FACTORY recommended actions at 100k miles is to have the transmission flushed. Tony told us we didn't need to do this. So said I wanted it done anyway. When my mother went to drop it off, Tony went behind my back and talked her out of doing the transmission service. 3 months later the transmission blows up. They want $9000 to replace it. So we take it to the transmission shop THAT TONY RECOMMENDED. Thru told us that there was a ton of sludge in the transmission that should have had the 100k mile service flush. I left 3 messages with the service manager and never got a call back. One of the things they diagnosed was a "clunking " sound in the suspension. We were told we needed to replace the control arms. Do we did that to the tune of $900. But the clunk didn't go away. So they (Tony ) said it's the motor mounts ($1200)But of course by this time we had the car back and would have to schedule another apt. So we waited. Then when the transmission went bad and we had it rebuilt at Tony's shop, we had them replace all the motor mounts for an additional $400. Guess what? Ya, still have the clunk. read more

The only way I can see this business getting 5 stars if if the employees are making phony yelp accounts or if their family is doing it. The dealership is not the greatest and their service department has to be the worst in the valley, if not the worst in the country. When you turn in your vehicle, the service advisor will give you their business card with a mobile number, desk number and email. You may as well throw it in the trash because they won't answer any of them. When you turn in your vehicle, they will fix that issue, but break something else. My jeep had a slight leak. After I turned it in, there was a puddle in my garage. It stayed like this because the service advisor would not return calls or emails. I had to finally put his boss on the email before something happened. Then it still took them a week to fix their mistake. We ended up trading our jeep in 6 months early to a different dealership just to never have to deal with this dealership again. Then to top it off, when I got the survey to see how they did, I explained everything that happened. At the end I was asked if I wanted a call back from the dealership, which I said yes to. What a surprise, no call back. I guess the service advisors learn from their bosses not to answer calls. It's because they know what a crap product they're putting out. 2018 Jeep Wrangler. My wife and I are going on a cross-country trip next week. My Jeep's engine light came on a few days ago. I immediately took the Jeep to I-10 Jeep service department. The service rep came out with his reader but wasn't able to read the fault code. He said the pins in my receptacle were loose. He then went on to tell me that I would need to leave the Jeep, and the wouldn't get to look at it until sometime next week. He appeared very uncaring and unsympathetic to the fact that we are leaving next week. How could it take a dealership over a week just to figure out how to read the codes for my engine light, much less any needed repairs? The two things that really disappointed me with the dealership was the uncaring attitude of the service rep, and the fact that they need so much time just to event look at my car. Fortunately, I was able to find an independent mechanic that was able to read my engine codes and get me on the road in less than an hour. read more

