We've been shopping for a trailer for 3 years and thought there was no way we could afford it until we entered the lot and was told about their Internet deals. Wow! We got a 22', Forest River, Cherokee Grey Wolf toy hauler that's completely self sustainable. It has solar to recharge the two batteries, dual propane tanks to run everything and 40 gallons water tank. This is a tiny home and a bucket list checked. We are locals and still working for a few more years so we will be camping around our valley and up the hill, as they say in Idywilld. There is so much beauty right in our backyard! Lake Cahuilla was our first camp and we were told by Justin, the owner, to try it out close to home and come tell us what we can do to make your experience better. They fix and repair right there onsite thanks to Anthony who is awesome! Jeremy was patient, knowledgeable and not pushy or hovering. Really nice to find a local RV Dealer large enough to have inventory but small enough to get the personal service we are all looking for. The sales staff, all helped us out! If I could leave a higher rating, I would. We bought a new TT, from George in November who showed us quite a few options but never hurried us into making a decision or pressured us in any way. Jason expedited all the paperwork as we wanted to show it to the family on Thanksgiving, the next day. The unit we bought needed some minor follow up work done to it, they all do, and between Fernanda, Anthony and Alphonso, all the work was completed very professionally. I found this WONDERFUL dealership online while looking for great deals on a travel trailer and narrowing my search to two specific models. I worked with George to ensure they had the unit I was looking for and decided to make the two and half hour drive to this dealer based upon the conversation and responsiveness. We left early on a Saturday morning to arrive just as they were opening. Unfortunately, when we were about 15 minutes away from the dealership, George called me and let me know that the day prior, in the late afternoon, they had sold one of the two models in which we were interested. It was literally as soon as they opened for business that he called me and I can appreciate the heads up. We still wanted to see the other model and went about taking a tour. We were received graciously and there was 100% NO PRESSURE to look at anything else on the lot other than what we came to see. It was clear to him that we weren't interested in trying to see other similar models at higher or lower price points. He was even a little surprised when we asked to see a size slightly bigger. He was very attentive to our desires and asked some questions to figure out our needs and showed us a couple of other units. Once again, there was no real pressure to purchase the larger unit over the smaller one we had come to see. We took a break to get out of the heat and went into the office where we met the manager, Justin. He too was not pressuring us to go up to a larger unit and even gave us some good pros/cons of the smaller unit compared to the one slightly larger. My wife and I sincerely felt like they were happy to sell us any unit we wanted but they also wanted to make sure we were going to be 100% happy with our purchase. We talked it over briefly and decided on our own to purchase the slightly larger unit. At that time, Justin took the lead on getting us financing and making sure he could meet our desired payments, etc. Once it came time to pick up our new trailer the next week, Anthony, was AMAZING while he patiently and excitedly answered all of our newbie questions as he walked us around the trailer and explained everything in as much detail as we asked. Justin's wife works here too and was PHENOMENAL in helping us with the last few steps the day we picked up the trailer. We are 100% happy we purchased our first trailer from this dealership. As a whole team, they are TRULY COMMITTED to ensuring their customers are happy and they really know how to make you feel at ease from start to finish. Even after the sale, Justin was expertly engaged when I reached out with a concern. He TRULY means it when he says they'll take care of you.
