Had my Van stored at an RV Park nearby where he had permission to work on the van. They called me a few days later and asked me to pay by Western Union....They would not accept Any credit cards, even though they are clearly advertised on their truck. Would also not accept a personal check. I brought a cashiers check with the name of the business printed on the check.....He refused that also.....only wanted cash. He moved my van to Smitties RV repair shop.....basically a junk yard. Would not bring my van back to the RV a park without a cash Payment. Did not save the parts as requested. I had to call the police to escort me in to retrieve my van. After many words were exchanged I left the property and completely broke down 20 miles away.....they never fixed anything. Will be sending them a bill for my repairs.....Court is in our future. Their lisc on their truck is also not legit and neither is his name on the business......Beware...

We were having trouble with our air conditioning and definitely needed some help, as the temps were in the 90"s that week. I walked over and talked to the owner, who let me know they were super busy, but he could probably come over the next day to check it out. As promised, Freddy and his team called the next day to let me know they were coming, diagnosed the issue, and said he'd order the necessary parts to get it fixed. He called once the parts came in and set up a time to install the next day. He arrived, on time, installed the new parts, showed me the failed old parts, tested the units and let me know what to do if I had any issues with the A/C from that point on. During the entire contact Freddy and his group were friendly, on time and extremely helpful. Love that it's a family business, and appreciate that he's a proud vet. Great people, great service. Highly recommended.

I find their specialties and deep knowledge are diesel engines and chassis related systems, not the house part of RVs. Over several years, I have called Ron & Shawn 6 times for problems with dash AC, check engine light, DEF and diesel exhaust, hydraulic leaks, hydraulic leveling jack, engine overheating, and engine oil leak. TT&RV has also performed mobile fluid and filters changes on the Cummins engine and generator. My total cost has added up to over $15K for all the parts and labor. However, motorhome parts are not cheap. All the problems were fixed and all the services were performed by TT&RV to my satisfaction.

The owner and his son almost died recently in a head on crash and are putting all the pieces of themselves / and the business back together again. I really admire their strength and resolve through so much pain and difficulties. There are some bad reviews because of this time period and I wanted to get on here and say... don't let the negative comments keep you away. The owner is back and things are flowing smoothly again under his management. His family has been helping him out and just doing their best while he was healing. I have to say if you're a little new at this whole rv thing, these are the guys you want to talk to. they have the best prices, customer service and are willing to work with you for whatever your needs are, VERY knowledgeable of their produt., which we feel is unique to the so many other dearlerships and sales personnel we spoke with over the last 3 yrs we've spend searching for the right fit for our family. There was no high pressure unlike that in our immediate area. We drove over 2 hours to meet these guys and see what units they had to offer. it was well worth the drive/time spent to take on this very carefully thought out purchase for our family. I was looking for a Forest River Sandstorm RV and drove from Arizona to Salt Lake City only to be disappointed by a salesman who lied about the unit he had. I found Jeremy Carlton through a facebook ad who had the same unit at Pink Flamingo RV in Indio. I called him and he had a better price and was honest about everything. I drove there today and picked it up and could not be happier. The price was the lowest I could find in any nearby state, the transaction was seemless and was the quickest sale ever. They did a great job explaining everything about the unit. The unit was delivered clean and everything worked. I highly recommend calling Jeremy for any of your RV needs. Their website had detailed information on all of their coaches, trailers, and fifth wheels, which made it easy to narrow down what we were looking for. I had a few follow-up questions about a fifth wheel, and they responded right away. When we went to see it in person, Juan walked us through every detail of the fifth wheel. He was incredibly knowledgeable and explained where everything was and how it worked. I was honestly a little overwhelmed--this 39-foot, 2022 Raptor was much bigger and fancier than anything I'd ever owned (my previous RV was a well-loved but aging 2004 Bounder!). We made an offer, signed the paperwork, and waited about a week for everything to be ready. During that time, we had Riverside Hitch install the new B&W hitch we needed for towing. They did an excellent job and offered the best price we found. When we returned for delivery, the Raptor was washed, hooked up, and ready for our final walkthrough. The loan documents were prepared and the financing process was incredibly fast. We even received a better interest rate and lower payments than we expected. We had looked at after market warrantees but the company they offered was a better price and way better coverage. We were in and out in about an hour, which was a blessing since we had driven from Colton and had to tow this beast home for the very first time! I pray for KARV's continued success. They truly earned our business, and I've already recommended them to three friends and family members who are looking for newer RVs. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again!

Then there is Josh the blatant liar who lied to me in text when I was confirming that the due bill work had been completed and our RV was ready for delivery. He was even stupid enough to send me a picture of work that had not been done, while telling me it was actually done. Mind you, we were CASH PAYING CUSTOMERS. We had to beg for wiring information, Chris and Anthony downright ignored my requests for Extended warranty information. Josh flat out lied, both verbally and in writing. Our new RV was scratched when it was taken out for fuel. It was delivered with a chip and crack in the windshield and an aqua hot system that required over $2k in repairs just days after we took delivery. These people are liars, they are dismissive, demeaning, and disrespectful. If you are wise, you will run like hell from this Mike Thompson's RV because if they allow just one location to be this dishonest and deceitful, I am sure they will allow it at all of their locations.

I went over and approached the owner, who was super friendly and told us, though they were super busy, they would try to fit us in the following day. He and his crew came by the next day, quickly fixed both our A/C units, made sure everything was running properly and let me know both why the units weren't working and what to look for if this fix didn't last - much appreciated. And shock of all shocks, Fred called two days after the repair to make sure everything was still working properly. What repair guy ever does that? I couldn't be more impressed. Great people.
