Sour dough loaf, ham cheese fontina, croissant , and lemon Meyer danish .. so good.

So happy I found this exclusive bakery . I ordered sourdough, along with ham cheese fontina, lemon Meyer , and croissant. Delicious and fresh. If you sign up with their drops you get their weekly notifications of menu . When you arrive to the place you take a right in the bldg complex, I found them by watching where the cars were going and just asked if they were here for the bakery. I will be back and recommend to everyone !

Desert Bread's Christmas selection did not disappoint!! They had Cinnamon rolls, chocolate chip cookies, sourdough, bear claw, sticky buns, Oreo mint cookies, pomegranate crème brûlée, chocolate mousse cruffins, prosciutto fontina croissants, and regular croissants on top of multiple pies and cakes. We were lucky enough to try many of these offerings. All delicious but standouts were definitely the Cinnamon rolls, chocolate chip cookies, pomegranate crème brûlée, prosciutto fontina croissant and the sourdough. The sourdough needs an award for its chewy interior & perfectly crunchy outer crust. It's really on a whole other level and makes an EXCELLENT breakfast toast!

If there's a place I want to gate keep, it would be this place. Tucked away in a neighborhood near the airport, is a wonderful couple creating delicious homemade delectables out of their kitchen on Saturdays. If you follow their Instagram you can see what's coming up on their menu and can pre-order items on Wednesday to make sure you get everything you want. Prices are a little high but it's the price you pay for quality ingredients, handmade breads, and of course, their time. I want you to come here but I also don't want you to sell it out before I get my hands on a croissant. Just save me a sourdough loaf and we can call it even. Highly recommend --you'd regret it if you miss out.

I came across this business combing through yelp and I'm glad we made a pit stop here. It's just a couple selling pastries and bread out of their home but this place is legit! Unfortunately I didn't pre-order for pickup and by the time we arrived (around 8:30 am) they were sold out of most items. I did get my hands on a French onion croissant which was delicious! They also had a crème brûlée croissant (sold out as well) that I wanted to try. Super popular spot in the community but you really need to preorder or get there at 8 am when they open. There was a queue outside their home for pickup! Follow Desert Bread on instagram to get the latest menu offerings and for preordering! They accept credit card and there's plenty of street parking.

I would never have known about this hidden gem bakery so thanks to a good friend and Yelp, I stopped in this morning to check out the goods. Easy to locate right off Macleod, this farm to table business was started by a couple Brent and Brendon. They started out in Oakland creating their products and found themselves moving to Las Vegas to expand their bakery. Every Wednesday and Saturday they are open for business serving up the best breads, tarts, bagels, cookies, pies and other assorted treats. Based off my first visit, I recommend you arrive early for the best selection of products, but be prepared to stand in line. I was hoping to score some bread today but all sold out by the time I arrived. Instead I picked up some chocolate snails, lemon tart and some chocolate chunk cookies. I could not wait to try the chocolate snail. So fresh, and filled with luscious chocolate. Definitely a nice way to start the morning. I am saving the rest of my purchase to share with my family. You can find them online with a full menu of their creations under their website, they are also on IG and of course right here on Yelp! Be sure to check this bakery out for the freshest goods around.

So i have been coming here many times now and needed to write a review for this place. Im surprised there isn't as many reviews on here though! every time i come to get some pastries theres always a LONG line of people. usually 50 people in line ahead of me. and 50 more after me when I'm done ordering. If they open up at 8am on certain days you might want to come at 7 am to 730am or preorder before coming. at least an hour or half hour ahead to avoid the lines with long wait time. waiting an hour is usually normal here. During the winter times its kinda brutal and you have to bundle up extra. Unless you get them on a slower day. They are open Wednesday 8 to 10am and Saturday 9-11am i believe. If you come late then expect for some items to run out quickly. You can follow them on instagram to see whats on the menu weekly and get updates on days when they aren't open. So lets talk about the people who runs this small bakery outside their garage. They really are 2 very friendly guys who are talkative with their customers. They don't rush you while you order so you can take a bit of time to decide without feeling rushed. So the pastries are quite yummy and you can taste the quality of the ingredients in their work. The croissants are the most flakiest and best I've ever had anywhere. their prices for all aren't cheap but i guess you pay for the quality? It is $3 for their medium size cookies to large. their pastries are usually $5 to $7 i think. their whole breads are $10 a loaf. They will have sheet cake there sometimes and a slice might be $7 i think. Bonus thing is they have a whole backyard with a full garden and you can also ask to come back there to check it out. I haven't personally done it yet but I've read it on their IG and others have posted about it. Hopefully 1 day i will get to check it out on a day that has good weather. Come by and get some delicious pastries! They are all quite delectable and super scrumptious. Meet the sweet friendly owners who run the shop. Meet some people while in line. Its a cute fun experience.

Oh my god. These are the best baked goods I've ever had. Not best in Vegas. Best ever. We got one of each croissant, a donut-muffin, sourdough bagels, and a sourdough loaf. Every. Single. Thing. Is. Perfect. Thank you to the duo behind the bread! I will be back

Love the concept, the baked goods and the friendly service! A gem in the desert! We are from north Jersey originally. It's so hard to find great bread in Vegas!

