Our very first brand new trailer! Can't wait to make many beautiful memories with my little family!

We just got our very first trailer and the customer service here is FANTASTIC! It is a family owned company. Jeremy and Justin and the whole crew were awesome from the time we walked in until the day we walked out with our trailer. They guided us to the perfect trailer for my family. I couldn't ask for a better experience for us being first time buyers. If anyone is interested in buying a trailer or RV, please go check this place out. I 100% recommend it!

My husband and I have been shopping for a trailer for a while (we both had a laundry list of what we wanted and what we were comfortable spending). I happened to come across Pink Flamingo RV and they had trailers we were interested in. Justin was super responsive and answered ALL my questions before we even came to their location. Once we got there, we learned that it was a family business and that everyone was just as nice and helpful. The entire experience was amazing and we never felt pressured to buy anything or make a rush decision. I would 100% recommend Pink Flamingo RV to anyone wanting to purchase and enjoy their next adventure!

Tim is now a master at camping. He set up our propane fire pit, our Bluetooth speakers under our electric awning.

Rave reviews for Pink Flamingo RV in Indio off Indio Blvd and 111. We've been shopping for a trailer for 3 years and thought there was no way we could afford it until we entered the lot and was told about their Internet deals. Wow! We got a 22', Forest River, Cherokee Grey Wolf toy hauler that's completely self sustainable. It has solar to recharge the two batteries, dual propane tanks to run everything and 40 gallons water tank. This is a tiny home and a bucket list checked. We are locals and still working for a few more years so we will be camping around our valley and up the hill, as they say in Idywilld. There is so much beauty right in our backyard! Lake Cahuilla was our first camp and we were told by Justin, the owner, to try it out close to home and come tell us what we can do to make your experience better. They fix and repair right there onsite thanks to Anthony who is awesome! Jeremy was patient, knowledgeable and not pushy or hovering. He let us alone to discuss which trailer to buy and walked us through each step. I highly recommend Pink Flamingo RV in Indio and the guys who run it as a family and treat you as such. Go Rving! Really nice to find a local RV Dealer large enough to have inventory but small enough to get the personal service we are all looking for. The sales staff, all helped us out! George was amazing and took the lead, Jeremy and Justin helped when he was out or unavailable. David in finance did a quick job and found the best rates and did nto hard sell and the adders to bad. Definitely a team approach. All in all an Amazing experience. We will be servicing there as well and based on the delivery walk through Anthony will be a great resource for repairs if required.

If I could leave a higher rating, I would. We bought a new TT, from George in November who showed us quite a few options but never hurried us into making a decision or pressured us in any way. Jason expedited all the paperwork as we wanted to show it to the family on Thanksgiving, the next day. The unit we bought needed some minor follow up work done to it, they all do, and between Fernanda, Anthony and Alphonso, all the work was completed very professionally. We have recommended Pink Flaming to several people already and will continue to do so as the experience couldn't have been better

    And a new hat

Super awesome laid back dealership Justin is the manager and he is super personable and easy going and that's how I get sold on something, they are super responsive, I had a couple questions I needed answered they called me right away and addressed my concerns I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Picking up our 2023 Forest River 25FKBS from Pink Flamingo RV!

