Still took some time to get it right on their website/porthole, but it did get done! Special thanks to Ralph V. at this US Bank location. Without his efforts and Ralph's involvement with Upper Management in MN, I was prepared to pull the IRA Account and moved to another bank. So I am revising my rating for this US Bank location. I drive up, sit for a good 10 minutes. I back up to make sure they have the "open" light on, they did. so I pull back into the right spot, no help. I finally decide I'll drive around, park, and go in. Then finally the woman comes to the window and says, "we are just so busy in the lobby we'll get to you when we can." Lots of ample parking and nice drive-thru area with wide lanes. 24-hour access to the ATM outside of the building, as well. The lobby entrance is clean like I would expect but let's face it, the future of banking is changing right before our eyes. The days of tellers and standing in line are practically ancient history. You now state your business in the lobby and the correct individual comes out to cater to your needs. I was there to research and obtain a business account and Mia Brooks helped my wife and I. We were addressed immediately when we walked inside and we were in front of a banker in just a couple of minutes. Most of their accounts have little or no fees. I am impressed with their customer service thus far and I like how convenient this location is here in Peoria. They're open until 5 p.m. during the week with Saturday hours, as well for your convenience. Their online banking software is intuitive, user-friendly and easy to utilize. Mia spent the necessary time with us and explained everything thoroughly. I would not hesitate at all to recommend Comerica to family, friends or fellow Yelp'ers.

Fry 's has been putting a pending transaction and then deducting the final cost of their app/pickup orders, the two this happened the call center agents will release the additional pending hold to be able to use funds in the account, A rep told me that the call center gets real time updates unlike the branches... which I understand because I worked for a large company sending communications to administrative staff down the rep level. Been with Desert Financial in some kind of way for over 18 years, I will never bank with big banks like Chase, BofA,etc . Where they charge ridiculous fees just to have an account. Desert Financial will reimburse any ATM fees when needed to withdraw cash from credit unions ATMs at the start of new billing cycle. A branch rep told that every February they give every account a "thank you" credit, I think based on how often you used your account or average balance, not sure just remember back in February I got around $20 credit. I recommend this Bank, Charles Schwab or USSA, if you are qualified family member. And little special touch they have big variety of card designs... ASU, Cardinals and desert pictures. Not all banks have that many.

I really enjoyed working with Marcus, but he is now along with the customer service. Being retired, I was traveling and had not looked at this seldom used account for a while. When I looked, I realized I had made a simple math error which caused the account to be overdrawn. I was really upset when I noticed what I had done, and on top of that, I was dinged with $130.00 in overdraft fees. Since I had NEVER had a single overdraft in 10 years, I thought they would surely be willing to wave these ridiculous fees. I called the bank and expressed my concerns and was told the manger would call me back shortly. I waited four days before I got a call from Ann Marie. In a cheery voice she told me NOPE! It appears that the once good customer service has been replaced with plastic corporate types, with the attitude of "what can we get out of our customers". Since loyalty obviously means nothing to them, I am moving my accounts to a Credit Union where I will actually find quality customer service.
