Sour dough loaf, ham cheese fontina, croissant , and lemon Meyer danish .. so good.

So happy I found this exclusive bakery . I ordered sourdough, along with ham cheese fontina, lemon Meyer , and croissant. Delicious and fresh. If you sign up with their drops you get their weekly notifications of menu . When you arrive to the place you take a right in the bldg complex, I found them by watching where the cars were going and just asked if they were here for the bakery. I will be back and recommend to everyone !

Desert Bread's Christmas selection did not disappoint!! They had Cinnamon rolls, chocolate chip cookies, sourdough, bear claw, sticky buns, Oreo mint cookies, pomegranate crème brûlée, chocolate mousse cruffins, prosciutto fontina croissants, and regular croissants on top of multiple pies and cakes. We were lucky enough to try many of these offerings. All delicious but standouts were definitely the Cinnamon rolls, chocolate chip cookies, pomegranate crème brûlée, prosciutto fontina croissant and the sourdough. The sourdough needs an award for its chewy interior & perfectly crunchy outer crust. It's really on a whole other level and makes an EXCELLENT breakfast toast!

If there's a place I want to gate keep, it would be this place. Tucked away in a neighborhood near the airport, is a wonderful couple creating delicious homemade delectables out of their kitchen on Saturdays. If you follow their Instagram you can see what's coming up on their menu and can pre-order items on Wednesday to make sure you get everything you want. Prices are a little high but it's the price you pay for quality ingredients, handmade breads, and of course, their time. I want you to come here but I also don't want you to sell it out before I get my hands on a croissant. Just save me a sourdough loaf and we can call it even. Highly recommend --you'd regret it if you miss out.

I came across this business combing through yelp and I'm glad we made a pit stop here. It's just a couple selling pastries and bread out of their home but this place is legit! Unfortunately I didn't pre-order for pickup and by the time we arrived (around 8:30 am) they were sold out of most items. I did get my hands on a French onion croissant which was delicious! They also had a crème brûlée croissant (sold out as well) that I wanted to try. Super popular spot in the community but you really need to preorder or get there at 8 am when they open. There was a queue outside their home for pickup! Follow Desert Bread on instagram to get the latest menu offerings and for preordering! They accept credit card and there's plenty of street parking.

I would never have known about this hidden gem bakery so thanks to a good friend and Yelp, I stopped in this morning to check out the goods. Easy to locate right off Macleod, this farm to table business was started by a couple Brent and Brendon. They started out in Oakland creating their products and found themselves moving to Las Vegas to expand their bakery. Every Wednesday and Saturday they are open for business serving up the best breads, tarts, bagels, cookies, pies and other assorted treats. Based off my first visit, I recommend you arrive early for the best selection of products, but be prepared to stand in line. I was hoping to score some bread today but all sold out by the time I arrived. Instead I picked up some chocolate snails, lemon tart and some chocolate chunk cookies. I could not wait to try the chocolate snail. So fresh, and filled with luscious chocolate. Definitely a nice way to start the morning. I am saving the rest of my purchase to share with my family. You can find them online with a full menu of their creations under their website, they are also on IG and of course right here on Yelp! Be sure to check this bakery out for the freshest goods around.

