One thing to note is that the gelato has limited hours, despite the patisserie itself being open 24/7. It can be a little disappointing when you're craving gelato outside those hours. Also seating can be limited as it is right off the casino, but they do offer to-go options so you can take it to the conference space or hotel room. Still, ARIA Patisserie is always on my must-stop list whenever I'm staying at ARIA, and I'll definitely be back!

This time I didn't receive a callback, so I called a couple of days before my arrival just to make sure my order had been received. They had it in their system, and Lorena was incredibly professional and apologetic for the missed call. She even offered me a discount for the inconvenience, which I truly appreciated since I hadn't asked for one. When I arrived to pick up my cake at 2:00 p.m., I was absolutely stunned. The mini cake was gorgeous! The design was flawless and matched exactly what I had envisioned. It honestly looked too beautiful to eat--but I definitely will! The quality, attention to detail, and presentation are outstanding. From the customer service to the final product, everything was wonderful. This bakery continues to exceed my expectations, and I'll absolutely keep ordering my custom cakes from here whenever I'm in Las Vegas. Highly recommend!

I didn't receive a response until the end of day on Tuesday. I also called her bakery multiple times and had no answer or response-- for 4 days! By that point, I already found another bakery to handle the cake, but had I waited, I would have been left in a very bad position. As a fellow business owner, I don't say this lightly ~ the level of communication here is pretty unacceptable. It takes legit, less than a minute to acknowledge an inquiry and set expectations. A simple "I'm totally booked out" or "I'll follow up" would have demonstrated basic professionalism and respect for a potential client's time and energy. When someone goes out of their way to find your business, fill out your form, and actively try to give you money ~ silence and negligence send a very clear message about how that effort is valued. You haven't earned a client here-- and maybe that doesn't matter to you, but word of mouth is the best form of advertisement, and that matters. My response to Christy's response: It takes less than a minute to fire off an email, or simply answer your phone. There's no such thing as "Easter Monday"-- it's just Monday. When someone reaches out with a clear deadline, a quick acknowledgment isn't optional-- it's expected. Even a one-line response would have been enough for me to plan accordingly.

We ordered the Ube Cake online, and the slice hit the spot perfectly. The cake looked beautiful - nice tall layers of soft, moist purple ube sponge cake with thick white cream filling, a creamy yellow custard-style center, and finished with whipped cream on top. The ube flavor was well-balanced: that signature nutty, earthy sweetness without being overly sweet. I've had great home-cooked Filipino ube desserts before. While this is clearly a fusion bakery version, it still captured the comforting, celebratory vibe that ube brings to Filipino tables. It reminded me of the festive sweets you'd find at family gatherings or parties back in my wifes home country. The online ordering was convenient, but the pickup instructions could have been better. The pickup area is on the same side as the drink pickup, which caused a little confusion during a busy time. Service was otherwise fast and friendly, the bakery was clean and well-stocked, and prices are reasonable for the portion size. If you're in the Henderson/Las Vegas area and looking for a quick ube fix or any of their other Asian- and Filipino-inspired pastries, this spot is worth a stop.
