I honestly can't say enough good things about this dealership…read more I have purchased over 100 vehicles in my lifetime in business. And I've never had such a wonderful group of guys work with me like the folks at Mike Thompson RV did. From the first moment we walked on their lot until the time we drove away in our new motor home, it was ALL good! Clint is a low pressure salesman who let us wander through the lot without pressure. Super nice fella as well! When we found the one we wanted, Chris and Anthony worked extremely hard to get a great price and extraordinarily good financing package for us as well. Josh was perfect at adapting the RV to our liking and was patient with us as we asked questions during the walk through. David was so kind to help Colton get the motor home out of the lot and give some driving instructions. I highly recommend Mike Thompson RV in Cathedral City especially these 5 guys! We bought our first motorhome at another dealership that had many locations and is extremely well-known. They weren't near as helpful as the guys at Mike's place were. We love the new motorhome and we will give them all of our future business as well as recommend them to everyone we know in the market for an RV. Thanks again guys, y'all are the best in the west!

They treated us like we had bought the most expensive rig on their lot, when in fact it was probably the smallest. They were helpful, patient and caring through the entire process. The quality of the build, smart and thoughtful design and the corresponding retention of value resulted in our scheduling a trip to the nearest Lance dealer, Galaxy Campers in Ontario. We had heard great things about David, the owner and Miguel, the sales manager. From an initial phone call to David and two subsequent visits where we met David and Miguel we experienced friendly, professional assistance without any pushiness. We ended up placing an offer to buy a new 2024 1875 model at an outstanding price. We negotiated some upgrades, an extra solar panel, two 300 amp hr lithium batteries and an E2 weight distribution anti sway hitch. They were able to complete the upgrades and we closed the sale today. Miguel went over every aspect of the trailer's design, controls having us interact to see firsthand how the controls and options worked. Thorough not rushed and addressing all our rookie questions. David dialed in the rear view camera and corresponding monitor so we had a perfect rear view as well as explaining all the steps in hitching and unhitching the trailer. Again I participated instead of just watching the steps involved. It's the little things replacing a tiny cotter pin with a larger one for ease of use, Paper work was efficient, both David and Miguel made sure I had their cell numbers for any later questions. Great product, great service and value and supporting a second generation family business just puts the icing on the cake. Our first trip, back to Oceanside, went flawlessly. David answered a call from us when we questioned the battery disconnect off setting after arriving home. Great people to work with!

They were willing to negotiate, patient when I picked it up and took time to explain all the systems to me. In addition, they gave me the peace of mind knowing they'd help if I had any troubles (which I did not). When I was ready to move on to another camper, they took my used camper on consignment and sold it in weeks. This is a locally owned, zero hassle shop. I highly recommend this team.

Our expectations were (and always should be) weary on such a large purchase and dealerships often have a way of leaving a bad taste in your mouth. After dealing with Chloe and Will, I can say I recommend doing business with them. I was pretty straight to the point about my expectations and they were able to make it happen with very little headache. Extended service contract offers and add-Ons are going to be a sell, no matter where you go, but we found a solution that worked for us through our deal and in the end, we have the RV we always dreamed of owning. Will, ensured that the additional items that were negotiated in the deal were delivered to my house as promised. Chloe was very responsive throughout the process and would always call or text back quickly. Each visit was pleasant and when someone didn't know the answer they were honest and didn't BS. They made effort to fix minor details we had issues with. Overall, a good experience and I would recommend.

The whole office was very attentive while we made our purchase in December 2025. We bought a brand new 2026 class A motorhome. We ended up adding the extended warranty, which we immediately regretted, we have had so much trouble getting that to show up in our account. It was a stupid overpriced purchase, but we did it, and took the hit. Mike in finance said not to worry, he would be there to help us out with anything. The morning we picked up the motorhome with its "red carpet" walk-through event, the guy going over the motorhome had just started that morning, he knew nothing about our rig. We asked questions about the wineguard router, which was a big selling point, he said it wasn't necessary to use that- just use your phone as a hotspot... he didn't know if we had hydraulic levels or not. He didn't know if there was a dashcam. He didn't look these things up, just told us we will figure it out We took a long trip for the holidays and were making a list of questions for them. Luckily, on the one month anniversary of our purchase, Mike from finance called and asked how it was going. We thanked him for his call and started with our list of questions. He said he would have someone from service call us with the answers. We never heard from him again. We already had a service appointment for mid February. So we brought the rig with our list. Casey went through the whole list with us, he seemed to understand what we were asking. He said to leave it there, it may take a week or two. We had completely cleaned it before dropping it off, including emptying the black tank and the gray tank. We made sure the tanks were empty and flushed. This was important to us. Casey called the next day to clarify some things. After 4 weeks, we called Casey to see how things were going. We were told Casey was no longer with the company, so the service manager would callus. Nobody was working on it that entire month. We had to go through the whole list again and it was clear not much would be happening. We picked it up another 2 weeks later, everything was half ass and cheat. But we wanted to get our rig out of there. So we picked it up mid March and took it to our storage place and parked it. Now 2 months later we picked it up from storage to go on trip. We noticed the black tank shows 2/3 full. They must have been using it as an outhouse the whole six weeks it was there. Now their shit has been sitting in it for 2 months, exactly what we were avoiding. We didn't think to check when we picked it up. WTF! So I called the General Manager, he made sure to introduce himself when we were buying the RV. Now he send the call to voicemail and doesn't return the call. I called Michael in Finance, guess what?! He is no longer with the company! So not only is it a caca company, they Literally piled pounds of their caca into our RV and left it for us to deal with. They show no respect for their customers once the sale is complete. Do Not Buy Here. They'll caca all over you. Grab your wallet and RUN away. I hope this helps somebody. -Laura

She got there and he told her it wasn't there but it was available still, but at a festival. I took my wife to the festival and they actually let us see it but said it had a deposit on it currently , but if that fell through I would have first right to it. That was Saturday 5/30. Rudy let my wife know on Monday it fell through and Rich actually told me it fell through as well. We had two salesmen confirm it was available. I took off work to go buy it, half way there I get a call saying it was sold. The amazing thing is that it went from $39,900 Saturday to $44,999 on Monday. No wonder they backed out of selling to me. Worst way to run an organization is by lying to customers. I would suggest you stay as far away from the Beaumont RV dealer group as possible. They have no problem lying and obviously are not ethical. They already took down the new price of $44,999!! What a joke of an organization.

I found one at the RV Supercenter in Menifee, and Craig, the person who showed me the RVs, was very patient and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions, and I ended up finding the travel trailer I had been looking for and absolutely loved the floor plan. The customer service was great from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Since this is my first travel trailer, they took the time to show me how everything worked. During the orientation, they walked me through all of the features and made sure I felt comfortable and confident before taking ownership. Veronica, the finance manager, was awesome, and Jeff, who ran the numbers for me, was also fantastic. The people in the parts department were friendly, knowledgeable, and very welcoming as well. I think it helped that I already knew what I was looking for, what I wanted, and what I did not want. Once I saw the trailer with the floor plan I loved, I knew it was the one.