So i have been coming here many times now and needed to write a review for this place. Im surprised there isn't as many reviews on here though! every time i come to get some pastries theres always a LONG line of people. usually 50 people in line ahead of me. and 50 more after me when I'm done ordering. If they open up at 8am on certain days you might want to come at 7 am to 730am or preorder before coming. at least an hour or half hour ahead to avoid the lines with long wait time. waiting an hour is usually normal here. During the winter times its kinda brutal and you have to bundle up extra. Unless you get them on a slower day. They are open Wednesday 8 to 10am and Saturday 9-11am i believe. If you come late then expect for some items to run out quickly. You can follow them on instagram to see whats on the menu weekly and get updates on days when they aren't open. So lets talk about the people who runs this small bakery outside their garage. They really are 2 very friendly guys who are talkative with their customers. They don't rush you while you order so you can take a bit of time to decide without feeling rushed. So the pastries are quite yummy and you can taste the quality of the ingredients in their work. The croissants are the most flakiest and best I've ever had anywhere. their prices for all aren't cheap but i guess you pay for the quality? It is $3 for their medium size cookies to large. their pastries are usually $5 to $7 i think. their whole breads are $10 a loaf. They will have sheet cake there sometimes and a slice might be $7 i think. Bonus thing is they have a whole backyard with a full garden and you can also ask to come back there to check it out. I haven't personally done it yet but I've read it on their IG and others have posted about it. Hopefully 1 day i will get to check it out on a day that has good weather. Come by and get some delicious pastries! They are all quite delectable and super scrumptious. Meet the sweet friendly owners who run the shop. Meet some people while in line. Its a cute fun experience.

Normally I don't eat grains (I'm paleoesque) but you know, if you're going to eat bread, eat great quality bread! These two talented bakers will NOT disappoint!!! They use high quality organic ingredients and I'm not joking, everything was amazing!!! We ordered a couple gigantic sourdough rounds, a couple croissants, a lemon curd pastry (omg, I died), a couple sticky bun pastries (again, almost orgasmic, can I say that here?), a huge pad/package of cultured butter (mmmmmm) and to round it out and be healthy, a big jar of fermented veggies for probiotic gut health! Will buy from them again REAL soon!!!!!

Oh my god. These are the best baked goods I've ever had. Not best in Vegas. Best ever. We got one of each croissant, a donut-muffin, sourdough bagels, and a sourdough loaf. Every. Single. Thing. Is. Perfect. Thank you to the duo behind the bread! I will be back

Stopped by today on the advice of my daughter. Was not disappointed! I've been looking for a decent loaf of bread here in Las Vegas which is not taken out of a box frozen, then baked like they have in all the grocery stores. These guys have a pretty special niche that fills lovers of a good artisan bread! They had a good choice of yummy things including brownies, Blondie's, cookie, scones, and muffins. Add some tarts, gallettes, and pies to the mix and you get the picture. They bake and sell out if their home on a limited basis. Go early!!!

Ever purchased some of the best pastries you've ever eaten from the garage of someone's home? I have!!!! Desert Bread is a micro bakery off McLeod and Russell(sounds awkward, it's Russell and McLeod, right?) any who! Follow your map and if you show up too late with a line formed you're running behind! Best advice is get there early, as always early bird catches the best pick ;) I have enjoyed every bite I have taken. My absolute favorite being their french onion soup croissant. Angel food with rhubarb Flourless walnut cake with apricot jam and chocolate butter cream! Lemon Cruffin Bottom line you're incapable of choosing wrong!

Lemon, Raspberry, Blackberry Croissants, Bear Claw, Artichoke Heart-Roasted Garlic Focaccia.
    Shari S.

The pastries, pies, tarts and breads they make are going to be your weekly craving! You can't go wrong with anything! The croissants are flaky and perfect, the bread is dense and flavorful. The focaccia, when they make it, is creamy and fluffy and full of flavor. Cookies, tarts, pies. They use fresh in season fruits and vegetables, amazing combinations and very creative. I Highly recommend. This is a hidden gem in Las Vegas! Don't miss out!

Meyer lemon, broccoli cauliflower mornay, almond bearclaw
    Nicole S.

THE BESTTTTTTT. I am typically not a huge sweets person or baked goods fan BUT let me tell you, these are like nothing I've had before. So light and flaky, not too sweet. I always feel good after. I've tried quite a few even though I usually devour before I get a chance to take pics. I'm not sure what is is about the goods here but they are honestly the best desserts/ breakfast treats I've ever had. I'm currently munching on an almond bear claw and finished the meyer lemon croissant yesterday. The croissants aren't overly buttery and artificial like some. They're light and airy and the dough is perfect. I've had the cookies, the pretzel bread, brûlée quince jelly croissant....the more savory like the broccoli- cauliflower mornay, sourdough bread. Wednesday and Saturday mornings have definitely become my favorite.