The whole office was very attentive while we made our purchase in December 2025. We bought a brand new 2026 class A motorhome. We ended up adding the extended warranty, which we immediately regretted, we have had so much trouble getting that to show up in our account. It was a stupid overpriced purchase, but we did it, and took the hit. Mike in finance said not to worry, he would be there to help us out with anything. The morning we picked up the motorhome with its "red carpet" walk-through event, the guy going over the motorhome had just started that morning, he knew nothing about our rig. We asked questions about the wineguard router, which was a big selling point, he said it wasn't necessary to use that- just use your phone as a hotspot... he didn't know if we had hydraulic levels or not. He didn't know if there was a dashcam. He didn't look these things up, just told us we will figure it out We took a long trip for the holidays and were making a list of questions for them. Luckily, on the one month anniversary of our purchase, Mike from finance called and asked how it was going. We thanked him for his call and started with our list of questions. He said he would have someone from service call us with the answers. We never heard from him again. We already had a service appointment for mid February. So we brought the rig with our list. Casey went through the whole list with us, he seemed to understand what we were asking. He said to leave it there, it may take a week or two. We had completely cleaned it before dropping it off, including emptying the black tank and the gray tank. We made sure the tanks were empty and flushed. This was important to us. Casey called the next day to clarify some things. After 4 weeks, we called Casey to see how things were going. We were told Casey was no longer with the company, so the service manager would callus. Nobody was working on it that entire month. We had to go through the whole list again and it was clear not much would be happening. We picked it up another 2 weeks later, everything was half ass and cheat. But we wanted to get our rig out of there. So we picked it up mid March and took it to our storage place and parked it. Now 2 months later we picked it up from storage to go on trip. We noticed the black tank shows 2/3 full. They must have been using it as an outhouse the whole six weeks it was there. Now their shit has been sitting in it for 2 months, exactly what we were avoiding. We didn't think to check when we picked it up. WTF! So I called the General Manager, he made sure to introduce himself when we were buying the RV. Now he send the call to voicemail and doesn't return the call. I called Michael in Finance, guess what?! He is no longer with the company! So not only is it a caca company, they Literally piled pounds of their caca into our RV and left it for us to deal with. They show no respect for their customers once the sale is complete. Do Not Buy Here. They'll caca all over you. Grab your wallet and RUN away. I hope this helps somebody. -Laura

Our expectations were (and always should be) weary on such a large purchase and dealerships often have a way of leaving a bad taste in your mouth. After dealing with Chloe and Will, I can say I recommend doing business with them. I was pretty straight to the point about my expectations and they were able to make it happen with very little headache. Extended service contract offers and add-Ons are going to be a sell, no matter where you go, but we found a solution that worked for us through our deal and in the end, we have the RV we always dreamed of owning. Will, ensured that the additional items that were negotiated in the deal were delivered to my house as promised. Chloe was very responsive throughout the process and would always call or text back quickly. Each visit was pleasant and when someone didn't know the answer they were honest and didn't BS. They made effort to fix minor details we had issues with. Overall, a good experience and I would recommend.

I dropped it off on Tuesday and didn't get much communication. Called to get a status and I had to talk to a machine because this dealership won't even spring for a receptionist. I'm giving four stars because after the conversation, the communication dramatically improved and I picked my vehicle up the next day. I'm not sure I can pin the delays on the service writer because I know vehicles can get stuck in never never land in the shop. Jesse finished the race properly and I commend him for that. He doesn't have an easy job. I definitely recommend getting rid of the AI receptionist. I definitely recommend having a small loaner fleet for the customers that drive your 60+ thousand dollar vehicles. It's not like GMC is not compensating the dealership for loaners. Nobody wants to drive to a rental car company in an Uber and fill out a bunch of paperwork for an overnight loaner. It might be convenient for the dealership, but it's not convenient for the customer. I definitely recommend getting some type of auto update texting app that other dealerships have, that makes you aware of the repair process at each stage. I do not recommend making customers bringing brand new vehicles in for warranty work sign an estimated cost of repairs. It made me uncomfortable, and I can't be the only one. I recommend that you don't offer people discounts on the GMC app when they schedule their appointments, and then make them fill out a bunch of paperwork to receive these discounts via a prepaid debit card... you don't do that when you're selling new trucks with rebates. your team is only as good as their leader. People hate gimmicks, and people hate being nickel and dimed. I think a few of these problems are coming from the top not from your service writers. I have a supreme respect for people that shoot me straight with no nonsense. I would encourage your dealership to reevaluate the way you process the service department experience. How do you want to be treated when you drop your vehicles off for repair?
