He thoroughly explained the process on how they would remedy it while also identifying some other potential issues we might soon experience on some other sections of the roof. We received a proposal for repair a few days later and the price, while not cheap, was not outrageous. We signed the contract and were in the schedule shortly after. Day of the repair came and everything went very smooth. Upon opening the drain area they found some rotten lumber which they furnished me photos of.