Normally I don't eat grains (I'm paleoesque) but you know, if you're going to eat bread, eat great quality bread! These two talented bakers will NOT disappoint!!! They use high quality organic ingredients and I'm not joking, everything was amazing!!! We ordered a couple gigantic sourdough rounds, a couple croissants, a lemon curd pastry (omg, I died), a couple sticky bun pastries (again, almost orgasmic, can I say that here?), a huge pad/package of cultured butter (mmmmmm) and to round it out and be healthy, a big jar of fermented veggies for probiotic gut health! Will buy from them again REAL soon!!!!!

    Yummmmm

If you need a croissant and can't get to Paris, go to Desert Bread. Brett and Brendon do a great job. Pastries are so good.

Stopped by today on the advice of my daughter. Was not disappointed! I've been looking for a decent loaf of bread here in Las Vegas which is not taken out of a box frozen, then baked like they have in all the grocery stores. These guys have a pretty special niche that fills lovers of a good artisan bread! They had a good choice of yummy things including brownies, Blondie's, cookie, scones, and muffins. Add some tarts, gallettes, and pies to the mix and you get the picture. They bake and sell out if their home on a limited basis. Go early!!!

Ever purchased some of the best pastries you've ever eaten from the garage of someone's home? I have!!!! Desert Bread is a micro bakery off McLeod and Russell(sounds awkward, it's Russell and McLeod, right?) any who! Follow your map and if you show up too late with a line formed you're running behind! Best advice is get there early, as always early bird catches the best pick ;) I have enjoyed every bite I have taken. My absolute favorite being their french onion soup croissant. Angel food with rhubarb Flourless walnut cake with apricot jam and chocolate butter cream! Lemon Cruffin Bottom line you're incapable of choosing wrong!

The pastries, pies, tarts and breads they make are going to be your weekly craving! You can't go wrong with anything! The croissants are flaky and perfect, the bread is dense and flavorful. The focaccia, when they make it, is creamy and fluffy and full of flavor. Cookies, tarts, pies. They use fresh in season fruits and vegetables, amazing combinations and very creative. I Highly recommend. This is a hidden gem in Las Vegas! Don't miss out!

The matcha had a rich, earthy flavor without being overly bitter, and you could tell it was made with quality ingredients. I ordered a float and loved that they let you choose the ice cream flavor. The ube ice cream was a standout--it wasn't overly sweet and had a nice starchy, creamy texture that paired well with the matcha. Another plus was the pricing. Compared to many specialty matcha shops, the drinks felt reasonably priced for the quality and portion size. Overall, a great spot for matcha lovers and anyone looking for a refreshing treat while in Vegas. I'd definitely come back and try more of the menu.

Before that time and throughout our visit here, the line got longer and longer, and eventually all the seating inside was filled up. It was already a bright day yet the inside is lit about as bright to match the daylight hues. That and also the heat outside made me and my friends come here to grab another matcha as we already had a nearby place just 10 minutes ago! For this part of our matcha run, I got their large matcha latte float with a matcha and strawberry ice cream mix, while my foodie friend got the same float as well only with ube soft serve and a medium-size instead. Matcha is strong and ceremonial with grassy tones that were slightly dulled by the sweetness of the drink; the matcha ice cream had that same ceremonial hit as the latte but the strawberry ice cream didn't pair with those earthy tones very well since it was a different kind of sweet. I also found my friend's ube ice cream the better addition to the matcha latte than my matcha-strawberry mix. I still enjoyed what I had, and the float by itself still hit well. They have a ton of other drinks and even a banana matcha latte I would give a try in another visit to this location in the future!

It didn't taste artificial at all like at St**b**ks. I'm pretty sure they make the apple syrup in house. Perfectly spiced and comforting. I would come back just for this drink but unfortunately I think it's a seasonal item. Strawberry Mille-Feuille: They make this fresh, so I had to wait about 5-10 minutes, but it was absolutely worth it. The pastry was beautifully crispy and the cream had the perfect texture with visible vanilla bean specks. I even found myself licking the paper it came on and didn't care who saw me because it was that good. Mushroom Crêpe: Yes, it's worth the hype. The photos online make it look very cheesy, but it's actually quite light. My husband doesn't like cheese and couldn't even taste it. I ordered it without mayo to keep it a little lighter. The tiny mushrooms were adorable, and it comes served in a cute crêpe holder. Coconut Cake: The cake was incredibly soft and fluffy with custard cream layered in between. They didn't have individual slices, so I ordered the mini cake for $17. Yes, I ate the entire thing. Yes, it was delicious. Yes, I think I've had enough coconut cake now in one sitting to last a lifetime. Yuzu Panna Cotta: Very unique. I haven't seen this dessert anywhere else. The yuzu adds a bright tangy flavor that almost makes the panna cotta taste like a creamy citrus yogurt. I'm really glad I tried it. Matcha Latte: Strong, high-quality matcha. Sometimes matcha drinks at cafés taste watered down, but not here. It's topped with matcha foam and little matcha brownie bits, which makes it extra special. Strawberry Dessert: My kids loved this. Every bite was a surprise. My 9-year-old found beans in one bite and then a big strawberry hidden in the middle. It was fun watching them discover it. Parking is easy and straightforward, and the café itself is absolutely adorable. If you have time, sit down and enjoy the experience.
