Once I shared our ideas, he offered his expert input to make the design even better. We talked through the plan and he promptly provided a detailed quote with a clear timeline. Once approved, they were able to start the very next day. I couldn't believe it! The turnaround time alone was impressive -- but what really blew us away was the execution. In just 5 days, they completely transformed our yard -- and I mean transformed. What started as a weed-filled, giant uneven dirt pit is now the backyard of our dreams! They removed tons of weeds, leveled the entire yard, installed turf, pavers, plants, irrigation, plant lighting, bistro lights, built a beautiful fireplace pad, and even distributed 30 tons of rock - all from scratch. Great care was given to what I wanted and needed. I was especially satisfied with the attention given to my small yard with no skimping on details, with just as much attention given my smaller space as you would expect with a larger project. The Spean's Landscape crew were terrific throughout with materials delivery, installation, clean-up and even some plantings as well. The hedges look much nicer and they cleaned up all of the clippings. Including those which fell in my neighbor's yards. While they were there they cleaned up the area around the hedges as well and completed the job quickly. Well worth the cost!
