Their performance throughout the entire process was utterly pathetic. They seemingly cannot read basic financial documents--specifically Shareworks statements. They saw and requested the exact same documents on over 10 separate occasions. Then, finally, on the 11th time, they actually decided to look at them and ask questions about the accounts and statements. This absolute incompetence caused a massive, last-minute pivot and wasted 2 entire months of my time just to get to that point. Combined with horrible communication along the way, it was an incredibly stressful and unprofessional experience.
