Unfortunately, during the application process, an accidental activation of my key fob resulted in the rear hatch striking my garage door, causing a significant paint chip. Kyle did inform me of the damage immediately and assured me he would cover the repair costs. However, after obtaining two repair quotes, he has since stated he lacks the funds to fulfill that promise currently, suggesting a future plan. Furthermore, the initial ceramic coating application exhibited several noticeable high spots, requiring two separate return visits for correction. While Kyle did attempt to rectify these issues, the initial oversight was disappointing. While I acknowledge Kyle's attempts to address the problems, the combination of the damage incurred, the uncertainty in fulfilling his promise to cover the repair, and the initial quality issues with the coating itself, have left me with a negative overall experience. I now have to pay for an autobody shop out of pocket to repair the paint and am left without my car for at least 5 business days while repairs are made.