The crepes are absolutely delicious, and both the sweet and savory options are worth trying. They really know how to make a crepe--thin, delicate, and cooked just right. I'll usually grab a latte here, too. The line is often much shorter than the Starbucks locations in the Promenade or over at Vdara, which makes it an easy choice when I want a quick coffee including lattes. One thing to note is that the gelato has limited hours, despite the patisserie itself being open 24/7. It can be a little disappointing when you're craving gelato outside those hours. Also seating can be limited as it is right off the casino, but they do offer to-go options so you can take it to the conference space or hotel room. Still, ARIA Patisserie is always on my must-stop list whenever I'm staying at ARIA, and I'll definitely be back!

They had it in their system, and Lorena was incredibly professional and apologetic for the missed call. She even offered me a discount for the inconvenience, which I truly appreciated since I hadn't asked for one. When I arrived to pick up my cake at 2:00 p.m., I was absolutely stunned. The cakes they offer are giant slices and they look very yummy. I got the blueberry muffins - generous portion and the almond croissant. Also got the mixed berry fruit tart. the blue berry muffin was a bit of a disappointment this time - I think they said they had a new baker. I got these items to go. Anyway, when I picked up my muffin, the top broke off and I saw all the blueberries were at the bottom of the muffin cup - a goey mess. That just left a small muffin. top. Looked like they did not mix the blueberries into the batter so it was not a nice consistent ratio of blueberries to muffin batter. I did go back the net day to let them know about this and they were apologetic and gave me a discount for my new purchase. Thank you for this, The fruit tart and the croissant were delicious. It was a VERY basic chocolate cake encased in even more basic whipped cream with chocolate shavings on it. I wasn't planning to leave a review, but I really feel compelled to share this experience…read more I submitted a request through Christy's website on Saturday for a cake I needed the following Friday. I didn't receive a response until the end of day on Tuesday. I also called her bakery multiple times and had no answer or response-- for 4 days! By that point, I already found another bakery to handle the cake, but had I waited, I would have been left in a very bad position. As a fellow business owner, I don't say this lightly ~ the level of communication here is pretty unacceptable. It takes legit, less than a minute to acknowledge an inquiry and set expectations. A simple "I'm totally booked out" or "I'll follow up" would have demonstrated basic professionalism and respect for a potential client's time and energy. When someone goes out of their way to find your business, fill out your form, and actively try to give you money ~ silence and negligence send a very clear message about how that effort is valued. You haven't earned a client here-- and maybe that doesn't matter to you, but word of mouth is the best form of advertisement, and that matters. My response to Christy's response: It takes less than a minute to fire off an email, or simply answer your phone. There's no such thing as "Easter Monday"-- it's just Monday. When someone reaches out with a clear deadline, a quick acknowledgment isn't optional-- it's expected. Even a one-line response would have been enough for me to plan accordingly.

We ordered the Ube Cake online, and the slice hit the spot perfectly. The cake looked beautiful - nice tall layers of soft, moist purple ube sponge cake with thick white cream filling, a creamy yellow custard-style center, and finished with whipped cream on top. The ube flavor was well-balanced: that signature nutty, earthy sweetness without being overly sweet. I've had great home-cooked Filipino ube desserts before. While this is clearly a fusion bakery version, it still captured the comforting, celebratory vibe that ube brings to Filipino tables. It reminded me of the festive sweets you'd find at family gatherings or parties back in my wifes home country. The online ordering was convenient, but the pickup instructions could have been better. The pickup area is on the same side as the drink pickup, which caused a little confusion during a busy time. Service was otherwise fast and friendly, the bakery was clean and well-stocked, and prices are reasonable for the portion size. If you're in the Henderson/Las Vegas area and looking for a quick ube fix or any of their other Asian- and Filipino-inspired pastries, this spot is worth a stop. The ube cake was definitely the highlight for me. Would definitely grab another slice next time I'm craving something purple and delicious!