We pay a lot of money for our cars and I have NO TRUST WITH I-10 JEEP SERVICE DEPARTMENT!! I just picked up my Jeep last Friday, 9/20/24, after they had it since the 12th! All we wanted was them to take a look at my vehicle to diagnose the issue because out insurance would not give us the rental car until then. They refused to just look at it so we could get a rental because others were there first. We completely understand they have to service people with appointments and then as they come in. I have been sick all this year with appointments out of town. I could not reschedule those as the next availabilities were 1-2 months out. I explained this to the "Manager Ana" (come to find out she was not the manager), but she just coldly explained that they couldn't even look at it as if she was on a repeated recording of what to say. I had to find out how to get to and from work, have others rearrange their schedules to take me out of town to see a doctor I desperately need to see and to feel the place I put my trust in to buy a reliable vehicle and to service it in a timely manner screwed me over! They had such a utter disregard and no customer service to take my particular case and see if they can at least look at the car so we could get a rental until they could order the part and fix it! On top of that I drive to work today and go to clean the windshield and the fluid is not spraying out of the nozzles on the hood but out of the corner of the hood on the drivers side that barley sprinkles the windshield. I ask, did they even rotate my tires? Did they service my vehicle now? Was the oil changed? I have no idea and to have that in the back of my mind is very unsettling. To top it off my phone charger that was in my car when I took it in is gone, so someone at Jeep took my charger out of my car and either did not return it or stole it (and if that is gone what else is that I do not notice yet). The first experience with the service department it has been awful from the sales point letting me know I have 4 free services in the first year. I was planning on taking it in every 3 months for the tire rotation and a service to get my 4 free. I had it services ONCE because it was not time for it to be serviced. I took the truck here and they told me that for TWO WEEKS they wouldn't be able to see the truck. I've got horses in a trailer and it's an emergency and they wont even look at the truck. AVOID AVOID AVOID I unfortunately had the worst experience of my adult life purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Buckle up and keep reading if you want my honest review. I live in a very remote town so I went to the website to start searching for my new vehicle once I decided I was ready to upgrade. Being active duty military navy federal credit union offers a trucar buying option. To my surprise I found exactly what I was looking for in my price range at this dealership. So I set aside my Saturday to make the 2hr drive. Upon my arrival I told them exactly what I was looking for and gave them the ID number that was advertised online. I was told it was on a different lot we would have to take a short drive. I was like ok no problem when Norma(sales woman) and I were walking to the back to get in a vehicle I spotted the vehicle I was looking for. We and I say we because I feel she was just as much blinded in this process as I was. Norma was the only person who tried to help me. We went back inside to find the keys and status of vehicle. Was told it was in detail and we could complete paperwork that day 11 March and it would be detailed and fueled ready to go Sunday or Monday. That seemed legit so as we are doing paperwork was then told the keys were in one of the employees pockets and he was already off for the day. They would get them however and be ready to pick up Monday. Completed all contract paperwork and drove back home to clean out my vehicle and prepare for the pick up in 2 days. On Monday I was told it was in fact NOT in detail and had never been inspected and there were minor issues that needed to be fixed. I thought strike one you've lied to me once but, hey I'm learning patience. When will it be ready now Wednesday I was told. Didn't hear from them on Wednesday and on Thursday I was told it would be Monday they were waiting on tires that were on back order. Okay sweet at least I know the tires will be new. Fast forward to Monday NOPE still not ready for pick up but hey don't worry we are gonna get you some oil changes for the inconvenience ok that saves over time. Finally on March 22 TWO weeks past promise delivery date. I was told I could pick up but, would have to come back to service for a few small add ons. They would contact me when it arrived at the shop. Ok no big deal again free maintenance and it is nothing major. I have texted each week or every other week asking for an update on the parts. It is now MAY 2nd and I'm still being told no update. I'm frustrated with myself for practicing patience and not just walking away after the second delay in delivery. I felt trapped since the contract had already been signed. They haven't completed not one thing they promised still awaiting parts, no oil changes no nothing for the inconvenience they got there money and moved on the robbing the next gullible customer. If you don't mind being jerked around and lied to then this is the place for you. However, if you would like reliable and honest dealership I would look beyond I-10 Chrysler Dodge jeep ram dealership! I recently bought my 2010 Jeep Liberty to this dealership for service. I am 76 years old and did work in a gas station while in high school so have some mechanical knowledge but today's cars with all the electronics and emissions controls are a mystery to me. I had two warning lights come on: "check engine" and "ABS" (automatic braking system). I was told the cost to diagnose these two issues would be $165 each, but would be credited against the cost of repair if I chose to have them do the repairs. I have since learned that their "diagnosing" amounted to attaching a code reader to a receptacle under the dash and reading the results, a process taking less than 5 minutes. (I have since purchased a reader on Amazon for $35 and have used it several times myself on the Jeep and a VW I own.) Of course, the codes may not define the specific problem and further steps may need to be taken. But, in this case, as will be explained below, no additional steps were taken by the dealer. You only have to perform this test once and all codes will appear. Charging $165 is outrageous on its own, but charging $330 for 5 minutes work probably constitutes an unfair business practice. It also is a SCAM to get you to have them do the work to get your credit applied. I was called and told the ABS issue was a faulty sensor on the left front wheel, and quoted $485 for the repair, and that they would have to order the part (sensor). (NAPA and other auto parts stores have this common item in stock.) Since this ABS issue is a safety concern I authorized them to do the work without getting other quotes, and knowing I'd pay $165 anyway. After a whole week went by they called and said the part had been installed but the problem persisted because the wheel bearing was bad, requiring a replacement of the hub for an additional $800. When installing the sensor, the mechanic observed there was "play" in the wheel hub. They obviously did not check for this when doing their $165 diagnosis. This was especially disconcerting because in a previous service 3 months earlier we had told them we had a loud humming noise and suspected a bad bearing. They charged us for road testing and said it was "tire on road noise." Fortunately it did not completely fail in the interim. At this point I decided to get other quotes. Cam Stone Auto Repair quoted $450 to replace the hub, which was in stock at NAPA, and guess what, included a new sensor. I told the dealership not to do any additional work and requested they return the old sensor, which, it turns out, was fine. The "check engine" light was due to a leaky purge solenoid and faulty ESIM switch and the dealer quoted $835 for repair. Since this was not an immediate safety issue, I did not authorize them to do the repair. I also got a quote from Cam Stone for $425 for this repair. Cam Stone did both the hub replacement and purge valve repair in one day. The dealer charged me $649.69 for the sensor replacement and check engine diagnosis, WHICH FIXED NOTHING. If I had them replace the hub it would have cost me $1450 to do a repair that Cam Stone did for $450. They did not admit their misdiagnosis of the problem or offer any credit for their totally unnecessary replacement of the sensor. And they kept my car for a week. There were several other miscellaneous items that I got quotes from both the dealer and Cam Stone. The dealer quotes were consistently 100% higher. Yes, the dealer has a nice waiting room with a TV and chilled bottle water, but that doesn't justify their ripping off anyone, including seniors on fixed incomes. read more

Myself and my 9-month pregnant wife went to return our leased vehicle and had the horrible misfortune of dealing with the sales manager, Armin Badzak. Armin was rude, hostile and irritable. This review is for the sales & finance department NOT the service department. I bought a used Jeep yesterday. 3 years old with only 26K miles - a gem for sure! The original warranty had expired. I wanted an extended warranty and we agreed on something close to $5K for 4 years 48,000 miles for Premier protection which I understood to be bumper to bumper. Paperwork was signed digitally on this large desktop screen and all the warranty protection was broken up into different segments, so I did not add them all up at the time. There was literally no paperwork and who reads the fine print?. They gave me a great finance rate and bottom line and monthly payments were OK. HOWEVER when I got home I printed out the paperwork and noticed that my $5K warranty was actually $8K when I added them all up. I called the Finance Manager and he said he would remove the unwanted charges. Which were...Replacement Keys $1,140. Tires and Wheels $1,367, Windshield (only a fill mind you- not complete replacement) $1,165. I am SO disappointed and disgusted. If I had not taken the time to look at the fine print I would have been overcharged for things I did not want at very unreasonable prices. BEWARE... if you are going to buy a vehicle here make sure they give you a printed copy of the whole offer before you get to signing stage. And be patient, the buying process takes hours... part of the ploy I expect. read more

During my stay in hot Palm Springs I was surprised by a radiator failure in my car, I-10 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Service was packed with backup cars when I called them with an issue. Martin has inspected the vehicle on the spot and was able to tell me what the problem was. He was direct and on point with a high manner. Thereafter, I was informed about repair/replacement progress on daily basis, which was crucial since I needed the car to return to San Francisco.
